Keep this in mind Honda’s and Toyota’s are the only cars you will ever get from a dealership that has miles on it and know it will last!3. Never sign anything without reading everything first!4. It’s your right as a consumer to ask questions, get a car fax and make sure everything being advertised is legit!5. Read comment boards before buying a car and don’t take advice from everyone you read a comment from.6. Do your own Research!7. Never sign a legal document without reading it first8. If it’s to good to be true it probably is!9. Form your own opinion!10. Never over pay for a Vehicle...read # again and again!Finally there is a Lemon Law on the books, If you believe yours to be true you have options!As far as this dealership, I’m giving 5 Stars only because I found their staff to be great and they do have what I want.

Next day my car started spilling fluid and I called and spoke with Kirk again he told me to bring it in and have it looked at within 1 hour the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Worst experience ever. I would NEVER trust LEESeems like they have little to no interest in selling me a vehicle.They refuse to agree to return a deposit if i didnt sign a statement that its non refundable. I asked if he would let me alter it if his listing is inaccurate. Total trash.

They get no stars. They are not interested in making their customers happy in buying a car. Had my car for 2 weeks and it been back to them twice once in the first 3 days after purchasing it. It started smoking and leaking oil, not once but twice.Then try to charge me for the work. Then they try and say that i put 14 quarts of oil in it. Who in their right mind would purchase that amount of oil to put ito a 6 cylinder car. They are nasty and rude. They are nice until you pull of the lot. Do not buy a car from them point blink. Please!!!! Dont!!!! I wish i can give them negative stars.

I purchased an 06’ Hummer H3 from this dealership and needless to say it was a lemon. I took it back for service issues on 2 different occasions (I should have known then, I exercised wishful thinking when I assumed the issues were because of how long it’d been siting) before it broke down on me for good while traveling out of town. I obviously ate the 25,000 dollar cost. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here to my worst enemy.

THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE!!!! Car broke down in less than 30 days, caused a four car accident on Jefferson davis. I called Unique Auto Sales and explained the situation, there wasn’t any empathy expressed .They advised me that I will be responsible for the Tow and damages.

Thanks to a broken down van, I cant get to my numerous doctor appointments or do favors for others. I used to bring my great-grandmother toiletries to her nursing home, and take my mom and the red hat ladies to bingo. I recently was charged a $75 cancellation fee from my gastrologist. I thought Unique might be able to help.

My experience was pretty good, the younger sales guy was very good. The car had a cut in the tire after I had signed the papers and they were pulling it around, I noticed it. The owner who basically is the only reason I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 has no people skills AT ALL, told me well it’s yours now I was like well I haven’t even taken the keys, sales guy came back and said no we are not going to do that and he purchased me a new tire and made my visit comfortable. My car checked out at the dealership as a solid Ride and I’m enjoying it. Please do yourself a favor and if you go there speak with ( I think his name is) Rob. Far as the older guy, I wouldn’t work with him. Unique’s cars overall to me I can say my experience with my purchase has been one I do not regret.

Was going to buy a 2006 charger srt8 (paid in full with cash) fully modded from this dealership and it turns out when I did my own inspection the car had all sorts of problems ( battery didn’t work, transmission was shifting all wrong, engine was leaking, and more ) I checked the rest of the cars in the lot for fun and they all had there own problems so I left... people please don’t buy from this place btw the owners name is will Sanka

I bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette back in 2011. I put 1200 down and my payment was 278.00 a month. By living in the country Ive put ALOT of miles on my vehicle. It now has 260000 miles on it and is still going strong! Im very pleased with the purchase and the sale. They said yes when no one else would. Very dependable vehicle.

Overpriced junk. The owner could use a few lessons in charm and manners. He made me feel like I was interrupting his life by stopping. I only stopped because I seen a truck that would have been good for one of my employees. I would have wrote a company check or paid him cash. Buuuut nooooo, apparently questions are a waist of his time. Got to aggravated to even care so I left. I paid a little more, but I ended up buying one from Haley about 45 minutes after leaving his lot. Just my opinion but I wouldnt even stop.

Unique Auto Sales place a very old balance of $200 as a judgment through Chesterfield Court. In the beginning, they DID work with me in trying to pay this judgement off. Two years later (as of 3/4/16), they have received $435 AND have NOT reported this to Chesterfield Courts showing that the debt is satisfied.

I purchased a 2005 Cadillac SRX from this dealership in March of 2014. Per the contract, they promised the third one seat head rest which were missing at the time of purchase. I was promised these items within 3 weeks. It has been 8 months and I have called there more than 10 times and have gotten nothing but the run around. Not to mention that, the day after I bought it I discovered the AC did not work and the engine light came on. Then after I signed all the paperwork I discovered they put on a tracking device that locks the car if a payment is late. I would never EVER purchase a car from this dealership.... BUYER BEWARE

HELL TO THE NO. Go somewhere off unless you WANT to be RIPPED OFF. The car stopped working in the drive thru the day after I pulled off the lot. It was the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE from the start. Believe EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW. It is the TRUTH. I called them for help and some nasty mannered man said “you bought it as is. Call a mechanic.” How insensitive to a client. It’s not like I paid you a couple dollars for some jeans. I entered in a contract with optimism. I spent my last dime and have nothing to show for it. Over a $1,400. WASTED. I went in and put money down on an SUV one day before I went to work. I go back the next day to pick up my car, the guy says I can only get the one car because now Im magically not qualified for anything else. He said I couldnt get my money back and I left with a pontiac that I didnt want.

Worst experience ever! I bout a 03 Altima from them a year ago. First the sales man acted like he was the owner. I told him not to show me anything that would require more than $1500 down and no moe than $300 a month. He assured me i could get the altima for that amount and made it seem like financing was done in house. Then once the application was done he said it would be $2500 down and $426 a month because thats what the finance company said. The owner was extremely rude and walked pass me several time without speaking. I should have listened to my gut feeling but I was in a tight spot so i agreed. Now a year later, the engine is out and im stuck with the car note. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
