What a great experience with McGeorge Collision Center!!!! I trusted Michael Garner so much I literally drove from Louisiana to Virginia to get McGeorge to fix my Lexus. Michael and the entire staff were complete professionals, extremely knowledgeable and very gracious! I was dreading the ordeal and expense of getting my car repaired, but Michael and the crew made the process enjoyable and transparent. They explained the work that was required, saved me money where possible, delivered it on time, and my car looks brand new! Thank you so very much!!!!!

I owe so much gratitude to McGeorge Body shop. When I was rear-ended, it turned out that significantly more damage had been done to my car than I realized, even to the point of driving the Body inwards. They were able to get it fixed and looking like new, I cant even tell that anyone hit me! They worked great with both me and the insurance company and I felt like they were on my side the whole time to make sure I was taken care of. They were prompt and efficient in their service as well. I hope Im not in another accident, but if I ever need more Body work done, Im not taking my car anywhere else.

Have been waiting a hole month in a half. I received my car with oil residue in the insides and on the windows from the mechanics going in and out of my car and parts where missing on my car that was supposed to be replacedI was told that there will be a check sent out to me in the mail by the insurance company and for me to order the parts and put them on myself. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service!! No one should have to go through this!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Brought in my car after an accident and the shop did an AMAZING job with all the repairs needed. They were professional, communication was amazing, and the work they did was impeccable. Would highly recommend!!!!

When some [various insults] hit and ran my truck in a parking lot, I was pretty angry that I was going to have to not only p[ay to fix it, but have to fight with insurance.I was worried that since I drive a Nissan I wouldnt be able to find a good shop in town, but I was WRONG.Mcgeorge can fix any of my 4 wheeled rolling death traps!So I called the [insulting insurance people], reported the hit and run, sent them a selfie with my jacked up bumper, and 2 days later I was dropping that bad boy off at Mcgeorge!A week in an overengineered rental later, and I was back in my truck, with a new bumper, fresh paint AND they were even nice enough to leave the model badges off, so now I have a nice clean looking tailgate!All in all, people who hit and run are some of the worst people taking up clean air and space, but at least I know that Mcgeorge is here in RVA to fix my ride!Thanks mcgeorge!

We had our 2014 Jetta repaired by McGeorge. We can’t say enough about the service. From the initial interaction to the completion of the work on our vehicle was amazing. The office staff was very organized and kept us informed about the status of our vehicle each step of the way. The care taken by the repair staff couldn’t have been any better. The repair was perfect. You can’t even tell it was ever repaired. The paint is a perfect match. We highly recommend McGeorge!

Got into an accident and a friend recommended mcgeorge collision center to me although I have a Mazda. Customer service here was amazing. Bruce and Leah did a great job keeping me updated and helping me through the process of getting my repairs done. This was my first accident so I appreciate that they were happy to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. The work was done within 2 weeks and it turned out amazing. All the painting and blending was done beautifully. You can really tell they did it the right way and it looks even better than when I first bought the vehicle. I’m extremely happy with the way it turned out and definitely recommend mcgeorge collision center even if you don’t have a Toyota!

The body shop did an amazing job on my car! They were super fast, and communicated regularly. They finished my car way before schedule and it looks better than it did when I bought it. I can’t recommend them enough. Tony did the paint and it is seamless. Andrew was professional and pleasant to speak with. I would go here time and time again, but I’m hoping I can stay away after 2 accidents. Thank you Mcgeorge! You guys are amazing!!

Wrecked Toyota. Selected McGeorge because I thought they would do the best job restoring brand.The job wasn’t good. I contacted MGR and reviewed work with him. He agreed work was sloppy and took the vehicle back for re work at McGeorges expense and the end result although on the second try was excellent work. Very Pleased.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. The staff was very helpful, the quality comeback was great, and it was all done in a timely manner! I would recommend to others.

I dropped my car off here after a front end collision, and there were a few delays, but when it was finished it, it looked very good. Paint blending was excellent. Nobody has ever asked me if it was in a collision.

5 STARS from our family . We’ve had our 2009 E350 repaired there and the craftsmanship was excellent. Completed on time . They also fix other models as well !! Did a fine job on our 2011 Escalade twice now ! Highly recommended!

First time to come this place for regular maintenance. Wasn’t asked for adding extra service. However, they wrote wrong number of the mileage on the sticker on the front shield.

WOW, unbelievable how poor the service is so far. We dropped our rav4 off on October 28 for an initial est repair of 6 days for repairs due to a deer collision. Supplement came in with a estimate of 10 days. Its December 4 (about 6 weeks) now and still do not have our car back. I cant help but think they just sit around and watch the cars collect dust, perhaps work on one during lunchtime.

I had an excellent experience at McGeorge. The work they did on the car was excellent. When there was a minor problem which was not within their control (a headlight shipped to them was broken) they offered me a very nice loaner car to ensure that I was not inconvienced by this slight delay. They quickly completed the job upon receiving the replacement part. So I would rate both the customer service and workmanship on the repair as outstanding! I would highly recommend this body shop!

Three weeks ago we dropped off my minivan to have the door replaced after being hit by a deer. All I wanted was a new door, that was it. A week in, we called to ask when it would be ready, they told us they had the parts in and were gonna replace it and that i should have it back the following week. An outright and blatant lie. They called us the following week, Bruce said our damage was more extensive and that it cost more to repair the damages then the value of the car itself. We only had one option, to sell the car for parts, because Bruce decided to go against our wishes. Today we took our back seats in and to gather all my belongings out from my car. Upon arrival, Shane took over 5 minutes to find our keys and as we were waiting, we overheard the secretary downright lie to a customer over the phone. Finally, Shane found our keys and we followed him to put the seats back into the car. Not only did he not offer to help us move the seats from one car to the next, he stood there doing nothing but smoke his cigarette. So now I am left with no car to drive due to lack of listening to the customer, horrid customer service, and knowing that toyota lies to their customers on a daily basis. I will never go to Toyota for a car for the rest of my life. They are by far the worst people i have ever dealt with.

If youre looking to be underwhelmed by service, quality, and timeliness, this is your shop. Its staff will consistently make make service at McDonald seem stellar. Seriously, this place is the worst.

Had my car fixed there after I was rear ended on 295. They worked with the other guys insurance and took care of everything. I was able to get frequent status updates and my car looks like its back to the way it came off the factory floor.

Stay away from this place!!!! I dropped my car off to have body work fixed after an accident and when I returned to pick it up, my passenger door would not open!! I called and told them what was wrong and they said it was already like, then proceeded to tell me how much it would cost to fix and yelled at me on the phone!!!!! I had to threaten take them to court so they would fix it for free. On my paper work they put pre-broken door which was a lie!!! All of the employees I came in contact with were very short and rude when i dropped the car back off so they would fix the door and came back to pick it up. No one would admit to anything.Please stay away from this place because they will try to rip you off especially women!
