KC was responsive and helpful beyond the required effort. Car was delivered to me and the experience overall was a 10. The car however has a wind noise issue which I will need to get addressed. That reflects in no way against KC and Hanlees! Will sure to buy again from them.

I had problems with the seller last year when I bought my canyon 2020. He was really rush, very pushy, and seem that he has not enough time to explain detail by detail. I bet, he cares only for the commission on the sale. But not for the customer.Then, In the service center where not able to identify a problem with a SIERRA 2500 2019.We need the trucks for our business, and we trust in GMC motors to run our business and seems that it was not worth it.

The experience would be better if staffing was adequate but still seen in a timely manner.However due to lack of staff, the one person available was unable to return my calls so I arrived to get my car unannounced.I did not know they wanted to keep my car overnight for further evaluation by a specialist.This fellow was very considerate and helped make arrangement to drop off the next day.Kudos to this fellow - really exceptional customer care.I appreciate the efforts of the technicians and transmission specialist to take so much time trying to troubleshoot the issue.We don’t know if the problem has been resolved but we all know what our next steps will be and I have every confidence my truck will be back to normal!

Young and KC were fantastic. Got the Car fixed on my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali. Ive had some frustrations with the GM recalls and software issues but none to the fault of the team at Hanlees Hilltop GMC/Buick. Young and his team rectified the issues, took time to listen to my frustrations, gave me a loaner car, gave a timeline and even included a free car wash/wax credit since they didnt have time to do so themselves (I wanted the car ASAP and not the next day - once again not a fault of their own).Have to leave a message with the service department but they will call you back promptly.Thank you Young/KC!

I bought a 2021 GMC Dinali truck day before Thanksgiving I drove the truck less than 40 miles to my work found out the rear passenger side tire was cut called my salesman immediately told him about the situation they said bring it in next week which I did when I got there they tried to tell me that I couldve ran over something on the freeway or a Coke can. I paid $70,000+ for a truck and this is the runaround theyre giving me. Its almost the end of February and they still have not resolved my complaint. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from here very lousy service I am reaching out to channel 7 news and trying to get an attorney because now I want to return my truck. The more Im thinking about this people please do your homework there is a lot of negative reviews for a reason. I had a simple tire issue that couldve been resolved immediately. My realtor and my financial advisor both were going to buy the similar truck like mine I stirred them away from this dealership and they ended up buying from Fremont GMC. You all have been warned please be careful really dishonest people here.

As the pandemic still on and I didnt have the chance to came here before, I was very surprised that they have move several months ago. It seems to be more tide in space as the other store. They still working on the new look of the store. They are helpful people. The only reason I give them 4 and no 5 starts is because they dont have enough space to parking your car.

Well . . . after spending nearly 10k on the EGR system - it wont pass Smog. Its Saturday so I cant take it in to be checked . . . so Im a little unhappy. Smog guy says maybe if I drive it the sensors will reset themselves . . . I have little faith in this. So . . . well see.

OMG that was a great experience buying a car from a dealership!! Greg and Justin were absolutely amazing doing that process they were no pressure let me make my right decision and get exactly what I need and one at the beginning before I came I will sure it’s gonna be a lot of pressure me buying a vehicle from a dealership but it was exactly the opposite they were professional kind nice and gave me the great feeling of buying a vehicle!!! Most of the people were not wearing face masks or not wearing them correctly (i.e. it was below the nose). Staff were sitting outside without masks. With a few easy changes to the processes to create a better safety zone, I will return. But otherwise, no chance I will ever return.

I went because the RPM is low and day came out with another story that the gas pump had to change. And day dont fix the RPM LOW PRESSURE day make me spend $1500 for something da it whas not necessarily to change... this go for the same review. The truck its have the samen problem after they recommend to replace the engine. Thay go by the scanner just to take your money.

I recently got a car there and everything started off really well I liked the car and was ready to buy it as we talked I told them I didn’t need anything from them my bank that I was going through is we’re I wanted to that part through after doing that I was given the impression that would be my total amount so I went through everything later on I found out that there was more added onto the deal. And when i talked to one of the guys there I was told to bring it back and there would not be any restocking fee too it but when I came back with the car it was bs they had no intention on taking the car back despite the fact I was told one price but given a different one. I would recommend that if loo anybody goes to them pay close attention to everything as a Matter of fact I would not recommend anybody to go to them. I was at point on coming back to them in the near future for another vehicle but after this I will never go back to them. Watch out for the smooth talker there. The person says one thing but really mean something else $$$$$ not really looking out for there customers just there own pockets

I purchased a new GMC Canyon over the internet. They delivered the vehicle to my home state of Oregon at my expense. The vehicle was slightly damaged. I reported it immediately and they contacted me to see what went wrong. They went into the we have perfect procedures and this couldnt have happened. If that was true, they should have taken pictures when they delivered the vehicle and they didnt. So now it is my fault and not theirs. Im stuck with the repairs. NOT FAIR. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction. Beware.........

The young salesman was nice, the manager was nice at first but became very pushy trying to get my information and saying he would fix some bumps on the car for free. Said he would sell it to me for 14k but when I saw the hidden fees they tried to get me to pay over 3k more. Don’t go here it’s a scam.

I called to get estimates for some work on my 2005 GMC Yukon. I was given a appointment and no quote for the estimates. I expressed I wanted estimates only. I arrived on Friday April 12.2019 at 1030. I was told that they would need to keep my car all day, Joe Perry the service worker would call me when they had the estimates. He handed me a paper and said sign there.. I said what is this permission to look at the car? he said yes and walked off.. I signed it under the impression that it was a work order to authorize them to just look at the car. Joe Perry called me at about 1:45 with estimates that were extremely high. He said over 2 grand for breaks and roters, and several hundred dollars for the rest including a Belt that would cost me 300.00...I told him I needed to talk to my husband and would like to pick up the car. He said to give him an hour and he would have it put back together. I asked him what the charges were for the estimates/diagnostic ..He said 437.50..I arrived with my husband shocked at this price. My husband asked Joe several times For what work? there was no work done to our car. Joe responded by telling him I signed an agreement to pay between $400-$700.00 I should be lucky he didnt charge us the $700.00!. At no time what so ever did anyone go over the possible charges with me before I left my car there. Nobody told me verbally that I could be responsible for fees between 400 and 700 dollars. Nobody went over the work order and discussed the charges for the estimates. It was very unprofessional of him to tell us he could of charged us more ! and we should be glad he didnt. We had to pay to get our car back but felt strongly that we were taken advantage of and greatly over charged. We would like to receive some kind of refund on the charges.Any other car dealership would give you an estimate up front to do the work.. most dealerships have a flat rate to get estimates. Also looking on your web site I see you also have specials on breaks and rotters which was never discussed with us or did anyone inform us about this. We will be following up with a more formal complaint and take appropriate steps in this matter. There is clearly some shady and unprofessional business being done here. There is no way I can with good conscious recommend this dealership to anyone.

My vehicle is a 1998 GMC 1500 extended cab Z71 off-road package an its been serviced here every day since.. If i could give this dealer a negative rating i would. At first they were nice and persistent to sell the vehicle then after signing taking the suv everything changed for the worst! It takes multiple calls to get service! I work long hrs so I can only take my vehicle after hrs for service!!! It never fails the sales people there are indifferent and rude!!!! People please take your hard earned money elsewhere! Owner (Johnny) please hire sales people that1. Have decent people skills2. If not good people can damn well fake it to sale3. CareThe people who move the cars and clean them are nice and for that i will give them 1 star!Soon to cancel my service agreement there and go somewhere else that actually cares about costumers!P.S the sales man that has that creepy mustache, please reconsidere having it.

I was about to sign the contract and ended up leaving. He insisted that I take a extended warranty and not pay the taxes on the vehicle. He wanted me to finance the warranty and taxes!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! These are the type of sales people everyone hates. I found a truck they were advertising for sale in fresno. I called and they said it was a rebate for the 18 year model and the price was good. So i made the deal over the phone and paperwork via the web. Told the sales manager its a 4hr drive so i would like the truck to be ready when i arrive to make a quick turn around. I drive 4 hrs to buy the truck and when i get there the truck has a hole in the dashboard on the passenger side. This is a brand new truck with only 10 miles on it. Never once did they mention the issue with the dash. The point of buying a NEW Truck is that its new and free of damage. I told them that this is not acceptable and they then tried to sell me a 2019 for an additional 7000 dollars. What a scam. At that point i felt stuck since they only had the one 2018 and unless i wanted to drive home 4hrs without a truck or cash up 7k I was stuck with this deal. Then on top of it the dealer installed options were missing.The dealership is also very dirty and run down. Im sure it will be out of business soon. STAY AWAY!!!!

This started out great.But .......my return lease of my first vehicle and the whole process was not explained at all.I was told not to worry about it and at the time I should’ve asked more questions but was trusting and relying on the knowledge of a salesman.I should not have done this.At this point I don’t even know what to expect form my return Lease.I also wanted a remote starter in my car. After Taking my vehicle home and realizing it did not have one I called the dealership. They told me I couldGet one installed for under $200. I figured that would not be at an issue for me and settled.I did phone around to quite a few places and was told it be about $800 to get one installed.I have Talked to Justin at The dealership who returned another email of mine suggesting a place that would also cost $800 .You think it would be in their best interest to follow up and call me.... they have not and They have not replied to my last email.The inside of this place needs an extreme makeover. It would be nice if it was brighter inside and cleaner.My first leased vehicle was from Stewart Chevrolet in Colma California And the only reason I did not go back to them was because they were so far away. I wish I would’ve.They have the best customer service and when I first least my vehicle they checked in with me on two different occasions to see if I was a happy customer. I was extremely happy.They had asked me if they could do anything to make the experience better and just receiving a phone call, was acknowledgment of their great customer service.I wish I could’ve left a better review 😞UPDATE:What is the owners name? I would like to speak to the owner as the employees do not return my calls!

I purchased my vehicle on 8:15 2017 I was taken for a test drive where someone hit me from behind the salesperson in the vehicle with me did not want to get the information from the driver that hit us instead he asked the driver to follow us back to the car dealership I kept telling him you should get his license or at least take a picture of it he did not listen. By then I was very upset I had to wait a long time to purchase the car which I was paying cash for . Then I had to wait to see a finance person to draw up my paperwork I waited a long time for that also once he drew up my paperwork he asked me if I wanted to sign up for a vehicle contract a warranty that I would pay in order to have coverage for replacement parts on my car. I did go ahead and pay him the $2,000 which then I also mentioned that if I find a better deal I will go with someone else. Well I end up finding a better deal he never informed me that I would have to wait a long long long long time for my refund which Im still waiting for until this very day its almost been a month now and Im still waiting for my refund of $2,000 the moral of the story is dont buy your car from hanlees

After being turned down at numerous dealership, i was frustrated that i could not get a truck. I went to Hanlees GMC a little skeptical because i had been told that I was approved for a loan just to be told later that i was not or that i needed thousands of dollars as downpayment. However that was not that case here, the salesman Cesar showed me a truck and went through the process with ease. I’m telling everyone look elsewhere for your new or used car I’ve called about my registration and they told me they overnighted it FedEx and I still did not receive it. So I called FedEx and there’s no record by my address and they can track it by my address they’ve lied over and over they don’t return your phone calls so look elsewhere I do notRecommend this place at all. Lying bastards. But they call when they want to sell you the car believe me and I’m not the only bad review.

This place is a real scam! The phone numbers are now disconnected, the car we bought they added all sorts of GAP insurance and extended warranties to. We told them we didnt want any of that but when the contracts arrived there they were. We cannot reach the now defunct dealership and must try to deal directly with GM. Hope they are more honorable than these guys.

Terribly irresponsible. They sold a vehicle with broken stereo and didnt care any warranty. No interested in a fair deal but only taking more money from buyers. It was my mistake to trust these guys.============Its just your standard quality. When I complain about this, everyone in your shop was transferring my call to another. It is very strategic and a teamplay. I bought nissan leaf through the dealer Cezar, but I realized everyone else is not different from him. Im using the car without stereo cause you didnt give me the sd card and you dont take any responsibility of it.
