This store really needs customer service training. The person that serviced me said absolutely nothing - no greeting, no nothing. I asked them yes or no questions but said nothing, extremely rude. I have not met a single friendly person at this store.

I dropped off items at the store for them to package up and ship out for me. One of my items was not put in the box. The item is worth about $2,000. Im not able to reach anybody at the store and when you call the UPS 1-800 number speaking with an agent is not possible. I will be filing a police report ASAP. I do not suggest using this location for any services.

$2.92 to print one single copy! 🤦‍♂️

We had a valuable package shipped directly from a UPS store in Maryland to this UPS store because the insurance required a signature and we were concerned about not connecting at home. When I came to pick it up, they made me pay an additional $5 in addition to the $120 we had already paid because I didnt go through their convoluted system of sending it to myself then using the tracking number to change the destination to the store. On top of the lecture for not following the process we werent informed of in the first place, the clerk argued with me about the fact it had even been shipped from a UPS store. I will not be shipping UPS again.

I wasnt able to print my return label at home so I ask if they can print it in the store for me. Unfortunately a sheet of paper with their return label cost you about $3. If you in a similar situation, use your free Library membership print the labels and drive to the much more helpful location at The Landing.

I had a packaged item of clothing to ship. On it was a prepaid USPS Label. I thought I could drop it off at this store. I have dropped off similar prepaid USPS packages at the Coal Creek store. But this store? WRONG. They wouldnt take it! The person took it, actually pointed to the letters USPS on the label, then said It is for USPS. I said other stores have taken packages as a courtesy. No money is involved, it is simply mailed by the UPS Store with other packages. He again refused, then tried to push it into a 1 slot that made no sense whatsoever. He couldnt, then said See? It doesnt fit anyway! and handed it back to me. Rude AF. Inconsiderate. If I could give minus stars, I would. Spend your money elsewhere not here.

Quick to run in and drop items off. Parking isnt great here... may be better around non-meal times since restaurants share the parking lot. Dont bring a large vehicle to the lot... you may have difficulties.

Nice UPS store - photocopied some bunco sheets for my mom and was impressed by the high level of customer service provided by Jeff.

This is a great UPS store location. I really appreciate Jeffs help today with my photocopies. I learned about all of the different services available at the store today 😁

Learn how to deliver packages correctly!

I called to see if they offered printing service. I was told .17 cents per page. I come down and was greeted the computer right over there. So I printed and when I went to go ring up I was charged almost 3.00 I said for what I was told .17 cent per black and white page. And the rude youg teenage punk behind the counter started laughing as if it was a joke. Never again will I offer business to this company. No offense to ups but the people who run this place is about scamming.

Not recommended if avoiding COVID-19. Employees dont cover their faces and only one tiny section of the counter has a plastic shield. Employee picked up my phone at one point to scan a QR code, putting us both at risk.

Nice place to make photocopies and Jeff was very helpful the other day.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My issue is with their scales. A package was delivered to me by FedEx. I removed one item, reclosed the package and took to this UPS Store to ship. They claimed the package weighed more than one pound over the original weight, increasing the shipping cost by $7. Obviously it is not possible that after removing an item the weight would increase. Makes me question the ethical practices of this store and question the possibility of the owner manipulating the scale.

I was hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes and then I called back and all she said was that she is busy and has customers so call back in 20ish minutes. WTH

Stay away from this store. They are bunch crooks and liars. They will charge ten times what other shops offer. They tried to charge me 78 dollars for two paper for 3 day delivery, so I went to the usps store two block south and got $ 20 dollar for overnight delivery. Also watch out how they try to use a container for the weight of the box, which she said it 7 dollars, wows, at usps, the put everything in the box ando weight and charge me $1.99 for the box. Also this place is a franchise not actually owned by ups, good luck getting any refund for late delivery like others do.

Never go to this place, so unprofessional and bad service!!

Paid $2.92 to print a single piece of paper that I emailed to the store. Two sheets of paper counting the initial misprint document. I was told to use the computer in store to retrieve it from my email to print. Tacking on $2.50, plus being charged for the initial misprint of the document. Ill stick to FedEx.

Use usps instead, will never use ups again after visiting this store.
