Im just trying to make an appointment - the person answering the phone isnt speaking clearly. I think she may have said just a moment? I was waiting with shouting going on in my ears and Im saying, Hey! I cant understand? Im not actually on hold?? I heard somebody talking about breaks?I called back and she was about to do the same thing and I shouted, HEY! and she stopped talking long enough for me to ask if this was indeed to vision center - then said yes and put me on actual hold. I waited more than 5 minutes then gave up.Nope. Just wanted to make an appointment, nevermind, Ill go somewhere else.

Very Poor Customer Service!!!Would have given 0 star if I can. I’m extremely upset here, been coming to this location for my safety glasses since 2007 until now. My eye doctor swapped the numbers on my revised prescription glasses so I had to bring the new prescription with some note to have my glasses fixed. Eye doctor office told me if there is any issues Walmart has regarding to the prescription they can reach out to them. The lady at Walmart optical who was helping me today on 02/27/21, want me to go back to the eye doctor because the date on the prescription is expired, she even mentioned ‘just because they’re making mistakes so now we have to pay for it’, she pushed me to call my eye doctor but I told her that my eye doctor want Walmart to call them if there is any issues, so she called, then she returned all my paperwork along with my eye glasses telling me to come back later because she has to wait for the fax from my eye doctor. This kind of really upset me which they’re not providing good customer service, I already have the new prescription and she was already spoke to my eye doctor why she has to make me comeback or wait? I was really upset so I call my eye doctor right away and ask them to fax what Walmart ask for now otherwise they will not do anything for me until they get the fax as I‘m waiting here no time to go back and forth. I was waiting about 15 minutes and the lady who help me told me that she received the fax and took my glasses. I returned to my car noticed the left side got scraped, someone reversed their car not careful so they hit my car at the parking lot and left the scene with no note. If the lady at the optical department help me fast enough my car would have been fine.Walmart Optical Depart at Rainier Ave in Renton you’re sure loosing me and my family and friends as your loyal customer! Just because your poor customer service!!!! It takes only unprofessional employee to spoil it all!

Sahro the optician was so kind, professional and patient. As was the doctor and the specialist who checked my eye pressure. First contact lenses in 20 years of wearing glasses, and I was so nervous. Your team made it easy and fun, and about $200 less than other area Renton clinics for the exam!

I am very pleased with my experience here. The prices are great and I got my progressive glasses and sunglasses here for less than half the price of Lens Crafters. Your associate Leslie was wonderful. She made me feel very welcome there and was so helpful and friendly in helping me find my glasses and get me on track. Best optician experience I have had in years!

This was by far the best Dr. apt. experience I have ever had. I was a few min.s late to the appointment and they took me right back to fill out papers. Or should I say only one. That was nice to not have a bunch to fill out. From there are started the exam. The employees were so nice. They had me in and out, the whole apt. lasted about 35-45 min.s. To everyone out there I encourage you to change eye Dr.s over to Walmart optical. Thank you for the great friendly fast service Walmart Vision.

Had a great experience. Glasses arrived in a timely manner without any problems or adjustments needed and at a great price. Everyone that I dealt with was very kind. Absolutely recommend this location.

DO NOT GO THEREThe supervisor a lady she is horrible person she has no customer service skills and because of that i will take my business some other place.I can not beleive walmart will hire people who are so bad.

Paid $300 for single pair of progressive glasses. A month later, had a smudge that would not come off one of the reading parts of lens. Went back to see if something could be done, told no, and that was it. Now I have a pair of 50% unusable glasses. And now looking for a different store to get another pair of glasses and hopefully those will last longer than a month.

I ordered an $8 universal remote online and went to the store to pick it up. The Site to Store pick-up counter has two large signs that say just touch the screen to call an associate - so I did. For ten minutes I touched it, I tapped it, I flicked it, I wrote on it, I knocked on it, I slapped it, and I punched it. At no point did it acknowledge my presence. Finally I walked down to the Customer Service counter where I was completely ignored by the Associate working there. Several minutes went by before a Customer Service manager arrived and proceeded to help two different customers that arrived after I had. Once she had radioed for help I returned to the Site counter and stood behind another customer that had arrived after I had. We then waited another five minutes before an Associate arrived to help us. Total pick-up time: well over 30 minutes.
