I wish to thank the staff for a great visit, at a time, when getting good medical advice is so hard, during the pandemic. Renton Vision Clinic was very friendly, along with being quite thorough and professional, with diagnosis and treatment of my symptoms and condition. I am sure that, they are highly trained and have the experience to offer excellent advice and I can move forward, with the prognosis given. Thank you so very much for an awesome visit and keep up the good work, you do.

My experience was mostly successful, though when I arrived I was told it was lunch time, so nobody would be in until my appointment time. The medication I received was covered by my insurance, so I would like to thank my Optometrist for that. Although I unfortunately do not remember her name. Also, some very comfortable contacts were shown. Another thing is that there was not proper change for my cash, meaning I had to exit and get change myself. A long set of busses from Vashon, but it got me to see the city a bit. I ended up leaving on the 9:30 A.M. and catching the 5:50 P.M. or something back.

I had my yearly check up today. The appointment was on schedule. The technicians and doctor explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. The staff was friendly and professional.

Great experience for being my first visit to an eye doctor. The person who helped with choosing my frames made it easy to choose the right frames for me.

Great clinic! Professional and very friendly! I spent a lot of time trying to figure out my new frames and the gal was very patient and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised that i was in and out quickly too 😁 definitely recommend!

Ive been getting services at Renton Vision Center for 10 years they have exceptional service, they make you feel comfortable, someone is always asking for help, the doctor is knowledgeable to making sure your eyesight stays healthy, they have a wonderful staff in ensuring to help you find the frames that look good on you are not. They follow up with you to see if everything work out okay and how your frames fit. I would recommend this company to community, friends and family, I would give them a five star.

The Renton Vision Clinic is a great place. Have been going there since the 1990s. Miss Dr. Jaffee, but enjoyed meeting Dr Ark today. Looking forward to my next appointment where I will have an eye exam and order new contacts.

Wonderful optometrist. Ive never had to sit in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes for an appointment to begin. The optometrists are happy to answer questions during the exam too.When Ive had to reschedule they have been very understanding. At one point I had an issue with the lenses I received on my glasses (fault was the lens manufacturer), and they worked it out with me at no cost. No fuss!Ive been going here since I moved to the area, and dont plan to change anytime soon.

I tried to schedule an appointment with this clinic for my child and I asked them if they take my insurance they told me they did. Once I arrived to the clinic they told me my child did not to have an appointment and they did not take my insurance. I pulled my child out early from school for this appointment.This was a waste of time.

Dr. Javaheri is always pleasent and very thorough. She spent time with me going over the details of my examination.

Great place! Friendly people are here. I believe my last eye exam was 3+ years ago. The previous visit was with a Costco Dr (as my friend paid for it during a trip there). The Costco experience was like a cattle drive that had an eye exam tacked on the end. They moved the herd of people thru the different stations rather quickly. This visit (with Renton Vision Clinic) was very personal and friendly. The helper bees behind the desk, doing the pre-check, and post-check optician were all fabulous. Dr Z was no less fabulous. She was my 1st female eye Dr. She was open to questions and offered good explanations. Absolutely the most modern equipment that Ive had used with my eyes. I dont know that means every time in the past everybody had modern equipment for the day or not. Technology has taken a leap forward in what eye exams have become in the last few years and light years ahead of a couple decades ago. Regardless of how it changes, I expect that high quality eye care, examinations, and dispensing new eye wear will always be at a good high quality as I received on this day. Highly recommended!

Poor service. Miss leading insurance informations. I end up paying almost $200 after insurance paid. They dont know how check what is cover and what not. If you going there do not sign the financial policy. Do not bring your kids there, that told me they accept small kids. But after the exams Ana told me she not specialized in kids exam and she had told the front desk about that. They want me to make another appointment with someone else at a different clinic.I pay $88.70 on the day of exam.A I get the bill for $10310 from them I talk to Shannon Ganbari. She pull the financial policy out and say i have to pay because The insurance is denied the claim for the frame. I had clearly ask her to check insurance on the day of exam. And the insurance details which I insist to see clearly say not eligible. Obviously she didnt check on that day.Luckily I havent scheduled me or anyone else in the family to this clinic

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff and assistants. They explained what my VSP covered and all of my options then got me in as quickly as possible.Dr. Javaheri, like the rest of the staff, as friendly, efficient and took the time to explain things. I have Lupus and am 40, so my eyes are changing and she was able to walk me through thorough testing and got the contact prescription correct, immediately.It has made such a difference for me. As someone who also gets headaches, having the precise prescription means that its not too strong or too weak, triggering headaches.One thing they do a bit differently than I was used to is setting the contact prescription. Unlike Americas Best and a couple others, when they say they are setting a prescription, it includes not just info on the strength etc. but also the prescription for the brand of lenses. I didnt quite realize that and found the new brand to not be quite as comfortable. Luckily, if there are issues within a certain amount of time, they address them. We were able to swap them to my previous brand without an extra fees. Much appreciated.I couldnt recommend them more highly and will go back for glasses, as well.

I had my dry eye treatment done a few months ago and went back for my follow up appointment today. My eyes have not felt this comfortable for years. Just want to thank Dr. Javaheri for recommending this treatment. Office staff are also professional, friendly and courteous.

Liked this place very much, Dr. And staff very kind and patient. Went there with my two kids and were very knowledgeable and answered every question my children asked :) highly recommend!!

Expensive and bad customer service. The sales lady who sold me a pair of glasses and contacts blamed me for coming in a day after the contact lens rebate ended. The weirder part was that I hadnt even complained or commented on the expiration. They also dont give you a case with the purchase of glasses. That seemed like standard practice nowadays.

I came to Renton Vision Clinic needing custom RGP contacts for my high astigmatism prescription. Dr. Javaheri was knowledgeable regarding my options and provided me with a custom pair of contacts that had great comfort and visual clarity. Im incredibly happy to finally have a solid pair of contacts for my prescription and would highly recommend RVC.

I wont go here. Insurance aside, they were going to charge $85 just for the written prescription!
