Very satisfied! The waiting area is clean. Alexandra is a delight. Super positive. I brought my car in to diagnose the cause of a noise my car was making. One of the mechanics called me and was explain to me exactly what the issue was in a manner that I can understand completely. The work was done the same day. I came to pick up my car around 5:40 pm. They were closed BUT they have an after hour service. I just went into the convenience store of the gas station and my invoice and keys were there. I processed the transaction with the gas station attendant. Super easy transaction. I inspected my car and exactly what i needed done was done. I would absolutely recommend getting your car taken cared of here.

I showed up at 7:50 am for my 8 am appointment and was greeted immediately as I walked in by the front desk attendant.He took my keys, offered me a seat in their cozy waiting room, and started working on my car.20 min and I was back on my way and was early to work even though I had warned my boss that i may be late as I am visiting a new mechanic and Im unsure about their work times.Great service, great Customer service - I recommend visiting the servicenter.-nick

Excellent service by truly professional admin and technical staff! This time they replaced my rear windshield washer pump and gave me an annual inspection sticker with no grief, aggravation, or head aches! Genuinely nice people!

I took my car to this place for a state inspection, oil change, and a leak of water into the vehicle. The staff were professional and friendly from the start both over the phone when scheduling an appointment and in person. I received my car back the same day, and they even caught a brake light that was out, so I was grateful they fixed that as well. Though they couldnt immediately fix the leaking issue, they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to send it to a body shop. I opted to get this looked at another time due to my own time constraints but was glad they figured out what the problem was. For the services I received, the price was also very affordable.

My car had trouble starting one morning and after getting it started I was able to call over to Randolph Automotive Serivcenter and get an appointment for the next morning. They were attentive listeners and were able to summarize what I was experiencing after talking to me on the phone and then again in person. They were able to get my car back to me same day and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. It is also very helpful that they have the after hours pick up at the convenience store for pick ups after the service center closes.

I didn’t feel I needed to describe my experience, but after getting a response from the owner saying I might’ve been posting about the wrong place, I feel I should elaborate.Took my car here every now and then a couple years back. Got my tires rotated at some point in late fall 2017. Noticed that when I got the car back, it progressively started making a weird sound on the driver’s side of the vehicle. I brought it in to check and mentioned that I thought it might have to do with the tire rotation they completed a few weeks prior. They told me it was fine but managed to write up a quote for another repair exceeding $1200 (there ended up being a manufacturer’s recall on it anyways).Fast forward a week or so to Christmas night. Just dropped my in-laws off at the airport and hit about 40mph in the tunnels and my car started shaking uncontrollably. I pulled off to the side of the tunnel and got out and saw my car had one lug nut left on the tire. I was lucky enough that it was Christmas and there was little traffic in the area. After waiting for two hours in the cold, I finally got a tow to stop the car off at their shop. I consulted with numerous mechanics who confirmed they did not tighten all the lug nuts on the driver’s side front tire when completing the rotation.The next morning I stopped by and spoke with a mechanic who refused to believe my story. He mentioned that it could’ve been someone trying to steal my tire since I live in the city. BS. Miraculously other people in the shop found out about it and managed to fix it for free (wonder why?) I was told that there was just a lot of wear and tear in the area, which is why the tire fell off.I will never take my business to this place again and advise you to do the same. It’s bad enough to make an egregious and dangerous mistake as bad as theirs. It was insulting to have a mechanic try and say that someone had tried to steal my tire and even more ridiculous for the business owner to suggest that I might’ve been thinking about another shop in the area. No, I remember it quite well.

Family owned business. I remember bringing my vehicle there on a busy Saturday about 2 hours before they would be closed. I think I just needed an oil change and Chris the owner was outside had my vehicle in a bay in no time. Currently they have a tech there named Mike. Mike used to have his own shop in Randolph which I bought my first vehicle from and keep going back to for my vehicle maintenance. I was sad when Mike left his shop. Im glad Chris and his family have Mike on there team.

From the time I called them to several days after my work I was treated respectfully and fairly. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. The price was fair and there is no sales pitch for services you don’t need. As a single woman I dread getting my car worked on as I often feel like I don’t know the “language of cars”. This company alleviated my concerns and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We called to see if we can get our car service and Jen was soooo unprofessional. We were told Tuesday by the gentleman at CarMax that they have Repair Pals then we called this place and Jen picked up. My husband was talking to me while she was on the phone with him and all I said TO MY HUSBAND was I cant do a Wednesday cuz I TOOK TIME OFF of work to see if I can bring it Tuesday. THEN she runs her mouth and decided to cancel the appointment that was ready to be made for Wednesday WITHOUT even talking to us about it and was rushing everything and said I dont even work for Carmax ...no kidding...and thats fine but being rude to customers ISNT fine. I get it everyone is frustrated and Im sure everyone is busy but that doesnt justify how we were spoken to.

Very clean and professional looking place, front office staff are always so friendly and welcoming and willing to help with any questions you have. One of the mechanics, Chris, was always willing to help me with my issues and questions, big or small. Had a few repairs done on my car so far and it went perfectly fine each time, excellent job done as well. I even had another mechanic one time tell me a certain brake job didnt need to be done because it wasnt needed, and was honest and didnt want me to waste my money which was very appreciated. Unlike most mechanics that are shady and rip you off and make you feel like you cant ask questions, thats not the case here. They always want to help, are honest and do a professional job. I highly recommend going here for any car work needed!

This place gets top marks from me. I stopped in on 5 April, 2017, while I was in the midst of a DIY modification/repair to my car. I had gotten 90% of the way to completion, when I was foiled by three rusted bolts. Knowing that I had neither the tools nor the experience of working with a blowtorch, I headed over to Randolph Automotive. From the onset, I noticed how neat and clean the whole place was. The front desk attendant (Marylou, I believe) was quite welcoming, as I asked to briefly speak with one of the guys in the shop. I explained the situation to Chris (the mechanic), and he told me that he could help me out right away. He was totally understanding of my situation, and not 5 minutes after I had given him my car, he returned it to me with the bolts cleanly removed. They even did me the kindness of removing the exhaust section that I was replacing, and not charging me for scrapping it.The professionalism, efficiency, and VERY reasonably priced work which I experienced here is a key factor in my 5-star review. I would wholly recommend anyone who needs work done to take their vehicle here. Keep up the fantastic job.

Great place only place i go for my vehicles. My number one reason for that is trust its hard to find a machanic you trust one that wont try and screw you and sell you unnecessary parts. These guys that work here are stand up people you can trust to fix only what you need and if they tell you theres something else wrong with your car you should trust them and get it done, because they are telling you because it needs to be fixed

In 2011 I had car in to replace a sway bar link. Simple job. Except they slashed my CV boot, got TWO screws in a tire, and cross-threaded 3 of my lug nuts on the same wheel.

Same day service on a broken brake line that almost caused an accident. employees all friendly and helpful.

I brought my car there because it was making a weird noise, I made sure i rode in the car with the mechanic so he could hear it. I left the car there, 1 hour later he called and said it was the right front axle, I paid $100 for the diagnosis and I was told it would cost $501 in total. I didnt argue. I called autozone and the part would cost about $60 but on their quote they charged $179 for parts, maybe it was coming from somewhere special. I brought the car in and paid them their money, the mechanic called me while i was at work and let me know he hears another noise and he could look at it again for another $100. I was thinking it was something different but come to find out while i was driving it was the same noise that i brought it in for. I let them know how i felt by leaving a message. I spoke my mind and let them know that i felt like i was taken advantage of since i am a woman. I brought the car back and i was told they were too busy to look at it. I work for a living just like them. The woman at the front desk told me they are run by the city council, like that would make a diffrence. I dont know about anyone elses experience but mine was awful and i will never go back there.
