Today ii witnessed that there really are some good people left in this world ! i was driving on the highway with my daughter and a car pulled up on side telling me my tire was flat ( i really had no idea just thought my car was driving a lil rougher ) but thank god for them, so i pulled over on the next exit and no more than couple minutes later the same car pulled up behind me! John literally was the best ! he got my spare tire and put it on for me, i am so grateful for him and his lady for being so caring and helpful ! i appreciate it so much, you have no idea. he probably saved our lives 🙏🏽 thank you John !!!!!!

Took my truck to John at Axp. They did a great job on a tune up and figured out what the mystery noise was in my front end. They did not care that my truck is 13 years old with 220,000 miles on it. Prices were fair and the customer service was great. Fast turn around and I feel they listened to my needs and were attentive but not pushy. Gave options on what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait if we did not want to put the total cost of the repair out. Will keep using and highly recommend.

Got a hole in exhaust pipe. Regular muffler shop will ask to replace the whole pipe. AXP welds a section to the pipe for much lower cost. Good!

They treat us old car customers as well as the new car customers! My 83 Mustang Convertible got a custom exhaust, shocks, valve cover gaskets, and a new serpentine belt. Great service in a timely fashion. Other local shops wont work on this old school car, but they had no issues. Repeat business here!;-)

Ive had several things done to my car here and they are always reasonably priced and do great work!! They give free estimates so I can always get that and then plan to get the work done when I can afford it. Just had a wheel bearing, tie rod end and oxygen sensor done. I would highly recommend this place for your car.

Caring and great serviceOn 10/7/13 my car started making loud noises and it needed to be fixed badly. I had heard good things about AXP so after I got off work I drove down to them. By the time I got there they was about to close and one of their employees asked me what was going on my car and that he would take it for a test drive. He checked out my car and told me just what I needed to have done. The price was much less than I expected ! The work was done fast and my car now runs quiet and smooth.Thank you Roger and crew for extraordinary service

I had my Camry for 24 years, and I knew from the first day that I walked in with minor issues, that I had found a rare thing among mechanics: Honesty, and integrity. Throughout the years, I could call, or drop by to ask about an issue, or a sound (yeah, those that we owners hear, yet disappear, when we go to the doctor/mechanic). I was always treated with respect, and never felt as though my being a woman, put me at a disadvantage. Everything has always been clearly explained to me. If there was anything that AXP wasnt able to fix, then they would point me in the right direction. AXP deserves to be recognized as an outstanding business. I just hope that they dont get too busy!

Honesty, integrity, price and a quality repair is why I use AXP to repair my vehicles. I have been doing business with the AXP team for over 10 years including mufflers, brakes and various engine repairs. The AXP team is second to none. Roger has established himself as the best mechanic in Randolph and has been able to maintain that reputation by providing great service at an exceptional price. I have priced out various repairs with other shops to make sure I am not being overcharged and AXP has consistently been the low cost repair shop. I have been told on a couple of occasions that I don’t need a repair immediately when I have had a concern. Do you think you would ever hear that from another shop? I was offended by the one negative review because I know firsthand what a great shop Roger runs and this is my way of thanking Roger and the AXP team for the years of service keeping my cars running great without breaking the bank.
