This is the best store in the whole Baltimore. We went to 5 different stores and they couldnt do anything, they couldnt connect us and this is the only one that could connect us. This store has real professionals, they do a lot of discounts, we left happy that they could help us. Im going to recommend this place to my friends. If you want to connect with out any problems, go to this place.

The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They replaced my broken cell phone and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes while multitasking and helping other customers. They were very courteous and kind to me even though I stopped in after their store hours and they helped me pick out a great cell phone case. Im extremely lucky to have such a wonderful MetroPCS dealer near me. Thanks again, guys!

This is one of the worst locations that I have been to. The guy tried to scam my mother into buying accessories for the phones that she purchased. He ended up charging her for something that she didnt want. Every time Ive been there its never a manger on site. So if shopping at this location pay really good attention to what is going on.

Mike and Jose are awesome professionals at the top of their field. Come on in and get any tech questions answered like I have. I picked up 2 phones from them and got an incredible plan. Customer service is top notch. Make that move. You will onlybe mad at yourself for taking so long.

Great customer service. I went up the street to inquire about service but the people in there were confusing. I came here and got a family plan for me and my fiancee. Thanks to Mike and Irbin, I am now paying less for Unlimited data than what I was with T-Mobile. Im definitely coming back to add 2 more lines for my kids and telling all my friends and co-workers about this spot.
