Everyone was so nice and helpful here! We really weren’t looking to spend a bunch of money and they were so nice they found the floor mattress we loved in the clearance section! I loved they weren’t pushing us to buy everything as well. I really felt like they listened to us.

It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who knows his product(s), and gives you plenty of time to try things out and compare. Thats Zackary. He listened to what we wanted/needed and what could afford to spend. Without any pressure, he guided us through at least four good choices, explaining why each one felt different due to its components. The delivery men were also very easy to work with, fast and efficient and friendly. And we knew we had the right mattress the first night...no break-in period like Ive had before.

My Wife and I recently bought a mattress and base. We bought a clearance model that had been used . When it was delivered to the house we discovered they were both damaged. We contacted the store and they replaced both items with no problems, they upgraded the base and they gave us a brand new mattress. They also gave us a mattress protector. Zack is an excellent salesman. He has the right approach. He educates, which includes answering the common questions and leading the customer to decide the important factors. It leads the customer to the decision and removes sales pressure. The store has the good selection and balance of quality and cost to bring high value. When combined with good pragmatic salesmanship, it’s a winning combination.

I went to this location 3 times to scope out what was available to me in my price range. All three times I had a different salesperson. All three times they did a phenomenal job answering questions and trying to provide an excellent shopping experience. All 3 times the same manager was there, empowering his sales team to handle the visit on their own. A well-run location. I highly recommend that particular store. I ended up with a beautiful choice at a competitive price, and they were able to make some accommodations for my moving situation at no extra charge. 5 stars without hesitation.

Zackary was very helpful and lead us to what we wanted. Only downside is they placed our mattress on hold as there was only one left while we did the financing application. And during that time someone else bought it so now we have to wait 1-2 weeks for the next delivery

Okay, its another mattress shop on Glenwood Ave. Theres a lot of places, but if you are looking for a good deal, especially for a guest room or a kids room this is your place. They have mattresses at 40% off retail, yes they are returns but they clean and sanitize them by baking them (I had to ask how they sanitized them). But like I said, if you need a spare room bed or dont mind it for a master its a great deal without waiting for some random holiday deal! If you dont see what you want in stock they can check other clearance stores and have it transferred for no cost (this is what we had to do.)So go check it out, even if its a holiday and everyone is having a sale its still worth checking out.

I’m still leaving 3 stars due to the overall experience that happened to me which also took a week to resolve.———I don’t ever write reviews but I had to warn others of my HORRIBLE experience here. Do not buy here. I bought a clearance mattress thinking I was getting a great deal. Well the mattress came and it REEKED of smoke. For the short time it was inside the smell got stuck on my carpet and sofa. When I complained they said they would exchange it for me but then changed their mind because I kept the mattress outside while waiting for them to pick it up. Who would keep a nasty smoke-filled mattress inside their home?? Buyer beware!!

The customer service was good here and they price matched. I did go to another location and wasn’t happy with the customer service. Duck Dynasty’s nephew quickly skipped over me to greet and help the next people that came through the door when I wanted to buy a mattress. Overall, I would always price match and negotiate with these people as their mattresses are slightly overpriced and furniture stores sell mattresses for much less. Overall it was a good experience.

Samantha is an absolute angel. My partner and I were at the store twice today but wanted to look at other options and deliberate. After going a third time to finally purchase, there was a system issue (which wasn’t her fault obviously) but Samantha is going to help us get it at the same price anyways once it’s sorted. She has already given us so much help (and honestly way more than I expected) so I cannot wait to purchase from her. I completely trust that she’s getting me the best deal possible. Very friendly and informative salesmen. We got initial quote on first visit, then did research at home. Returned for second visit the next day with some questions which they answered. We did manage to get price reduced, but did not require a lot of negotiating as with a car.salesman. It was clear they wanted our business and they knew we would bite given the right price, which we did.Really enjoyed the conversation and banter with them. Of course the real test will be when we get the bed delivered in a few weeks and see how that goes. I would recommend buying from store, I read some reviews by people who purchased online and had difficulty getting some issues addressed.

I cannot recommend this store enough. after having a lovely, quippy man named Webb order an out of stock model we wanted to this location, another unexpectedly witty mattress salesman named Hunter showed us a better option for the same price and even loaded it right into the car for us. every night before going to bed on my brand new, cloud-like mattress, I say “goodnight family, goodnight moon, goodnight Hunter from the 7010 Glenwood Ave. Mattress Firm.”

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warranted one. I needed to exchange my mattress for a firmer one and the guys working in the store made the whole process super easy. Also, I am getting my new mattress delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. When I bought the original mattress, the guys who delivered were super professional and set everything up for me. I have to say our experience at Matress Firm was an example how to treat a customer, our salesperson Zackery could not have done a better job he showed us every comparable Matress in the same class, stood quietly and let us discuss our options answered all our questions with answers not sales pitches after we got close to our choice he told us to take our time on the bed and walked away so we had privacy to talk.We made our choice he wrote up an estimate so we can go shop our price, two stores later we found. Matress firms price was way under their competitors we were so impressed we drove back 40 minutes back to his store to give him the sale the next day rather than drive 10 min to the Matress firm in my own town, I also want to thank the manager also who was there he was a very nice guy who was very good with customers also gave me a upgrade minimal cost.
