This place has all of your holiday and houseware needs without breaking the bank. The layout of the store is easy to maneuver through and always clean. Additionally, they have a large stock of almost anything from ornaments, rugs, bar stools, lamps, Halloween decor, etc. Searched for my items online prior to shopping in store and found everything I needed within 30 minutes. Customer service experience was pretty good as well.

Such a great variety of beautiful and competitive priced home decor. The customer service associates were eager to help while working on projects. You werent an inconvenience. The aisles were clean and organized. Also the store seemed well stocked.

Huge variety of product but most of it is extremely overpriced. There are some affordable items like the rugs but some of their smaller accessories pricing is all out of whack. You can find a giant planter for $84 and find a tiny little vase thats like $50. Its wild, I would shop here way more if they could get a better system worked out for pricing.

They have a huge selection of anything you could want for your home. And I definitely found things I liked. However, I left feeling like a lot of it was overpriced for the quality. Im not opposed to buying lower quality items for certain things, but I do expect the price to match. For many items, this wasnt the case in my experience.

Awesome store to buy anything you need for your home at great prices. This used to be a Target, but seems much bigger than it is. There is a lot of shelf space here. You could definitely spend half a day in here. They have seasonal items, decoration, kitchenware/houseware, furniture, and the list goes on. I could go to Target to buy 1 wooden spoon for $5, or I could come here to buy a pack of 4 for $1.99. Cashiers have always been friendly and informative. I’m rating 4 stars because there are only 6 registers. All registers were staffed, but the store gets busy. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. I was in here another time and didn’t even buy my items because the line was too long. They should really invest in self-checkout registers because there’s plenty of room in the store. They also offer a free rewards program.

This place is dangerously fun to explore! I cannot shop here without making a few impulse buys.They have an endless variety of pillows, bed linen, lamps, lamp shades, wall art, and literally anything to do with decor.The quality is nice, not cheap. The pricing is fair for the quality of product.I would recommend shopping here instead of Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot and especially instead of Walmart.

This store has an abundance of products. I had no intention of buying anything and just walking around. I left after spending $100.

We usually come to At Home just to browse, but always end up leaving with something holiday related or organizational. If you love the holidays, whether its Easter, Halloween, Christmas, or everything in between, they have something for you. Their selection of holiday, kitchen, furniture, bathroom, and other decor is unmatched for the price. They also have an amazing selection for clearance items, especially at the end of the season / holiday. Strongly suggest you carve out an hour or two to fully browse everything theyve got!

Its an interesting place. Lots of variety but the reality is its all poor quality, cheaply made items that pretend to be discounted but are still relatively high priced for what youre getting. However, by and large its what our society wants... lots of stuff for little money. So weve kind of created a situation where the quality is not so good anymore and we before we are getting a deal. If youre shopping on a budget its a great place to go. If you want something that will last, save up and shop elsewhere.

Massive home and garden decor store. Pretty reasonable depending on what youre looking for. The outside is a little deceiving, lots of trash in the parking lot and not many visitors. But check it out, its worth it.

Fun to shop here for seasonal stuff

We bought a patio set from the Capital Blvd store. As we were assembling the set, we found that they had included 2 left ends (arm rests), and couldnt finish putting the set together without the correct parts. I contacted the store, and got a response fairly quickly. I gave them all the information they asked for, and was told they would contact the manufacturer to get the correct piece. That was the last thing I heard from them 4 weeks ago. Ive responded to the email I got from them at least 3 times in the last week and a half, and they now wont respond. Poor. poor, POOR customer service!!! Its a shame, because I really like the store and their products. Unfortunately, with this experience, I doubt Ill be going back.

Love this store. I am always tempted to buy all the new deco items in stock. Great selection. Prices could be better on furniture + wrought iron products. Artwork & canvas prints need better set up .Too cluttered . Getting damaged.

Very nice location but they didnt have a lot of items for sale!

Love all of the options this store has. However their furniture options are lacking big time. Most of the furniture was overpriced and/or broken. Not going to buy a tiny nightstand for $300 when there is one right beside it already broken. The coupon I received in my email for signing up for insider perks never worked I’ve tried it twice. Everything we have purchased from here has been great though! We love our rugs!

I like this store, but the fragrance smell is WAY too strong. It is so overwhelming it actually made us sick. My clothes still smelled like the store 6 hours later.

I want to say my first experience AT HOME was the best experience ever due to Javon. I do no know what department he is assigned to but he was very knowledgeable, gave me exceptional customer service, listened to my needs, was courteous and polite, and resolved my issue immediately. There need to be more employees with the qualities of Javon.

When I first went to this store I was amazed at all the different home items so I gave it 5 stars. Well after going a few times I realized the items they advertise on their website are not in their store. They try to say maybe its a different location where you saw it, which is rude. Dont insult my intelligence. Its straight up false advertising

Avoid. This. Place. It is what I would imagine hell like, trying to find things in an unorganized, sloppy, giant warehouse full of low quality junk. Staff is no help, and extremely misleading. Its not worth your time. Go somewhere else and get same or better quality for similar price, and you wont have to deal with this sorry excuse for an establishment.

My husband and I came to this store on 3 different occasions in the last week for various things to stage several homes- one being our new home as well. On TWO occasions we dealt with Justin who is the Store Manager at the Capital Crossing location- he is a young and very inexperienced manager who clearly has not been mentored in Customer Service. We spent over $700 in the store over the course of 3 days however on the two occasions that we dealt with Justin he lost $200 worth of business each time because we had TWO wall art pictures that one of the employees got off the wall for us because it was high up- and was marked clearance on the back of the store tags. We get to the register and Justin intercepts the transactions and goes to the cashier and said that the items were not correctly marked. I listened to him again explain that “he can’t honor the sale because he has CUSTOMERS walking around his store taking clearance signs off and putting them on items that are not on sale”.. Keep in mind we had his staff take the pictures off the wall for us and came straight to the register- we don’t have clearance stickers nor do we have red pens to mark labels on our person to change tags- WE’RE NOT THE CUSTOMERS HE CLEARLY HAS A SOUR TASTE FOR”!! So I asked him why then did he honor the SAME tag on another item that was less than $100 that had a clearance tag and did not ring up clearance he had no clear answer- so it’s clearly HIS discretion as to what applies to the “Store Policy” and what doesn’t! Or should I dare say “WHO” he will apply the store policy to and who he will not!It’s clear that apparently at this store he’s had interactions with customers who may have been doing dishonest business but it’s also very evident that now he sees ALL HIS CUSTOMERS this way! Which is very unfortunate for him and humanity as well as for the innocent customers who CHOOSE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IN THIS SEASON OF REOPENING, AND HAVE A GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!I asked to speak to his manager which he claims he called as he went to the office- however he did not allow me the CUSTOMER to speak to her to explain my case- He claims that he will have her call me??? This created another layer of frustration for me because I would think to get a sooner resolution or at least allow me to share my experience with Heather his GM- at the onset of the issue- he supposedly speaks to her but doesn’t let me speak to her- I was given the “oh she will take your information and get back to you”!! This was at 3:15pm on 5/25 and she still has not gotten back to me as of yet!!I plan to share my experience with Heather, Yelp, Google and other outlets to make customers AWARE of how Justin feels about them even BEFORE they patronage this store!!!!!I’m also waiting for Heater to return my call assuming she actually got my information- because I HAVE HERS and will use it if I need to!!I will provide an update as this experience is NOT OVER!!

You dont deserve the 1 star I had to give to post my comments. Zero stars describes my experience.The customer service at the store in East Raleigh is bad. My daughter and I went shopping there today. It was very busy there today (Saturday, May 16, 2020). The checkout line backed up way past the middle of the store. We stood in line 10 plus minutes, waiting patiently. After 10 minutes or so a girl rolled her cart in line right in front of us. Once I mentioned to her that she was breaking in line she said she was with the girl in front of us even though she had a full, separate cart. It was clear she continued to shop while her friend was holding a place. There had to be 30 people that were affected by this girl breaking in line. So, not only was it not fair to me and my daughter, it was unfair to the many people behind us.I went to the front desk and asked the cashier to call someone to assist. The first lady that came to help asked the girl to go to the back of the line. They refused. The store employee then went to get reinforcement from someone I suppose was higher up the chain of command. This person, who I assume was the manager, came up and said it was basically okay for her to break line if she was with the other person. Her reasoning to us was that all the cashiers were open and it would not take long. After getting no assistance from the manager, we took our place in line in front of the two people that broke line in front of us.The two girls threatened us repeatedly and used curse words. The store manager came back up to us and asked if they let us break line in front of them and our response was “no”. I said, “They were able to break in front of us without asking so what was the difference with us breaking in front of them?” She asked us to leave. I commented that the store had bad customer service and then she threatens to call security if I did not leave.There should be a clear rule about breaking in line and it should be followed. No gray area no exceptions so the rule would not be hard to follow. I am sure there is video footage of the girl breaking in line. Maybe the manager needs further training on how to handle this situation. If the manager did not believe us she could have asked the 30 people in line behind us.I do not plan to shop there again. I do not have one good thing to say about this store.

The first time I stepped into this store I was overwhelmed and not impressed. However, every time that Ive gone back I have found more and more things to decors my home with. It definitely is one of my favorite stores.

The BEST home decor shopping store ever!!!!

AtHome has the largest selection of Xmas decorations in town, its almost overwhelming. But, luckily the store is organized well and easy to find what we were looking for. I only took off one star for pricing, prices could be a bit cheaper. But overall, AtHome is one of our favorite stores to shop at.

Great place to buy anything and almost everything for the home! I didnt realize the huge rug selection they had. They like everyone else have been hit hard by the going to or back to college so lots of things were wiped out or slim pickings but a great place for a large selection and prices! They already have Halloween yo Christmas in with a selection on trees already!

It was very festive and seasonal! If you are in the. Christmas spirit already as I am, At Home is the place to be. Absolutely gorgeous Christmas trees of types. You are sure to find one to your liking. Some are pretty pricey, but you are paying for quality after all. There are all types and sizes of rugs, dinnerware, furniture and more. It was a very nice shopping experience.

Stopped by here on Thanksgiving weekend for some Christmas lights. Boy, it was like a whirlwind went through. Not much left except some lights and trees. They usually have a ton of large light ups and inflatables but not this time. Hoepfully they will get some more stock on. Still a ton of ornaments and other Christmas goods.

I’ve came to this store on several occasions and had a hard time finding the items I needed. I had asked several staff members to assist but was only pointed in the directions of where the items should be. One person chose to help and he went above and beyond. Chance customer service and managerial skills are remarkable. He helped me search and load the items. The items I could not purchase he provided me other store locations I could visit. Thank you for being kind and putting customers first. You are definitely needed and a value to the company!

Great selection and great prices

Last night we went here to buy new lamps that we saw online. We felt so disrespected by the staff. What is going on here? First, the only carts we saw upon entering were broken (complete with a sloppy handwritten sign that said “carts are broken”). One staff member almost rammed my five-year-old with a cart and didn’t even say “excuse me.” When we were looking at the lampshades, half of them were either bent or stained. When my husband finally found someone to help us with a lamp question, she looked like she was coming down from a meth high. This store feels nothing like their website and emails suggest it would feel. Can we say NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT?!

Today was my very first visit. I can tell you this...I have a love/hate relationship already. Love the selection and that there is so much to choose from. Store was clean and organized. Hate that I could easily spend way too much money in there! Seriously though, just go already!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This store has some of the most piss poor management that I have ever seen. My mother and I stood in line with our cart in a line that backed up all the way down the length of the whole store. Some woman with an overflowing cart full of items jumped in the line in front of us claiming she was with the person in front of us, although the two women werent in line together for at least the first 10 minutes that we were standing there. Clearly the second woman was continuing to shop while her friend held a place in the extremely long line. We told the lady she could not jump in front of us and she refused to get in the back, so we complained to a manager.The first store employee came back there and asked her to get in the back of the line and the woman refused. So the employee went to get yet another person to handle it This manager did nothing but make up excuses for the woman just because she claimed they were together, even though she was clearly separate, with a separate cart and about 20+ additional items in her cart. My mother and I decided to take back our place in line by moving ahead of the ladies who jumped us, since your management did absolutely nothing about the situation. The two women began cussing at us, bumping me with her cart, threatening to put her hands on me in a violent manner, calling us inappropriate names with children and other patrons within earshot of their foul language - yet we, the paying customers who had done absolutely nothing wrong to begin with, were asked to leave by your incompetent manager with the threat of calling security on us!! Are you kidding me?!Your store employees need to learn what right and wrong is, and then they need to learn how to handle those situations. Allowing customers to jump in line when the line takes 30+ minutes is absolutely appalling. And the customers reasons or execuses for jumping 20 or more people in line is completely irrelevant. If your customers need to continue shopping while another person holds their place in line, then they shouldnt be in line to begin with, and they should be forced to get in the back and wait like the rest of your paying customers.You lost TWO frequent customers today because of how terribly we were treated by your management, who clearly have no clue how to handle customers who are out of line.

I like this place for its wide variety of options and relatively inexpensive prices. This is a good place to shop if you have some time to spend. Thus place is huge. They have a massive selection of just about anything decorative for the home. I get pretty overwhelmed here and it’s not kept neat throughout the day so the merchandise can get very disorganized. The prices are decent, but not super cheap. Mostly it’s good for finding inexpensive pieces with a large selection. I also like that they have a lot of bright and colorful options when most places have grey/muted colors.
