I got what I needed for the most part. I was looking for lamps and the guy working really wasnt helpful and made it seem like putting stock away was more important than helping me find what I needed. The cashier was very nice tho.

Place seems like it has had a going out of business sale for about three years now. Empty shelves, no customer service to speak of, and out of date products

Always enjoy this store. Furniture.. seasonal items. Kitchen utensils, pans, cups, etc. Outdoor seasonal items... foods

Love Big lots. Was able to get a slipcover and pet protector for my new couch for a great price. Jake in furniture was very helpful.

Good place they have different weird food items that Ive never seen in any other places they do have furniture toys other household items. Pet items laundry things and they do have layaway for their. The prices here are pretty good

This store is kind of creepy. Last time I was here the guy at the register was expressing how much he hates his life and told me to have a better day than I am with depression in his voice. Good stuff in the store for decent prices. The feel in there is shady

Cashier tried for 10 minutes and couldnt type in correct ph#, name, or email address. So we didnt get credited for our purchase points. His commit was Sometimes the computer doesnt accept it. The truth was we watched him incorrectly type in our information for 10 minutes. We were tired of his display of lack of knowledge. So were the other people in line behind us.

The store was clean and well organized, personal were very helpful, the Casher was willing to fill out my check and did so with a smile..I would recommend the store to anyone with almost anything your looking for is there. ♥️

I bought a table set that was defective right out of the box .When I returned it they where out of stock. The store replaced it with a more expensive set. Could not be happier with this store.
