I showed my stylist a clear picture of my hair from a few months ago, requesting that it be replicated. I also explicitly stated what I wanted the length of my bangs to be, and I was not listened to at all. Now my bangs are extremely blunt, uneven, and short. I can’t even brush them to the side to hide it. I shouldn’t have trusted anyone with my hair and should’ve continued point-trimming.

Be sure to make an appointment. I needed a quick shave of my head and wasnt able to get in because there was only one person working and she had one client to work on in the last hour and 20 min before closing. I would have gladly waited but she referred me to booking an appointment the following week and said she was busy till close with her one appointment. I ended up shaving my head myself and saving the $.

I showed Natasha the hair style I wanted, told her I wanted my hair to be thinned and bleached. Did she? No! She went to my mom, completely ignored what I wanted, dyed my hair brown to cover up the dye job and also gave me a bob cut. I didnt want that! NEVER WORTH THE MONEY!! Next time I am just gonna let my grow, never dye my hair again. Natasha I didnt come to you to get criticized or have you call me names. I even brought my grandmother in about a month ago, Natasha did a terrible job on her hair. There were parts of her hair uncut. Natasha you seriously need to back to beauty school, because dandruff and dry skin are same thing. Im glad that Im never dying my hair ever again and taking my business elsewhere. If you cant do something right, then dont do it at all.

I brought my, then 2 year old, into get a trim. We were matched with Britney. My daughter absolutely loves her. She has seen her a few times now and has gotten super comfortable with her and will dance and move a lot in the seat. Britney is patient and can move with her! She gives an awesome haircut every time. Ive also gone in and had her style my hair and fix an at home bangs job I tried to do myself. I definitely recommend Fantastic Sams. Due to the industry that I am in for work I have to rely on places that are open on Sunday. I found Fantastic Sams about 6 months ago I have been there many times these stylists are always very friendly warm caring and they actually listen go figure. I go back to them every month or 2 to get my hair cut and styled wonderful people definitely not a franchise attitude they actually listen and care keep it up guys

Came in for a trim/ wash/ style and Sara was great! She was super quick & was giving me tips on how to curl my hair and blow dry for the look I was wanting. She asked about my future hair needs and once I know what I wanna do I will definitely be back! The only downside (it may have been my hair because its long and thick) the curls came out 1.5 hours later before the dinner started that I got them for. BUTTT after her killer advice I was able to redo it no problem and still looked great!

I set up an appointment for the basic wash and cut. My appt was with Tori. She did an AWESOME JOB !! I highly recommend her. My daughter had recommended her to me. Tori is the only person I let touch my hair. Now I know why.

For the past three years I have been coming here. I have travelled the world for 30 years and have had my hair colored and cut in over 10 countries, including Denver Colorado where I previously lived. Lacey used to color my hair and she is awesome, she now cuts my husbands hair (he will have no one else) Stephanie colors and cuts my hair now and I have never been disappointed. If you a new to town or just need a new stylist you will not make the wrong choice in this salon or with either Lacey or Stephanie (or anyone else there for that matter). The price is right, the salon always super clean and the staff accommodating and super friendly.

An hour before leaving for his sisters wedding and my 13 y.o. is crying. The person did not listen at all to what he wanted and chopped all his hair off. A trim he said and over 4 inches all cut off on top to barely an inch left.Not-so-fantastic, Sam! Dont do it! Negative 5 stars. Dont do it!

Ive been to this salon for years and have never had a bad experience. The girls there are sweet and are willing to do whatever crazy thing you want to do for your hair. Ive had my hair dyed multiple times, have had my hair done for prom, hair cuts, styles, and even my eyebrows waxed. I recommend seeing Lacey or Jannea.

Went in on 03/13 for my roots to be bleached and refresh the pink in my hair. After 3 hours I left and didnt pay attention to my hair as it was 8pm and I was tired. My head itched all the way homen why? Because the bleach was still on my hair/scalp in some areas and so was the pink dye. Once I got home and looked at my hair I realized that it was not only pink. It was also orange, yellow and still brown in some spots. I called the next day and explained what happened. I was told that I could go back and have the girl that fid my hair re bleach and dye/fix it. I stated that I wasnt comfortable with that as my hair was just bleached and she messed it up already. The response I got was well we can get you in this afternoon.. I again stated I was not comfortable having her fix my hair. And nothing. I was never offered a refund or even a simple apology. I wish I could post pictures because my hair was really messed up and definitely wasnt worth the $150 I payed. Needless to say, buyer beware! Will definitely never go back and have told everyone I know what happened. Services not rendered!!!!!!!!

Like it but sometimes not what I wanted you need to tell them just what you want and dont use the free hair cut,they give you a card and after so MENY cute u get a free one###not so good but I still go there I dont have another one to go to So I pray cross my fingers 😂

My husband went to get a hair cut here for the first time. The lady who cur his hair did not know how to do the cut he likes. She left long pieces of hair all over his head and the line on the back of his neck was crooked as well as long hair left on his neck. She was rude to him after telling him she didnt know how to cut his hair. Definitely not worth the 25 dollars they charged to cut his hair we will not be returning here again and would not recommend this place to other people

I think for the price and quality its pretty hard to beat that place and youre very polite even though there might be a high turnover of girls that work there but the quality of work is very good and the price is very reasonable and they do a lot of senior citizens which sometimes can be hard to do I would definitely recommend it

I would give a zero out of five stars if I could. I cut it cause I needed a cut as soon as possible but now I wish I just hadnt gotten a cut.

I first went and they told me they couldnt do blonde on my roots and i also asked for layers. I just got home and i see that they have me ONE short layer that is very noticable and VERY SHORT about 3 inches from top of head...not what i wanted at all. My sisters hair turned out horrible too very short bangs the stylist didnt listen to her or ask. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. if u value yout hair at all avoid
