Top off fluids. Was racing from Spokane to Missoula Montana and realized Id better get my fluids checked/topped off before I went over the pass. The gentlemen that helped my were so nice and got me in and out so quickly! I love that I can stop at any Jiffy Lube across the states. Ive had Jiffy Lube more than 20 years and I will never have anyone else!

I went to their Hayden lake location as their website stated they were open. I arrived to be greeted with a sign on the front door stating they were closed until Friday. I called the post falls location to inquire if they were open and how much for a oil change if I brought my own synthetic oil and filter. They told me $52, I asked how much if I use their oil and filter I was told again $52. After a quick online search I found a local tire shop thats been in business for 25 years that has great reviews and charges $24.99 needless to say they will receive the difference in cost in a nice cash tip. Jiffy lube is now off of this consumers radar!

Fuel leaking, and they won’t fix!Made 2 visits today for an oil change and fuel filter replacement for my ‘21 Ram diesel. The oil change went fine, I provided my own oil, so that was going to be $52 for filter and labor. I asked them specifically if they had the correct fuel filters, and they indicated there wouldn’t be a problem. AFTER removing one, they discovered they couldn’t get the new ones. They then proceeded to spend more than an hour trying to reinstall the old filter, and had to use a different o-ring. Because it took so long, they didn’t charge me for the oil change labor.Here’s the problem, the makeshift use of a similar o-ring is leaking fuel. So I went to the Dodge dealer and bought the filters myself and returned to Jiffy Lube to have them installed. I was greeted with “the manager says we need to charge you $150 to install them”. My response was, I’m providing the filters and you want to charge me full price? They did not seem to care about the fuel leak resulting from their previous mistake, and so I will take my business somewhere else… permanently.Update… The next day, I emailed the owner per his request in his response and after 3 more days I have heard nothing.2nd update… A week later, the owner emailed me. “We will use this as a learning experience for the manager”, didn’t offer to take care of anything on my end. Wow.

I was surprised when the clerk told me that the tire pressure was 35 lb all around, The same as the previous customer. This is not what is recommended for the car. When I mentioned that she said that she would change it. And did. But I thought they were supposed to set the tire pressure to the recommended values

Here I sit at 2:30 no ones here, no note on the door. Another customer came after me and asked if they were open, what could I tell them, no. Is this any way to do business.

Overall a positive expereince the crew if very friendly. One major issue, however, when I returned home I noticed oil was all over the undercarriage and up under the fenders. At first it appeared that the differential plug had been removed and the fluid had leaked everywhere. When I returned we determined the plug was actually in and the tech had spilled oil while putting it in the funnel and didnt clean it up. He was very apologetic and took ownership. A simple mistake and something I have done myself. I will continue to use them for oil changes. Nice to see they had women working their as well a first for me.

This is my first review ever and Jiffy Lube Post Falls REALLY impressed me!! Tyler took care of us. He was extremely professional and I couldnt have asked for a better experience for an oil change. I will be back! And ill tell ya... This may not matter to some, but I have a 3 year-old daughter and they had, hands down, the cleanest bathroom Ive ever seen in a business! 5 stars!

ZERO STARS NOT 1,They rounded off my oil plug and tried to blame on previous service location.........RUDE MANAGER DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR HERE AND WAAAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR BADLY RUN PLACE. UPDATE !! On March 30th, I got my oil changed back at the dealership, and I got old oil plug back clearly it was rounded in the REMOVAL DIRECTION!!!! That means it happened at Jiffy Lube. So beware......Also Jiffy price was $90, Dealership price $62 and are much friendlier too, I give zero Stars to PF Jiffy Lube

I was told 10 to 15 minutes. Well I believed them. 40 minutes later, after the kids working were laughing at each other for failing to get my oil plug out, I received a half-hearted “thank you for your patience”. Business owners in this day and age you need to hire based on three reasons integrity, intelligence, and energy. The dude behind the counter, with the tattoos and hat backwards over his ears needs to get medicated for adhd. He is all over the place and talking 100 mph. Please hired customer service professionals. There is a reason this place was empty.

Normally I wouldnt use a Jiffy Lube due to bad past experiences, but I had to go there because of Fleet requirements for my company car. I was pleasantly surprised that the branch in Post Falls was easy to work with, did what was needed without additional upsell pressure, and completed the work quickly. I asked that they did not use a rattle-gun on my oil pan drain plug, and they did as I asked.

Service was fast and efficient. Technicians were kind and helpful.

As always the attendants did a very prompt job servicing my vehicle. They are always courteous and knowledgeable.

They were very thorough. They vacuumed the car. Changed my oil and filter. Filled my tires. Up and were very helpful and nice. I.am going to go there again.

I needed an oil change on a Friday, and I didnt have a lot of time available. I went to a local mechanic, but they had a two hour wait. I looked around, and I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube. I had my battery checked and my oil changed. After the work was finished, my car wouldnt start. They pushed it out of their shop, and I had it towed. I spent over $100 on towing charges. I ended up back at the local mechanic, where I had started my day. They diagnosed the problem for free. During the oil change, the Jiffy Lube employee had removed a cover. After the work was done, they remounted the cover. When they remounted the cover, they lodged an injector wire next to a mounting bolt, and the wire was arcing out. The surge of electricity was causing a fuse to blow and keeping my car from starting. Stay away from Jiffy Lube! Their techs have very limited knowledge. Go to a shop with certified mechanics on duty, and hopefully you can avoid the awful experience that I had at Jiffy Lube.

They said they checked all my fuilds vacuumed the truck out and everything and when I got to the truck there was still dirt all over the floor, makes you wonder if they even changed the oil.

Ive been using Jiffy Lube for 15 years at another location... the techs at this store were not friendly, they did not clean my windows and left the floors dirty, even though they checked the box stating that they cleaned them... who ever owns the franchise needs to get their act together.

I called to schedule service, but the pricing did not match my budget. Jiffy lube seems like the convenience store of oil changes. Your service will be fast and easy. These features can cost you a premium.

They were friendly and quick. Changed the transmission fluid/filter, as well as, the oil and filter in under 45 minutes! Granted it was not a busy day and pricing is a little higher, however good professional work sometimes costs just a little more. Thanks for your help guys!

These guys did a nice job for me but they suggested I remove a shroud that was barely hanging on (not any fault of theirs) and it had a minor, yet frightening ripple effect. We made a cross country move the day after this oil change and the first day into the trip another shroud fell off, presumably because the first shroud was removed and no longer providing support. When it came loose it created the most horrifying sound and I just knew I was going to be stranded in the middle of Montana. Thankfully I was wrong and my husband was able to cut the second shroud off and continue our trip. Lesson learned- keep all of the parts of your car just in case they are important. Lol

Do not go to this place.My daughter went in and they tried charging her 150 for an oil change, and when we called them they adjusted it... however, when she went to leave one of the guys said my boss wanted me to tell you we will give you $500 to run the car to the ground.So unprofessional- your manager hasnt seen the last of me.

They just raised there prices when I went in the last Nov. but the service was fast maybe to fast. All winter I havent been able to get may heater to work. Come to find out it must have been when they changed my oil they checked the radiator and forgot to tighten the cap. My radiator has been loosing fluid ever since. Luckily I found it and I hope nothing was seriously damaged but Ill never go back. Jiffy Lubes that forget to check fluid could forget to put in oil or any of the other series the say they do and yes BTW I did get a sheet from them saying they checked my fluid levels. I guess they need a new sheet saying they put everything back right. For 50+ dollars it now cost there I can afford to go to a really professional.

Theyve gone totally down the tubes.....I will not be going back ever again. They said my bolt was stripped out so they couldnt change the oil.....hmmm....wonder how that happened? Also, very poor attitude in the whole atmosphere in general and the other customer was even more upset about something....idk...anyway plenty of other places to get oil changes just not this place.

Cant beat the service anywhere and they use only top quality Pennzoil products. The only true and original quick oil change. Hayden and Post Falls are the only quick lube stores that have been owned and operated in North Idaho for 25 years. They set the standard that all others try to copy.

They used to be friendly and had great service, however now they want to charge for topping off fluids and vacuuming - things that used to be included. I would understand a modest surcharge, but $25 difference..... and we are now done using this business.

If you need a quick oil change, head light changed or just wiper blades changed, this is the place to go! No appointment is needed and the prices are very competitive. Not only that, but they tell me every time I come in what my manufacture requires me to have done on my vehicle so I won’t void my warranty! Been going here for about 10 years! Where else can you go without an appointment and be on your way in less than 15 minutes! Even when I had my transmission and radiator flushed a couple of days ago, I was in and out in less than a hour! Great service, great staff and I wouldn’t think about going any where else!

Signs said they open on 8 on Saturday, I was there at 817, kid turned me away, as I was going to wait the 13 minutes, one of their employees whipped his own vehicle around the building and drove into the garage without the door being open all the way and hitting it. This was while his co worker was screaming at him to stop. Ummmm...... oil change here? I think not, they have no respect for their customers and why would you trust them with your property?

2x the price I pay at the Honda dealer ship, and of course they try to up sale everything which is just another $20 on top for every extra thing they do. A lot of the add one they want to charge for Honda would of just done for me. I only came here because I was in a pinch and couldnt wait for Honda since they where extremely busy. Depends on the day you go in there and who is working. The younger kids think they know it all and not willing to learn. I have a newer pickup with computer to monitor the oil life tried to tell them about it and was interuptrupted to we know how to start it over and get in the rig and it was not. They need to listen better. Was not the same oil that I had put in there the last time. I know because I looked at the recipts. Felt like I had to constantly look out the window did not trust them from the beginningThe time before was less people working but did a better job and faster.

I came in with my mini cooper and had an issue with a hose breaking off while the tech was trying to get change the oil.Mini coopers are a pain and often places will not work on them due to the difficulty of working on them.I was not happy at first with how the situation was handled by management.After explaining how it could have be handled the team immediately called orileys and got my hose and replaced it. They took care of my oil change due to the time it took to get the hose.They also allowed me to take it somewhere of my choosing to get checked out. Nothing was damaged by them and I had relief. I did appreciate how the problem was resolved and would continue to go back because they made it right.Thank youJim, Savannah also the manager at orileys across the street.

Told them I wanted just an oil change - nothing else -- and got charged for a deluxe package of some sort. Everything they supposedly checked was fine except for topping off the wiper fluid. When I called to speak to the manager about it he was rude and uncaring. We will never go back.

My car was overfilled with oil, on 12/21/18 by 2 whole quarts. This is just as bad, if not worse then having low or bad oil. HOWEVER they did fix this problem for me at the one on division and Baldwin in Spokane wa. With no charge.

Manager was rude and defensive. I just made a comment that I used to receive oil changes there with a $19 coupon. He said I was wrong. He said he as been there for 12 years and the oil changes have never been that low. He was just not having a very good day I guess. I probably will not be going back there.
