I was waiting on someone to help me with 4 pairs of shoes. The black lady with the glasses kept avoiding me cause she wanted to keep talking with her friends. It was people without footlocker uniforms on walking in the back getting their own shoes. Its so unprofessional there. Will never shop there again

Young lady did not offer any help walked the store twice until the manager came out with great customer service and quick and easy show and sell will shop again. Thanks rae

Visited this store on Saturday ( Memorial Day Weekend) & customer service was non existent. I had to measure my grandsons foot myself. We were never greeted nor helped and store wasnt packed just 1 other customer there while the 3 store employees laughed and played at register. I left after about 10 minutes and went across the street to Athletes Foot where 2 employees greeted me as soon as we walked in. 1 employee measured my grandsons foot and we purchased 3 pairs of Americana red white and blue Vans for all 3 of my grandsons

Falsified information it was only 8:20 pm and they said they were close. Really I can see the hours of business is not 8:30pm this isnt the first time the close before the scheduled time ...

I love the workers and they remember you

Says it’s open the lights are on it’s currently 2pm and the doors are locked and no one is in there.
