The manager Casey is awesome! He was very nice from my first trip to the store being new to town and continues to be a bright and friendly presence whenever I stop in.I love the coffee drinks and the wraps they have to offer here as well. You cant go wrong when youre visiting this location and I am going to miss it when I leave town!

Had an issue with my drink today that I ordered and after waiting over 20 mins for it ..I was informed they didnt have anymore.I just requested a refund. Manger on duty went out of his way to make the situation okay. Thanks yall.

I stopped here on Christmas Day. I needed gas, I needed to pee, and I needed to eat. Everyone else in town was here because nothing else was open. I’d been traveling a long time and I had a long way to go. This was a great place to stop. Plus Valencia was very impressed. Onward ladies!

Rotten cucumbers have no place in a freshly made salad. And what’s worse, she told me that all of her cucumbers are like that when I asked her to put fresh ones on. Completely unacceptable.

Always packed and a long line at the register when I go. Staff is nice and gives good service but nothing is fast enough due to number of customers. Parking lot is often chaotic and has trash and debris.

There was a plastic bag in my sandwich. Never going back.

The lady making food today was awesome. Very positive and my sub tastes amazing. Great location for their food and drinks. I love iced lattes and they make it perfect EVERY time which cant be said for other locations in the area. Go here!

The cashier Satinee decided to allow a man to cut in front of a whole line of people because he forgot his ID. She did nothing to let others know that was the reason she let him back in line. For the record, I have always had to get back in line and wait. When a couple of us asked what happened, she said “I’m behind the counter. I’m the one that matters.” Well. That’s nice. There are other locations around that are more considerate of their customers. This wawa ALWAYS has some problem. Either trunk sales at the pumps - while not pumping gas. Beggars hanging out at both entrances. Rude employees. Not a good place to go.

Wow goes downhill after midnight. Ive been here numerous times in the day and evening and usually have satisfactory service, but went after midnight after ordering online went to deli slash sandwich section and had some of the worse service ever. The lady behind the counter ignored and spoke over me to one of her friends and than helped two more people who got there after me. Than when she did acknowledge me she said she didnt have my order without even looking at the computer, didnt ask me about the details of the order and walked away. She should lose her job. Will be following up with management.

I enjoy visiting every morning and seeing the crew that works the morning shift. Everyone greets me with a smile.I especially enjoy seeing the most delightful and customer friendly person Ive ever seen. Her name is Anna. She knows almost everyones name or calls them sunshine or by what uniform they are wearing. She remembers what they usually buy. The food is always great. Plus they offer a lot of other options to choose from.

I go there most week days to grab coffee and drinks for the day. Always great customer service and products. Food is always good and Anna rocks! The most friendly customer service person I have ever met!

Morning staff is super friendly and all around awesome environment. Unfortunately they do mess up your coffee almost everytime you order😂

The store, people and service is outstanding. The number of people begging for money outside the store is ridiculous. I stop at this location at least five times in the evening each week and it always has one or more individuals with thier hands out asking for money. I am sure that I cannot be the only one that is feed up with the current situation. It is about time that management take action to correct this situation. This can not be good for business. If management cannot correct this soon I will carry my business elsewhere.

Bad customer service I was the first to order out of 15 people n the last to get my food,So I checked my food n the guy told me to go somewhere else and check my food.I told him Im paying for it after waiting for you to make all them people food. They threatened to call the police on me and told me to leave because I checked my food from waiting 15 minutes after I order

Great food in there almost every day but the morning ladies still card me and cant remember me after 9 months. Cant blame them for obeying the law but seriously they know Im over 18/21 Im in there every day!

Ordered a milkshake here twice and ended up waiting exceptionally long. There were 2 people working the food area one lady was working on the order before mine while the other didnt bother to do anything other than fill trays even after the employee in the red shirt told her a milk shake was on the board. I was going to leave a 2 star review but the lady in the red shirt hooked up 2 16 oz shakes instead of the 12 and apologize for the wait. She deserves major credit and I wish I had gotten her name because she was perseptive I didnt even voice a complaint.

Unlike the rest of the WaWa’s in the area, I believe this is a Jr. Varsity crew. They have an amazingly difficult time to get their burritos added to the automated ordering system for lunch (Has happened multiple times!!) No other WaWa has this difficulty...

The store is great, very busy around lunch though. Only real downside is getting hassled by panhandlers outside the establishment.

Wawa is the best convenience store out on the market now and has been for years widely known for their Hoagies and now so much more they are not just Hoagies..... they are EVERYTHING! Soup, coffee, donuts, healthy snacks etc....

This and the neighboring Kroger always have the best price for gasoline consistently. I use wawas for their coffee, which is surprisingly fresh every hour if the day, fresh and perfect to drink. The only difficulty youll come across is the daily beggar who pesters you for suport every morning. It is a consequence of the area, not the fault of wawa
