So for the second time Ive had vehicle damage repaired here..both times I went to pick my vehicle up there was Marks they had to remove the first time scratches. Yesterday I picked up my 2020 ram for tailgate and bumper damage I went to get in the truck and there was a circular scratch on my fender well on the drivers side. Mind you this is a black truck so everything is visible. I ask the guy why is the scratch there he says it was there! No sir,I definitely would have seen this as this is on the drivers side he said I have pictures. I look at the pictures that were taken 15 min before i get there to pick up my truck so sure the scratch is there. I asked to see the previous pics of the vehicle before they worked on it he said its on the desk top so I go in to see also looking for the date he tried to pass it i said go back right there he said well you cant see it i said zoom in, he zooms in its still not there. His reply its too pixily to see it I said are we really playing this game? He said Im 1000% sure it was there. I said Im 1001% it wasnt!! So he didnt offer to fix it it definatly got scratched in there shop. Horrible people. I will be contacting my insurance company!

Excellent customer service. My car was ready earlier than anticipated. The repair to my bumper was supurb. The transition into my rental car was perfect. They called Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me and Enterprise picked me up. I will recommend George Farish in the future. They helped make my accident easier to deal with. Due to my own fault, Ive been here twice to get my car repaired. I brought my car in Monday, preparing to be without a car for a week, and my car was ready Wednesday. They offered me a ride to work after I dropped off my car, and not only was the proper repair work done,, but my car was detailed inside and out. Great service. Thank you

My car had black scrapes from someones tire and a small area of paint chipped off. They not only told me what would be done, but gave me a full detailed printout of the pricing. They had my car finished when they said they would and promptly let me know when it was done. I asked when they closed, that I dont get off work until 530. They made it so easy for me to pick it up after hours. They are great people that do superior work. Special shout-out to AJ! I will recommend anyone go there!

Highly recommend this shop! I encountered damage to the tire wall and body of my vehicle in an incident. The collision shop scheduled me and completed all necessary repairs in good timing with fair pricing! They are genuine and made the process super easy and communicated well! And the best part is my vehicle looks brand new after their work! No sign that there was ever an accident! Thoroughly happy!

Jerry was honest, pleasant and took time out to talk to me and my fiance about how he dont mind helping people out. We have taken 2 vehicles here, after trying other local body shops. They did a great job with our truck, even our neighbors complimented the work. We took our car there a year later, and noticed some hairline fractures in the new bumper when we went to pick it up. They agreed and took care of our concern without argument or hesitation. Both vehicles took less than a week. We certainly will consider them in the future. I wish they offered more auto services because I would go to them!
