I had a great experience purchasing furniture for my home at Cascade Home Decor. Me and my wife walked in without an appointment, staff went above and beyond to make sure that they have the furniture that wed looking for. Special thanks to Viktor and Casey they were more than happy to show us the available stock. That team was very helpful from the quick response to ours inquiry all the way to deliver and installation, also our furniture was clean and protected during transportation.Shopping, delivery, and installation was super smooth.I highly recommend Cascade Home Decor to relative and friends, the team is so careful, responsible and professional.

Great place to buy your new furniture. Tons of furniture in the show room and a nearly unlimited selection to special order in just a few weeks. The sales guys are very helpful and still low pressure. They want to help you rather than force you. Dont forget to check out the clearance center before you leave. They even have a recliner big enough for Big Foot.

Cascade Home Decor is a nice furniture store. We had a had a great experience and was very impressed with the quality of furniture they carried. We have a modern farmhouse style decor home and this goes great with our decoration. The table and chairs feel solid, and heavy and made of good quality. The delivery was excellent the gentlemen came in and out, assembled our furniture quickly and were great to work with. This was our first experience with Cascade Home Decor and it was wonderful! We had a horrible experience. We went in to look at recliners and ordered one. The salesman we had talked so much about himself and life he never gave us the invoice nor their return policy, which they say they tell everyone. When I called to find out when our order would be in was told now won’t be in for another month. This is after told the item would be in within a month latest 6 weeks. It is now going to be 5 months, not until May that’s 5 months. We have asked first to exchange for one in store and we’re told by a saleman that would be fine. We went into the store that day found one, but nobody to assist us so we left and went somewhere else. We call to get a refund as it’s going to be 5 months of them having our money. The staff is incredibly rude talk over you, won’t listen and told my husband to get a lawyer before he even said anything. I am now with out my money and my recliner.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SELF FROM BEING RIPPED OFF.

I purchased an item already in stock, with the promise that it would be delivered into my apartment within 24 hours. Promise confirmed. This place is amazing!!!!! Casey is always super friendly, helpful, and guides you in the right direction. We bought our sectional here about a year ago. Its still going strong! So we returned and bought more furniture. This is our go to place and we recommend everyone goes here!! Such a fanatastic hidden gem!

NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK. Walked in and no employees were there to help me, obviously bad customer service. No employees were wearing masks nor were the customers, so I truly question the sanitation within the store itself. Do not come here if you value your own safety.

I can’t say enough good about this company! Mainly Jude! I was stressing out beyond belief about finding a couch in stock that wouldn’t take months to get. Jude helped us and made the entire sales process so easy and smooth. We absolutely love our couch and plan on coming back in the future for anything else we purchase. Bought a dining room set from them today. They worked late (8 pm) just to get it delivered today as they promised. Viktor was very clean about his work, courteous and friendly. Quickly put our set together and were very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service and the beautiful piece of furniture.

Jude was the greatest! He went way above and beyond what was expected.I had so many things I needed in a recliner because of my health, that anyone else would have thrown up their hands and quit.Not Jude. He never made me feel bad and stuck with me through it all.And was cheerful throughout.Im taking my time and narrowing down my choices and hes still being so helpful and kind.Couldnt ask for anything more. Do not buy from this store. Careless when Delivering furniture. Still waiting...going on three Weeks now for queen size box spring that was to be delivered to the store 2 weeks ago. Would not recommend.

Good place, especially Viktor, honest man, pays attention to details and follows up if there is any questions or issues with the delivery company.I bought two beds, a dining table and 6 chairs; Viktor was the salesman. Strongly recommend him based on my experience. I would definitely start with him when I do my shopping when I need to buy furniture. .

TERRIBLE PLACE. Horrible customer service.Bought a couch, was told 2 weeks for it to arrive. A month later and still no couch and being told another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Originally talked to Casey and he said he would talk to the owner/manager to see how we could fix the problem at hand and all the miscommunication. Didn’t hear back until we called again and still an unsure answer. Seems like no one communicates around there- got a call from Nick who was extremely rude on the phone and told me to stop talking and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain the situation to him. Told me that maybe if I wrote down the name of person we talked to we would remember it. Still don’t know what our options are. Can we get a refund? Don’t know. Do we pay a restocking fee? Don’t know. Can we exchange for a different couch? STILL DONT KNOW.DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.

A great store with friendly and polite staff. Very large selection of furniture with many different styles, color choices, decor, and all within your budget. Huge showroom includes furniture for your entire house. Mattresses, dining room, living room, bedroom, kids, reclining furniture, and much more. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience with Cascade Home Decor. We have already 15 days waiting for a response from some serious and responsible person of that company but it has not happened. We bought a dining set at normal price. we do not buy second or third products. when receiving the dining room game and taking it out of its boxes we went through moments of anger because 5 of the 6 chairs arrived with defects and scratches. the table with defects in the pattern of the drawing. at the time the delivery company was informed that we were not in agreement with the status of those products and we left it in writing on the invoice. The next day we contacted Cascade Home Decor to inform them of the situation. A week passed without any concrete response to the change of the product, they only said that we had to pay the delivery again to replace the chairs and table. This seemed unfair to us since the error was theirs and we did not have to pay for the delivery again. It turns out that they’re plan was for the 7 days to pass to claim that after 7 days there was no right to claim as the invoice says. this is the date that we have not received a response from our situation, so we had to go to the bank trying to cancel the payment, it was the only solution we got since they have not expressed any intention to solve our problem. fortunately we have photos of the poor quality of your product and emails in which from the first moment we inform them of the situation.

Let you shop around without following you around or trying to make sales. Lots of selection, and they have most of their items already in stock. Got our couch the very next day. Super happy with our sectional and the service we received!

They told me they had an item in stock and when I told them to call company do double check they said they didn’t. They lied to me to try to get me to come to the store and buy it. If I would have came and ordered it then they would tell me it was out of stock and I would be stuck with no furniture. Scams.

My wife and I had been shopping all over town for a new couch as she was pregnant with twins. We found an amazing Ashley leather recliner couch and it saved our sleep and sanity. Up until that point my wife was unable to sleep in a bed and after Cascade Home Decor delivered and set up the couch, we started to go into full recline mode and sleep on that. We ended up sleeping on it for over two months before the twins birth and for several months after. When a friend didnt know better and sat on the extended edge and bent something, Cascade Home Decor had someone come out, diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. Im not sure but I think the person that sold us the couch was the owner and he cut us a great deal and threw in free delivery. Definitely worth a trip to look at their inventory if you know they are open. If I ever have to shop for furniture again, theyd be at the top of my list.

Was sold a broken table and chairs for $600. I kept the chairs. I had to move myself. Waited 2 weeks for new table. Only for me to take the heavy table back to them. Then I get a new table to home open it and find out this table is broken as well. Wont refund me the money that day because its sunday. Go in next day. First off get hit with an up sale. Then he tells me he will give me 200 for the table. Are you kidden me. This is your karma Cascade Home Decor. Give me another $150 and Ill erase this post.

What a nightmare. I do not usually post reviews, but my experience here has been so poor I felt that obligated to. Last Tuesday 11/8 I purchased 2 identical sectionals, I was told that they had one of them in stock currently at there warehouse and it could be there in 2 days, the other one would be roughly 10 business days out because it was coming directly from the manufacturer. Totally understandable. I told Viktor the sales person that I wouldnt be able to pick up the first sectional until Sunday, 5 days later. He said, no problem, it will be here. Fast forward to Sunday, after renting a Uhaul and hauling my old couches to the dump, the first sectional had not showed up yet, but it was sitting at their warehouse in Vancouver. I told them that wasnt too big of a deal and that I had rented a Uhaul for the day, so I could just go pick it up there. He told me that the warehouse was at the owners house and he didnt want customers going there. I said no problem, just send someone after it and I can pick it up from the location on airport way. He told me that he couldnt get a hold of the owner and that I should just wait until Wednesday when the other sectional was going to show up from the manufacturer. I told him that didnt work for me as my house was now lacking places to sit. Since I was getting nowhere with him I suggested that in order to make it right that they could just deliver the first sectional free of charge Monday. He told me Buddy, you know you got a good deal on these sectionals, so I cant do that. It has nothing to do with what deal I got on the sectionals, $12.50 off advertised price.. but customer service, which is beyond non existent. I should have known based on their yelp reviews not to do business with them. It is now Monday, Viktor allegedly still cant get a hold of the owner and my first sectional still is not there, although Ive already paid for it in full. He was nice enough to suggest that I just wait until Wednesday again when the other sectional is supposed to show up. Good riddance.

Craigslist had an add saying open on Sunday from 11-6 so we drove 40 minutes out there to look at a table. The open sign was on yet it was dark inside and as we got to the door it said closed on sundays. Not worth going out another day after that.
