Hi everyone, Ms.Maria was the bomb I loved her customer service. Hands on,detailed descriptions, patience,very well rounded woman. I loved the experience of the eye exam as well Mr.Ed made sure I wasnt nervous,and made me comfortable with the machines and sensitivity to my eyes. I can say I never have had such an easy,quick and professional experience when getting glasses. Im stuck and a valued customer for life.

My experience at my eye lab is absolutely awesome especially with Zeeshan and Shakur these two guys are amazing! The customer experience is so great! They are so helpful and friendly they make me feel so special and always want to shop here.

Shakur was very professional and might I add awesome. From the time I arrived until the time I left the appointment. He made sure I understood everything and made sure I got what I came for. The staff in the front area definitely made sure you was always put first and all was very knowledgeable about products. Eyelab is the best and very friendly.

Walked in without an appointment for an eye exam and to buy a couple pairs of glasses, was seen by the Optometrist within half an hour. There was no dilation needed as they have the latest equipment that takes a picture of your retina. Comprehensive exam with a zoom type remote call with the doctor. Picked out my frames (great selection) and less than a week later picked them up. Great experience, highly recommended!

Went here today as a walk in. They took care of me right away. I had an eye exam and picked out my glasses all within 30 minutes of walking in. Great prices and helpful staff.. Thanks again.

I came in for what I knew would be a difficult eye exam having a damaged cornea. Maria gave me a warm greeting and Shakir worked so hard to get me what turned out to be the perfect prescription. Zack also gave me very professional and super friendly service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Came in a 5:35 to get an eye exam. I checked online before arrival and there were two appointments left. One for 535 and one for 545. When, I arrived he tells me that he doesnt have to honor the online appointments because hes a franchise store. He just stood there and offered to take off money for my glasses I had yet to ha e an exam for. I was livid and will be taking my money elsewhere. Lost two customers today.

The day I went in to get my exam and glasses was terrific. They were very helpful and when I was given the price for my glasses and lenses I almost cried how expensive they were. They were able to work a deal with me and I ordered my glasses. When I had trouble with the glasses Maria came over to help me. When I explained the issue with the distance she told me the people I was working with were stupid. She also told me she had no problem telling people they are stupid…. Oh I believe that statement. Basically she told me I was stuck with the glasses and I’m stupid. So I can surly say I will not be back. And yes I guess I am stupid for going there and spending the money I did

They have very nice collection of Frames. I feel very comfortable while my eye examination with doctor. They have experienced optician Who made me comfortable during my eye examination. They have very reasonable price for frames and good quality of product s. So I would suggest you guys to visit this place for sure. 😎😎👓👩‍🏫👩‍🏫

So, I’m not usually one to post reviews. However, I think it’s important that consumers know BEFORE they visit this store!My initial experience at this store was great… BUT, once I received my glasses things were NOT ok. I asked to have my new glasses adjusted & the tech proceeded to heat up my METAL frames (strange) to adjust them, which I’m pretty sure isn’t necessary! Upon a separate visit to this same store, I asked to have my ADJUSTABLE temple tightened & they’ve been permanently glued!Upon my FINAL visit to this store, I ordered a pair of glasses with transitional lenses and changed my mind on the frames at the last minute. I asked the sales person to change the frames for the order & I was told “it’s too late to change, sorry it’s already in the system”. I should have cancelled the order altogether, but I’ve learned my lesson.As for their 30 day satisfaction guarantee? I’ve been to the store as well as emailed the general manager over 10 days ago & still haven’t received ANY response!!! Save your time and money,… we have plenty of other businesses that DO STAND behind their products!

Very clean and organized place. As soon as I got there I was greeted immediately and Shakur was super professional, helpful, and time efficient when it came to taking care of the customers. The virtual lab was very cool and I think it works really well with modern day optometry, glad to see they’re using awesome and innovative technology. After that, Shakur helped me pick out some new glasses and he was extremely helpful when it came to choosing which frames were right for me and I am completely satisfied with what I chose. Highly recommend this place!

Best place to go to get glasses! Everything was quick and easy! The staff and owner there treat you like family. I went in and was greeted by Shakur and Zeeshan and they were able to help me get my eye exam done and pick out the frames I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Shaqur lead me through my eye exam and made sure the results were accurate. He was able to assist me with choosing from a variety of frames for my new glasses. I was very happy in the choice I made once I left.

The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because of the fact that they advertise that get 2 frames for 59 deal so blatantly, but then you go there and they have only 4 frames that apply to that deal and theyre hideous. Bright orange giant frames? Come on. I ended up spending 250 instead of 59. Aside from that, everyone was friendly and I got my frames in just over a week. Good service, but you should really drop that promotion if youre not going to offer any decent frames.

Being able to have an eye exam on a Sunday is very Convenient. Mr. Ed the optician is very helpful and friendly. He talked me though everything that was being done. Zeeshan was very pleasant and assisted me in choosing my frames. This location surpassed my expectations.

Came for my daughters appointment and ended up doing my own appointment. Helpful and a wonderful staff. Friendly and gave great advice. Husband is making his appointment next!. Very happy they are in the neighborhood. Highly suggest.

I had a really good experience here. They treat their customers like friends who have known each other forever. The process for getting glasses was really fun and I loved being able to walk around and try on different glasses to see what looks best for me.

Horrible customer service!! Takes 2 months to get glasses! When the prescription is wrong they make you drive all over south florida to see a doctor because they dont want to be bothered. When you do show up the doctor isnt in. After almost 3 months still no glasses. Would like money back and they refused. DO NOT GO HERE! Please if you have eye issues go to a place that cares about people.

I stopped in to have a pair of sunglasses adjusted. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My sunglasses are so much more comfortable to wear now. Although I didnt get an eye exam or purchase new glasses, I will go back to this location when I need them.

I loathe doctors ..: of every kind. My experience is they don’t listen. Experts in their field does NOT qualify them as experts in my experience or my personal physiology.So, I was ready to walk out of the space didn’t vibe right. But ...The staff and people here are terrific!!! Engaging, patient, attentive, quit wit and built rapport fast!I love this place! They haven’t forgotten what it is to be on the customer side of the equation.Annnnnd, they place the patient above the franchise which is exceptionally rare!They also saved me a couple stacks so I’ll be back .... even though I live in Colorado.Come get yer sight right, fools!!!!

I visited the Pompano Beach Eyelab recently after a lense had fallen out of my glasses. Even though I had not purchased the glasses at Eyelab they agreed to repair my glasses and would not accept any money for the repair. It is refreshing to find great service like this and I will certainly return to Eyelab when I need new glasses.

I am NOW a former Americas Best customer. The eye exam was good, remotely by the doctor. The owner/manager is hands on and treated us like family and Maria went over and above to help us find the perfect glasses. Watch out Americas Best you are going to lose customers.

I use to go to America’s best, but it’s 20 min drive from my house. Thought this would be more convenient. I was the only one in the store so I got a walk in appointment.Everything seemed off about the visit. But they seemed like a new store so whatever. The exam is done by a doctor over a webcam which seems strange.The real issue I have with them is they charged me $80 for a contact exam that is covered by insurance. I paid for the extra exam and called my insurance. They called the store and explained it was covered. Store said they would refund. Cool. Waited 3 weeks. no refund. Called insurance again. Store said they would refund. No refund. Ended up having to charge back on my credit card.
