Received excellent service at Pomona Body and Paint after loosing a piece of trim off my Honda Pilot. I called them and they were able to find the part I needed by just looking at a texted pic, ordered the part, and was able to fix it by the next day so that my son could take the car to college that weekend. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and prompt remedy of my problem. Thank you, Pomona Body and Paint! I would not hesitate to come again for your services.

Ommmggggg when I say I was panicking about my bumper coming off they were closing in 15 minutes and I was about to cry, literally the only body shop open and the guy just come down we’ll look at it for you. Not only did they fix it they made me smile and were so kind I wanted to cry because of all the things currently going on in my life kindness was something I could appreciate and it’s such an everlasting feeling

High quality work at a good price. I will say though that I was losing my patience when my 2-3 week quote turned into almost 8 weeks. I understand it was during the winter holidays, and covid peaking, and tough times in general, and I guess when youre a cash customer you kind of fall behind the priority list of insurance claim cars, but they made it up to me by doing a great job and also cleaning up some other blemishes I had on my car that were not part of the original quote for the rear without charge. The price was also a good deal for the quality of work so I guess that warrants how long it took. I just hope they give more realistic timeframes to cash customers so customers can better plan the time they will be without a car. Still, my car looks brand new now and much better than it did before the car crash that destroyed the rear. They also took my car back in to re-adjust the backup camera without any extra charge. So thank you for the good work and good deal. I would recommend them.

Alvino and Henry made the whole claim process very easy. They dealt with the insurance company and set up a rental as soon as I dropped off my car. Glad I found them online. I cant thank them enough. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Hands down theyre the best in town.

Amazing service ! I do not leave reviews for many places, but I just had to for this place ! I had some scuffing on my door and a dent on my fender. I went to to them and they were pretty busy with other cars, but Junior was able to assist me as soon as I arrived. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. He did an amazing job and did not charge me because it wasn’t much work. Thank you once again Junior ! I will continue going to them if I ever have any work to do on my car.

My mom went in today and was very happy with their service. She got the front bumper fixed while she waited the same day. Professional work and we are so glad and relieved to have it looking good! Great customer service as well, thank you!!!!

I took my car after someone hit my fender at work. They treated me like if I was a returning customer. Asked me if I needed a rental and within minutes I was on my way to pick up my rental that was already scheduled for pick up once I arrived. I was impressed by the professional work, fast, friendly, honest work. I eventually returned back because I was rearended on the freeway. They had all my information on file and again treated me with respect. ( This time I was a returning customer). I never felt pressured to make any decisions I wasnt happy with. Very professional and efficient service. The day I picked up my car after having body work on it the owner himself brought the car to me and did a walk around to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The employees where very professional from the beginning to the end. I never felt misinformed thru the repair. I highly recommend you take your car to them.

Great place to fix your car. They are hard to find at first because they are behind a house. They give free estimates. Fast, honest, great prices, and friendly. You can wait in their office while they are finishing your car. They left my car looking like new, they do an awesome job. I definitely recommend.

I do not give reviews very often at all but this place deserves a 6 stars out of 5. They did an absolutely fantastic job on my Van and went above and beyond and did more than that on my car and the price was very very fair. Do not be fooled by the appearance of the facility this is a class act shop. Somehow a pole struck my fender. Dark car vs. white pole = ugly scratch. I took it into Pomona Body & Paint... 20 minutes later it ese good as new. Plus Lalo went above and beyond and fixed a loose part from the undercarriage. Awesome customer service.

After getting quotes @ several body shops in Pomona I decided on coming here because of the friendly service and good vibes. The insurance company I was dealing with wanted to total my vehicle due to the cost of repairs vs. value of my vehicle...Henry and his guystook care of me and made it so my car would not get salvaged, and repaired it back to original specs..They even got my whole van cleaned and in better shape than I had it. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work.

I had my car towed here. My car was hit in front of the Alvinos shops. He introduced his self to me and seemed very knowledgeable and genuine so I had my insurance tow my car here to be worked on. That was the best decision I made. Alvino and his guys did an amazing job and were very friendly and went above and beyond I could not be more happy with job that they did. My car honestly looks better now then it did before it got it. He returned my car cleaned and waxed. I would highly recommend coming here to get your car fixed. If your car is getting fixed through insurance just tell your insurance you want you car repaired here and they will handle the rest the whole process was very easy.

This shop is the worst shop I have ever been to. They completely suck. I took my car in and the said to give them a month . Its been two months my car has been there. Nothing has got done with my car . They gave me a set price and now they are saying its way more.on top of them being unreliable they are completely unprofessional the guy kept flirting with me and harassing me.i would not recommend . He completely sexually harassed me and called me a dead fish.

I was involved in a hit and run and brought my car to Pomona Body and Paint. Henry helped me and told me he would take care of everything including a prior dent I got a while back. My insurance recommend I have my car fixed at a shop near by but my gut told me to go here, and Im glad I did. When I came back to pick it up the car looked like the day I bought it. They even took care of the yellowing of my headlights. Alvino took care of me during checkout and hooked it up big time. I would definitely 10/10 recommend this shop if you need work done on your car. They are friendly and professional.
