Where do I start, when I stopped in for an estimate, the rep put a quote together that I felt was very fair, I have had many cars painted or repaired over the years. I was told 3-4 days and it took 10. I was called 2 days in and the same rep said that while at the body shop, they realized they missed a dent and had to increase the estimate by $110, I wasnt happy but agreed, after all, they were looking right at the fender when they put the estimate together. Then, after 10 days its finally done. Paint looked great but now the estimate is $340 higher than when I dropped it off, plus the white paint is on my black mud guards. Very disappointing.

I have a 2007 Toyota Siena that needed to be painted and fix some dents in a passenger side fender, come scratches in the front bumper, so I called Maaco in Pomona for a free estimate....I called on August 10 at mid day, Mary answered the phone with a very professional manner offering -free paint estimate-, (just what I was looking for). So I went in right of way and Kevin came out of the office introducing himself politely, as I arrived to this Macco Auto Bpody Shop & Painting. I asked Kevin about free estimate on painting my Toyota Siena.He said -sure, lets look at it....-Kevin walked around my vehicle making notes then he explained everything that my vehicle needed. He asked me to come to the office and Kevin put everything that he showed me on paper with prices on it., showing me the different jobs and prices on car painting. -ALL CLEAR...! I could not have asked for anything else.Bottom Line:My 2007 Toyota Siena is painted beautifully, no more dents or scratches, IT LOOKS AMAZUNG!!!! These guys did an excellent job.Kevin and Mary at front desk, both very respectful and professional....I Highly recommend anyone reading this review to come and get your vehicle painted and taken care of here at Macco in Pomona. I am sure that Mary and Kevin will explain all what you might need politely and professional on your car painting needs.

Ignore the bad reviews. I went to a place in Riverside and they gave me a quote of $1,700 so I went to Maaco and they hooked me up for less than $800. It took a few days and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. Everyone was friendly and explained everything in detail. They also added the decals to my car and changed out the grill for a more aggressive look. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I got a bad paint job on my car at this place, got so much over paint all over the edges of the window the front lights, the tires got paint over them, even the exhaust. My car was left with so many imperfections

Carla is great. Had to repair or replace my front bumper. She went over all my options so I made the best choice. Then she made arrangements to paint my new bumper before I turn the car in making my pick up time much shorter. Also, I had work done on a previous car at this same shop with great quality service.

Great price...only wasnt sanded properly on top. In morning the humidity from the fog can be seen in the shape paint was faded prior to it being repainted...

The manager Luis is very rude. Paid $1000 for a paint job on my car. Did a bad job and he says what do you expect for a thousand. Straight in your face up close, yelling with no mask. Hasnt he heard of Social Distancing. RUDE. Didnt even make an attempt to fix the problem. The car was promised in 4 days took them 2 weeks!! Very disappointed.

I took my truck in to get painted drove it in at that and when it was time to pick it up it would not start. They had no answer for us as to what happened from when I dropped it off to picking it up.They offered to push start it for us just to get it off their property. I would not recommend this place

One of the worst paint shops I’ve used. Dents that were not repaired and bless throughout the paint. Charge more to fix their f ups after they painted and had to go back and fix them. Same quality you would get with someone off the street doing your body work. Oh, and lame excuses for there bad job. Payed for there best paint job. Would be better to get their cheap job then would expect this kind of work. Macco in Riverside does way better work.

Did a great job rehabbing my crashed up Jeep.It had so many dents yet they fixed and repainted it for $3kA regular body shop would have cost far more.The paint color is changed, but oh well.Aluminum trim is rippled too. But nonetheless its a way to fix up an older vehicle that has body damage economically.

They did a great job on my car, Kevin seems to work hard trying to manage all the customers at once. They delivered my car before the day that I needed it by. The color isnt what I wanted but that is my fault for calling and second guessing my first choice. The color i chose on pallet and my car match perfectly.

Vehicle was finished before promised. Very happy with workmanship and overall work done.

Dont waste your money going there, theyre quality of work is horrible, they dont even prep your car before painting it.

Sadly this was not the car color I wanted, I chose from the Macao book to get my color and still didn’t come out right. the staff didn’t seem to want to help much in color selection anyways. I was promised a 1 and a half and didn’t get the car back for over 3 weeks. The first day I was told car was ready, the emblems were missing, there was overspray everywhere (chrome, lights, wheels, etc.) I had to periodically keep coming back to ensure the car was completed correctly. I wasted money since I had to rent a car a couple days due to the lateness. Overall, I would just go elsewhere I’m sorry. I went to a reputable company to expect reputable work but instead I got exactly what people fear when you hear a Maaco paint job. I will not lie. Its a nice color and I will grow into the color I have and make best with what i have but will not go back for another headache.

The 5 star rating is not for the place itself. They are for the people who work there who always give me great service.Mr Joe Gabowsky and Jesus. I have been doing business with them for many years and they have never disappointed me. I have followed them from Maaco shop to Maaco shop. So if you need bodywork and paint ask for these guys. I tried getting work done at the same location when they were gone and it was not the same.

Worst service at this location. Poor service, awful quality work and did not complete the work professionally ..would not ever recommend this company to nobody..everyone stay away from Macco!!

I was in and out the same day, these guys went above and beyond for me. Very much appreciated their professionalism and ergents. They replaced a front fender for me, and now my car looks good as new again. I still have a scratch on my car but due to my own time restrictions I was unable to get that fix but I will for sure be going back to get the work completed.

I took my daughters car to this Maaco because they were running a special and Pomona was the closest to me, however when I got there it was almost $200 more. When I picked the car up it had 2 flys on opposite sides of the car painted into the rear of the car. The paint job was dull and not shiny like you would expect a freshly painted car to be.For the service I wouldn’t give any stars and customer service a 1.

Very upset they be nice take your money then work isnt done correctly.i go to pick up car they didnt remove not one dent like they were supposed too they got paint around my windows and my sun roof all a sudden dont work now .And all i got was 20 dallors so wrong horrible service

I saw a commercial that Maaco had a Spring deal to pain any car for $299. I went to see if I could get my car paint, after the estimate somehow the price went from $299 dollars to almost $1000 dollars.I know my car is not in the best shape but they triple the price. Another individual that was there before me got the same price and walked out of this place talking how much of a rip off was this place.I think this people are lairs and their deals are just hooks to bring customer in then rob them. I’m pretty sure I could find another body shop that will do a good job but the price will not be so high.

Repair went in for repair. Guy said was only a paint shop. As there were more messed up cars.
