The service here is the best in town. The staff is very welcoming, you can tell they love what they do. They are reliable and go above and beyond to help. I have taken 2 of my cars to have body work done and each time my car came out looking brand new!

Insurance sent me here after a pretty bad accident. They are outstanding at communicating status updates, and there’s even an option to get text updates. Since they discovered more damage once they started pulling things apart, the clear communication was vital. It took about a week longer than the initial estimate because of the additional work, but the car is perfect & you can’t tell that nearly an entire side of the body was replaced! I hope to not need auto body work in the future, but I will definitely come back here if I do!

They didnt fully complete the repair job on my car, and nearly cut my finger off. THEIR JOB WAS GROSS NEGLIGENCE CAUSING BODILY HARM. I have nerve damage for the rest of my life. BE CAREFUL USING THEM

Great service here these guys did an amazing job on our car,we were side swiped by a semi while visiting family in California drove from New Mexico it was a nightmare but these guys took care of us our car looks like nothing happened at all only complaint would be about gieco other than that Pomona/Avalon collision made a horrible situation a lot better for us highly recommend

They do good work. They have warranties but hard to get them to honor the warranty.

I took my car there after an accident as theyre a Geico partner. I got my car back three weeks later. The paint didnt match. I just dropped it off again causing me to be late to work. No apology for the inconvenience and when I took the car back they tried to make me second guess what I was seeing.

Top notch professional staff and service. We are very happy with the repairs, the Geico claims, and the Enterprise Rental Car people.

I had some scratches on my brand new car, that the dealership sent here to have repaired as they were too deep to buff out, the bumper that needed to be fixed they repainted half of it instead of the whole thing, which didnt look right since there were other scratches that didnt get fixed, there was sagging on the paint, as well as bubbles from over spray which didnt look good so that had to be corrected. I had the dealership send it back to get some other scratches on one of the doors fixed and repainted since they were too deep to buff out and there were a couple of small chips in the paint so that they could be fixed with a repaint job on the door. The body shop decided it was ok to take my brand new $45,000 car on personal business (without my knowledge and permission. I found out using my GPS tracker on my car) on the way from the dealership instead of taking it straight to the body shop to get the damage fixed. Completely unprofessional, and unacceptable. Both the dealership and I are very upset that the body shop would think its ok to take my brand new car to use on personal business. Im glad that I have GPS tracking on my car.

I was in an accident hit from behind...I had minor damage to my back bumper... my car insurance had my car towed here...after five days and I hadnt even received a call with an estimate...I showed up at their shop...They could not find my car...Let me say that again my $22,000. Dollar Jeep Compas was missing..after a I threatened to call the police they ask if I could wait 24 hours before calling the police to report my car stolen...after much convincing I agreed to give them time to find out what happened. ..24 hours later they called to inform me my car had been towed to an auction house to be sold...W T? Ok they said my insurance adjuster emailed them a letter stating my car was a total loss..I called my insurance adjuster and said if my car is not in my drive way by tomorrow afternoon I will report you stole it... zero people envolved ...in this ever apologised to me.. this company allowed an insurance company to tell them what to do...Instead of the owner of the vechical...poor management in my opinion
