Steve Carpenter is awesome when it comes to taking care of business. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the service and product. Hes replaced windows and screened in our deck. He takes the time to give options, bring products to demonstrate, share costs, and give you a timeline. He also works well with our contractor, stops by after the job is done and is extremely helpful.

Top notch service and people. Referred to Pemi by insurance broker, who has, apparently, been a lifelong resident of Plymouth. Office Manager on phone was wonderful; calling me back precisely when she advised that she would, with appointment and insurance information. Shop staff was top notch, careful, knowledgable and amazingly outgoing. Although I hope to not need them again for auto glass, theyll be my only stop for commercial and home glass when needed.
