I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is amazing. I came here when I had my first car (99 Honda Accord LX) and now for my 2019 RAV4. Three weeks ago I bought four tires. The process was easy and simple. I also bought the lifetime alignment they offer and a warranty on all four tires. They even gave me options to either take my truck home or leave it overnight so I left it. It was ready but the morning and I picked it up no problem. On Monday I parked my car at work and it sat for until I left at 8:45. Needless to say…the cement block I parked in front of had two metal bars sticking out and they punctured my front right tire. I brought the care in and I’m getting a new tire put on.🙏🏽Patience is a virtue especially when it comes to cars but this Pep Boys on Sunrise in the beat buy plaza is great. If they don’t have the tire they order it RIGHT AWAY and the moment it arrives they call you to let you know!Definitely great when it comes to communication and performance.

Came here for break service and obtained a quote. When I came to pick up my car the final price included a $20 shop fee. When asked about that, the response was we always add a shop fee like if I am supposed to know. However, the manager was nice to understand the situation and discounted it. My advice would be to clearly inform customers of all fees that will be added before rendering the service. Otherwise, the service was punctual and great, hence the five stars.

This is by far the worst pep boys location ever. Ive never had an issue with any other pep boys location but here. I had an appointment at 9 am for an oil change.. Came in early at 8:45 am. It was not a pleasant greeting or experience here. Long story short, I waited for 4 and a half hours to get my oil change.!!! This is just ridiculous. Im definitely NOT coming back to this location.

This is the worst Pep Boys Branch and might be the worst car shop in Broward. This site committed fraud. I took my car for right-front tire repair due to a nail. I dropped it off at 8: 45am and went to pick it up at 2:30 pm without receiving a phone call that it was done. Joel or the front guy said it was done and fixed but couldnt find my keys, and it tookthem 15 minutes to find it. This should have been a clue to the disorganization at this service center. (unfortunately, the manager was out sick) The repair was crucial because I had a long drive the next day. Then, I started losing air. Id come to realize that the repair was not done. The nail in the Rt front/side tire was still there. I took it back to Pep Boys, and they denied this oversight and said it was repaired. Joels excuse was his mechanic might have repaired the wrong tire, and I asked him to show me where or which tire ended up repaired? He could not tell me which tire was repaired. He could not defend his statement. He said he didnt charge me, but why did he say the repair was done? (this is a National Fleet Car I dont see the receipt so repair cost is inconsequential to me, but fabrication of the fact is.) Is he backing out of the fraudulent activity? or did he not know it wasnt repaired. In either case, it was his responsibility to ensure that the work was done, particularly when it comes to tires. This is the biggest safety issue in an automobile. The more he talked, the more he admitted his incompetence. A Cop was called with the hope that I could file a report of fraud, but this was a civil complaint, according to the cop. Most cops wont file a report when it is a civil crime, I am told by a cop friend. A cop said that I should file a lawsuit or complaint to the corporate office for potentially endangering the life of their customer by providing a false statement and potentially endangering the safety of their customers and other drivers on the road. I could have blown a tire and cause an accident, for which Pep Boys could be held responsible for negligence. So, I took it to the Tire Kingdom, and they said my tire required a placement because the nail was or near the sidewall. This could have been a tire sale for them. At Pep Boys, the assistant manager or front person was rude and unprofessional and lacking attention to the details, and grossly and unlawfully incompetent. The fascinating part was that these tires were purchased at this Pep Boys. Part of it was my fault for not checking their work and to see if the tire was replaced. I just blindly trusted that the repair was done. Not again! I will never go to Pep Boys again particularly if I have many options. Please double-check their work. I understand short staff, but please dont fabricate work that is not done. It is unsafe.

I like to give zero stars or something in minus if there is an option. I wasted almost 2 hours on 2 consecutive appointments and came back home without servicing my vehicle.1st Appointment: waited almost 2 hours after check in and then they told it will take another 2 hours(almost 4 hours for an oil change)2nd appointment: Waited for 1.5hours. I noticed my car is still in the parking lot and they told that work is in progress. Then I noticed receptionist was searching for my key. She kept the key near the computer monitor and lied that technician took the keys and work in progress while my car is in parking lot.I asked them why is it happening to me every time and they are rude and not responding.Raised a complaint in customer service. Hope management will take necessary actions.

Today I had an appointment at 9 am at this store for a Dynamic Service - PepBoys Free A/C Quick Check. This time it seemed like BAIT & SWITCH.The person in charge first told me that his guy arrived at 10 am. When I mentioned that my appointment was at 9 am, he said that the computer didnt know his guy arrived at 10. Next he says it is going to be $66 dollars. I mentioned the ad says free. He says they only take the temperature for free. Thats it. Conclusion, dont waste your time at this PepBoys with the PepBoys Free A/C Quick Check - Dynamic Service.

Sucks to see people on the sales staff in the parts floor go but company seems to be going in some other direction.. anyways staff has been always helpful in this particular location. Also theres a 50% off on sales floor closing style liquidation as they are fully concentrating on full tire services and possible other services..

These people refused to check my car on the lift!!! Supposedly the manager claimed crazy 🤪 that my husband went to Jeannie house to shoot her! a) I do not have a husband b) the theives in my neighborhood called a Doctor that I was recommended to over 20 times! Pep Boys get your act together! You locked yourself and customers out of the restroom at this location! I should have called the police on you period like I did the their at AT&T in Shenandoah Square! Scam car repairs!!!

Had a 10:00 appointment today. Got there at 09:50. They took my keys and details for an oil change for my diesel Chevrolet Silverado dually. Left me with the impression that they were all over it. One hour later, asked how it was going and was told 15 mins more. Offered to go ahead and pay but was told to wait until finished. At 12:15, went outside only to discover that they hadnt even pulled the truck into a bay. Back inside was told they were short staffed. At this point asked for my keys and left. All they had to do was tell me that, in spite of having an appointment,, they were too overwhelmed and I would have scheduled another day. Whats the use in making an appointment? Done with them, now, as a similar experience was had before.

Called at 5:16 to see if there was any room available to help with my tire and a guy called Angel told me the shop was closing at the moment. I called again to verify that the store closed at 7 like it says on their site and he said that yes they close at 7 they just didnt have a spot for me. I continued to tell him “then please dont tell customers the shop is closing ahead of time”. He gave me a little laugh and hung up. Theres too much competition out there to be treating customers like their dumb.

I made an appt for 1030am. I got here a little early just because you never know. On their website it said est time 60min. I get here and they say 1.5 hrs to 2 because they were stuck with the appt before me. Ok I completely understand. I went and did a few errands I come back.... 2 hours later and they didnt even start on my car yet. I only need a tire change that I ordered ahead of time and scheduled an appt for. This is beyond unacceptable.

I got excellent service and an honest quote from some real professionals and also noticed once I got into the lobby that I was being overcharged at my local oil change facility and decided to go with Pep Boys for my future oil changes as well. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and for an evaluation of my A/C system. I waited in line for over 10 minutes. More customers lined up behind me. The grew larger until it approached the door. Only one guy worked the counter for vehicle and tire service. He didnt look like he knew what he was doing; one customer was there just waiting and he looked nervous. Another employee was at the other front desk (for auto parts) not helping, on his phone. As I waited in line, I read the reviews, and it became apparent that this place has its problems. The 4 star rating must be artificial. I had enough. I left. Dont waste your money here.

Unfortunately they did not have my car done in a timely manner It was indicated to me that the car would be ready and tour it up 2 hours it is now 2 and a 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready If boy needs someone to straighten their repair work company out or shop Ive been doing business with Pep Boys since 1999 and this is the worst Ive seen it I honestly cannot recommend pet boy to anyone at this particular moment

I have been taking my car to this location whenever I have issues. Rolando was the one who always help me and it was always very pleasant visit. Hes very profesional patience and very nice to talk to. It was kinda comforting in a stressful situation knowing that ur about to spend hundreths or possibly thousands of $ on ur car repair. But at least hes making u feel like everything will be alright. Except for this experience. A guy name Joel, he claimed hes the service manager was very rude and always in a rush. I mean, how did he even became a manager if he cant talk nice to customers? And to think Ive telling my friends to take their car to this location when they ask. Very disappointing

I love coming to this Pep Boys location for all of my needs not covered by my car’s warranty. Everybody is extremely friendly and honest and they will not charge you for anything you don’t need. Honesty is something so hard to find in this industry, and I applaud the people at Pep Boys for having it.

Very poor auto service. Simple tire change scheduled on Friday afternoon with an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was told I would need to leave my car overnight. That wouldn’t work so I rescheduled for Sunday. On Sunday I had to wait over 6 hours...for two tires...with an appointment. Never again.

“Tire Center” what a joke of a place, went in the morning to replace one tire, and I called later in the evening to see if the job had been done, I get told on the phone that the job is finished (after being on hold for 15 min), I get there and see that the job isn’t done and the clerk wanted to charge me to get my key 🤡 😂

Enjoyed an excellent customer service experience with Jared at Pep Boys. I had experienced significant tread separation on tires that were bought out of state but were still under warranty from the manufacturer. I called one Pep Boys location and was put on hold for a long time and then I hung up and I called this Pep Boys near the Sawgrass Mall. Jared answered and was very friendly saying that he would help me process the warranty coverage with the manufacturer and he set a time for me to come in to get the process going. I brought the truck in and Jared took the info and tread wear measurements and called the manufacturer. Next thing you know they authorized a set of 4 new tires under my warranty and Jared took my discounted payment and ordered the tires. He said that the tires werent in stock and they would be delivered the next day. True to his word, the next day I got the call to come pick up my truck with the new tires. Couldnt be happier with the help Jared provided. He could have told me to work it out with the manufacturer on my own, but he took the extra step to get everything handled for me. Thank you Jared!

Purchased 2 items on Pepboys.com. waited and waited but never received an email to pick up items. On pepboys.com it says store closes at 7pm. I showed up at 6:40. Doors where already locked. Mathew at service said that store closes at 6pm but service is open until 7pm. If thats the case which makes no sense then put that on the website and dont make me waste my time. I remember love going to pepboys 20+ years ago. Now its a dump with no customer service and high in store prices. Pepboys lost a sale today. Might not mean much but if pepboys continues closing stores, I would imagine they need every extra sale they can make. Advanced Auto Parts blows right passed them in every way. Good luck pepboys see you at bankruptcy.

I usually take my car to the Sunrise location and whenever I schedule an appointment for service I am in and out in 1 hour tops. However this location took over 5 hours to complete my requested service 5 hours without anyone informing me of this lengthy wait. And when I finally asked the manager /shift lead told me that they had someone call out of work today. I laughed becuz the wait was so long that I was forced to call out of work today as well.

Went to this location to get a lifetime warranty alignment after getting brand new tires. The service took over 2 hours and when I was driving home, I tested the alignment by going on a straight road and my car immediately started pulling left. I called this location immediately and told them the issue. They acknowledged that there was an issue and to come back the next day at 10 when they opened up.I got there at 10, there were only two people in front of me when I got there. The same person who wrote me up, the day before, was taking care of the customers and when I told him the issue he told me they were too busy and I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours. I already wasted 2 hours the day prior and I had to wait 3 to 4 hours even more?!?!? Then he sent me away to another Pep Boys due to them only having a few staff.I do not like that they turn away people that they know they have messed up their alignment, let alone paying almost $200 for it, and sending me to another pep boys to fix the problem.Thankfully, the Pep Boys in Tamarac were super friendly and took care of me, in a professional and courteous way. They test drove the car, acknowledged the issue I was having, fixed the problem, and test drove it another 2 times to make sure that my issue was resolved. I felt bad, because they had to fix a problem that they did not create. But they now have a loyal customer.

Poor quality of service. I spent $ 1,230 to change a radiator and thermostat on a 2007 Corolla. I waited for two days, and when I picked up the car, the electric fan was moving and missing some screw and the headlights had oil. I thought it was a professional workshop, I would have gone anywhere for half the price. Not recommended workshop

I always come to this store but until today. I came to replace a part and they don’t tell you that part came wrong and they order again making you wait until u ask. terrible strategy that they use. They did this twice. A job that was suppose to be done in 30 min got me stay for 2 hours and a half. And I went with out the repair.

I always have the worst experiences at this location. Customer service is honestly terrible. The associates that work there are not pleasant at all. I had to call them to see if my car was done and waited 10 minutes on hold to figure it out after I already waited five hours to just put freon in my AC. This isnt my first time Ive had to wait all day for my car to be fixed either...they are slow on getting oil changes done too, regardless if you have an appointment or not. Dont expect your car to be done in a timely manner at all. Im done with this location. Ive given it way too many chances to redeem itself and yet nothing. Maybe if their customer service was better, I wouldnt be so quick to write them off but also nothing on that end either.

Please Pep Boys Corporation. send someone to investigate this location. The experience I had there with my vehicle should not happen in any location with certified mechanic. I was driving my car, after getting it serviced at this location parts fell of as I’m driving. Screws were left off to hold the parts that were fixed. I am still in shock.

Have used this location one other time and have had good experience but today was an exception. Made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for an oil change all was good got my keys after the service was completed and went on my merry way. As I sat in my car I noticed something was off. I looked at the little compartment where my wife keeps her change and noticed that all the change was pushed to the back. This little compartment also houses the switch that engages the 4WD. As I looked at my dash I saw that the 4WD was engaged as well. The 4WD lever is not in a place that I would accidentally be engaged, it at the very back of the center console an needs to be lifted up to engage the 4WD. I went back in to the store and advised the service manager of what happened and told him that he needs to have a chat with the employee that worked on my car. Unknown if that he spoke to that employee, but if you use this location please be careful with leaving personal belongings as there is a service mechanic that has sticky fingers. I don’t care about the change that was taken it’s the fact of someone from a reputable business took something from a customers car.

Horrible customer service and incompetent mechanics. I wouldn’t even rate it for one star if it were an option.On my way to work, my car overheated. I had it towed to the nearest auto shop (which was this location). I explained to them what happened and even mentioned that I felt I may have a leak somewhere in the engine. After looking the car over thoroughly (according to them), they assured me that nothing wrong with my car and that I only needed coolant. I asked for a second opinion from another mechanic there (because i really felt something else was wrong). I was told that the mechanic who checked my car was the “master mechanic.” So, I said okay can someone check my oil? The representative went to the back to put in my request and then returned only to say, “mam, you have no oil in your car and according to our policy we cannot put or change your oil.” This bewildered me because I had never heard of such a policy. It also concerned me because I was the one who brought up the oil after they “thoroughly checked” my vehicle. They never told me there wasn’t any oil in the car. Anyway, I took their word for it, put oil in my own car, and drove my car for about a week and then it overheated again. This time I took it to firestone. They explained to me that the hose in the car that circulates the coolant throughout the engine was busted! It had holes all throughout it! I told them about what happened at Pep Boys. Not only did they fix the problem, but they changed my oil and checked my fluids at a discounted price for my trouble. I’m grateful to them, but disappointed in the service i received here. I use to take my car to Pep Boys in the past, but this will be the last time. I could have had severe damage to my engine that would have cost a fortune. I respect someone saying “ I don’t know” vs faking the knowledge. And then they have a policy that allows people to walk out of their establishment with no oil in their engine....I don’t see how this benefits the customer in any way. I’m Very disappointed and out done. This could’ve really cost me.

I had an appointment for 11:00am for an oil change and rotation, which I made online. Got there, handed over the keys and waited patiently.At around 12:15 I asked about the vehicle, the clerk said they are wrapping it up now. Almost an hour later I asked again and was told my car was ready but not before trying to sell me some air filters which were supposdly dirty. Car only has 14,000 miles on it. I politely refusedTook a total of over 2 hours, for an oil change and rotation. Most places would have done that in less than an hour.No apologies offered, just an attitude from disgruntled employee who did not look like he wanted to be there at all.First and last service I will do at this place.

When I told Juanita that I had a toddler with me who isn’t the most patient person, she really made a lot of effort to get us in and out quickly. And on top of that, she was very friendly. Amanda the manager likes to close 10-15 min before closing time. I was inside 10 min before closing I tried to do a exchange and a employee asked her if they could her response was the register is closed. I thought businesses stayed open till the last customer finishes shoping or with the transactions guess not. Was stuck outside for 2 hours cause she didn’t want to exchange a battery

Employees here are miserable. I needed to get a battery and it was my turn. NOBODY acknowledged that we were there ( good 10 minutes) Not a single employee smiled. (The tech that worked on my truck was pleasant and professional). I have been coming here for years and customer service keeps declining.The battery was on sale with free installation. The service writer tried to hit us up for additional time for installation. NOT. The battery is located in the top of the engine.The service writers used to leave a great impression on the customers. We came back to this Pep Boy location because we get fair,great service.Victoria went above and beyond to help us and go over our bill.We got our brake light switch fixed because our brake lights would not go out,even with the car off.They did a electrical diagnostic for $40 but it was complimentary because it was what I said it was and that and Victoria made it so I was able to pay the bill because I am on disability and have a fixed income.They were very nice and its goid to see people who dont try and suck you dry on unneeded costs.Great place for honest,reliable work.

For starters I want to say that I NEVER complain and most certainly never take the time to write reviews, however I had to post about my experience at Pep Boys in Plantation, FL. I had been going to this location regularly for oil changes and even had my front brakes done. HOWEVER, when it came time to replace my back brakes it was a nightmare. For starters, I initially had the brakes done and was told that it was “normal” for them to squeak due to the type of pads that were being placed. They also informed me that it was just my pads that needed to be replaced. So I had the brake job done. The very next day I noticed the squeak but it was very loud not a gentle squeak... (I later found it what I was hearing were my rotors). I took my car back 2 more times and spoke with the manager regarding the brake job and they finally replaced the pads the second time. This time they replaced with ceramic pads. Well the squeak was still present but wasn’t as drastic but was still noticeable. I took my car back again and the manager even took it for a spin and said he never heard a thing. He reassured me that all was well and sent me on my way. Two weeks later the squeak is still there so as soon as they saw me walk in the manager was so irritated me she refunded me my money and was very impolite. I wasn’t even coming up there to demand anything, just wanted my brake issue resolved.Fast forward to about two months later. I took the vehicle to another Pep Boys location in Davie, FL. Their customer service was much nicer. However once they got my vehicle on the lift, they informed me that both my back rotors needed to be replaced and they replaced the brake pads again at no charge since they were under warranty.It took the mechanic forever to service my vehicle because the other mechanic tightened the nuts/bolts (or whatever you call it) so tight it was almost impossible to get the brakes fixed. The mechanic told me this was possibly done out of spite because I kept going back to resolve my brake issue.Even though I was refunded for the brake pads for the poor job that was done in the Plantation location I had to come out of pocket a lot more to have the rotors fixed which from what I’m understanding should have been replaced from the beginning. And YES the brakes still squeak...I will NEVER return to any Pep Boys location and have shared my story with many.

Bought windshield wipers and had them installed (for free..very cool) but attendant had an attitude as if he didnt want to do it. Thankfully it wasnt busy and only took a few moments. Was going to give him a tip but he walked away and left all the old broken pieces on top of the front of my car. Would go back but not deal with him.

I called this location for information about the availability of an item before driving to the store. It took about 7 minutes on hold to reach someone who I couldnt understand. When I told her that I couldnt understand what she was saying, she hung up on me. I called back, the person who answered asked me to hold on, and the call ended. I called back a third time and asked for a store manager. I held on for 11 minutes and the call disconnected. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT use this location again!

Great customer service! I ordered a ramp to change my car oil with and when I tested it out, the product did not comply with what was stated on the cover. I took the product back and they were able to assist my needs in getting a new product that met my standards without any difficulty. In addition, I always come to this store to purchase products needed for my car and have never experienced an issue. The employees are friendly, extremely helpful, and take care of you as a customer!

I took my vehicle here to get a problem looked at, and the service tech didn’t know what they were doing, and he made it worse, so they tried to cover it up, and only told me they couldn’t fix it, not even telling me that they broke something else. The manager lied to my face. I found all this out when I took my vehicle to a dealership after that, and they looked at it, and asked if I took it anywhere else before I brought it to them. To make it worse, when I tried to file a claim, just to get what they broke paid for, it was denied. I would not set foot in that place for anything now. They’re all a bunch of liars.

I had a last minute emergency in which I needed four tires because I was on the verge of a blowout. I called around to several place looking for four tires in stock along with reasonable prices. To no avail on the calls, I decided to just stop by Pep Boys and was fortunate to come across one of the nicest customer service employees that Ive encountered anywhere in a while. Her name was Juanita and she made it her priority to find me four tires at a price that I could afford. She called several stores to find them and even stayed past her work time to ensure that everything was done for me before I left. Employees like this make your company better. Despite of that I’ve purchased tires from this shop I could not positively agree your service.I’ve purchased tire at this store and noticed one on tire is extremely low air so I took it to your store today.Initially I was told to take 3 hours to take a look so I left my car at store and returned after 3 hours.Then I was told my car was untouched and will takes additional 2hours to take a look.As you know that I have to run business and have not much to have an extra time each day, however vehicle is one of my essential business need and differently don’t have a waste 5 hours to waste.

Went in for a battery, they were crazy busy and I barely waited for an hr for everything. The man who helped me was named Ajay (in service), this was one of the most wonderful retail and/or automotive experiences Ive ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal on the battery and the wipers that I needed. Overall, an absolutely stellar experience.

Bad service. They couldnt find a battery for over an hour and didnt have the common sense to let me know they couldnt find it. If I didnt ask how much longer for a battery replacement they probably wouldve kept me waiting for another hour.To top off the bad service, they parked my car in a parking spot with pot holes everywhere, part of my tire was hanging of the edge of the pot hole.

Clearly over rated. I bought my tires at amazon. I was traveling to Miami from Tampa. I did not have time for installing before the trip. There is an option to ship them to the store and have them installed. I decided to install them during my return to Tampa. The tires arrived on time (Wednesday) and made an apointment on friday to have them installed. I arrived to the shop and they gave me an estimated time of 3.5 hrs for installing them. I went out of the shop, and went back to Tampa. I called amazon. I had 2 options to either give up on my $500 purchase (Because no one at the store would put them on UPS) or going to pick the tires.I had to go to Miami to pick them up. Total mess. First and last time at Pep Boys.

I just brought my new 2015 Honda Civic in for a tire check, as my previous car was a 2002 Suzuki, and not as technological savvy as this one. The Technician that greeted me was Anthony. He was welcoming, and kind, and explained in detail to me how to use my new digital tire checker. After filling my tires with the appropriate air pressure, he showed me how to initialize the calibration on my steering wheel menu. Even the Honda Dealer did not take the time to show me this. I was so touched by his genuine caring and knowledge, I made a point to acknowledge him to the store Manager on Duty.I have always felt well-treated by Pep Boys, and this particular Pep Boys, gets all five stars for an excellent first impression. Took my car there on June 2019 for a window repair and my car was hit on the door while in their care, it has been 10 months since the claim # 658597 was filed with Pepboys and still dont get an answer from them, Their claim specialist Brandy wont answer the phone or even have the decency of returning my numerous call, the store service manager is not able to answer either.Is this the way Pepboys handles their customers?What does it takes to get my car fixed?

One of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto repair facility. As a customer I couldnt feel any more attended to or taken care of. The service at Pep Boys made me feel like I was a part of some sort of extended family. It’s been long time since I was able to relax at an automotive facility. My experience at this location was excellent. an employee by the name of Zane helped me out in every aspect of every question I had. he was kind and directed me to the exact products I needed for my specific job and gave me rundowns of how to use each one. he shared personal experiences to help me with the job I had and it made me more effective in the job I had to do. this is a well managed store, with kind employees. the only con would be the thick smell of rubber in the store, but you cant avoid it when your an auto parts store haha

My AC was blowing hot air. I took it to them on Friday and they they said they fixed the problem, I paid went home it was fine. That night the next time I drove my car it was blowing hot air. So I took it back today Saturday and drop it off in the morning, no calls so I show up right at closing time and they hadn’t even looked at my car. It would have been annoying enough if I left my car all day and they didn’t fix it and I had to take it somewhere else but I PAID ALREADY and it’s not fixed so I have to take it somewhere else to fixed tomorrow because even though I PAID AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT OR EVEN DIAGNOSE IT they can’t fit me in until Monday or Tuesday. Unreal. Do Not Use Pep Boys!! Find someone else to fix your car!

Ive been coming here for a couple years and havent been super impressed with customer service, however they are fast and are almost always willing to squeeze you in.There have been multiple times where I received my car not in the same condition as I left it. Management seemed to be willing to replace my missing center hubcap piece, however I kept having to jump through hoops to talk to the right person and I just ended up forgetting it. The second time they offered to put my chrome stem/caps back on the wheel after I had already gotten home (they replaced my chrome with standard black), but again, not worth the hassle. Those kind of details show lack of respect for customers property.They do a fine job at replacing only whats necessary and keeping the customer informed.

I dont always go to Pep Boys, but when I do, it will be these guys.They have later operating hours than most shops, which is helpful! I came in for a busted leaking tire with object sticking out. Asked them for an oil change while they were at it.I usually check the work a shop does, but this time I didnt. A couple days later I noticed a smell. You guessed it, the tech forgot to put the oil cap back on after refilling the oil! It’s an easy mistake, and happens.I took it back and nicely asked them to fix it. They not only corrected the problem and topped off the oil, but went ahead and clean the entire engine!Every shop makes mistakes, but those that own up to them and make it right are a shop you want to stick with! Not to mention their hours are very convenient.

Dont bring your car here! Poor service! To my dismay, I came out to discover my car had a flat tire one evening while visiting Sunrise. Unfortunately, this Pep Boys was the only auto repair shop nearby that was still open passed 5pm. Thus, I brought my car to this Pep Boys to get my tire patched. I handed over my keys and fell in line behind several customers ahead of me getting their vehicles worked on. After waiting 3 HOURS!!! for Pep Boys to finally pull my car into their garage, they told me that they were unable to locate any leaks in my tire before returning my keys to me. By this point it was nearing 9pm and I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. Needless to say, I wasnt surprised to wake to another flat tire, the next morning. This time, I took my car to Tire Kingdom (located on Sawgrass Mills Circle). They patched my tire in no time and I was on my way. Dont repeat my mistake and bring your car to Pep Boys for repair, regardless of whether its for a flat tire or a bad transmission. If they cant do the little things right, then you cant trust them to do the big things right. I do recommend Tire Kingdom though. They were quick and friendly. Ive since gone back to Tire Kingdom several times and Im yet to have a bad experience.

Dealing with theft and complete incompetence of the store’s service manager Jared Johnson. Charged my credit card $416 and TWICE hasn’t been able to deliver nor install the tires I already paid for since last week. The store manager Fresia Grisalez is equally useless as the staff she employees. No one at this location actually cares about you or about doing the right thing. I wouldn’t trust brining my car here. Most mechanics have the stigma of being shady. This Pep Boys location makes sure to follow suit. Shady LIARS at this location. Go elsewhere!

Horrible service I stopped by 30/45 minutes before they were closing and they refused to change my tire. Saying they were too busy and to get to it. I understand places get busy but it was more about the way the guy said it.
