My second time in this store. Second time disappointed. Their stock sucks. If they even have any. I got the same exact birthday gift that I got last year. Better off going to ulta on the corner tbh

I went to this Sephora location yesterday. April was the sales person there. She was stocking inventory, but asked how should could help once she noticed me. She walked me through finding the best shade of foundation for me. Its more difficult as testers arent available due to Covid. I appreciate her help and expertise, instead of having to figure it out on my own as Ive had to do in the past. Great experience!

I bought a bath mat. I did not shop at Sephora.

I used the curbside service to pick up my item. I checked in and waited after 30 minutes I walked to the store the young lady was folding shirts not busy. When I told her I was waiting for over 30mins she said wow.. took her 2 minutes to get it and I was walking out the door. SO IF YOU DONT HAVE CURBSIDE SERVICE REMOVE IT AS A CHOICE

The 3 stars are for the staff. On the numerous occasions that Ive gone in, they have always been very helpful. The very disappointing aspect of this location is they are ALWAYS out of stock on so many products!Its not uncommon to see empty shelves & even the backup drawers underneath display cases are empty.There are also numerous products that they dont even carry @ this location. If you dont have a product you cant sell it ?!

When I walked in the staff was quick to ask questions and find out what products I needed. I was able to find the exact brand I was looking for quickly.

Today Scout helped me learn how to apply bronzer to my pale skin after I had returned something. She didnt push me to buy the products she used, and it was close to closing, so she didnt have to show me, she offered. She was super nice and helpful!!!

Love Sephora - I Visited Sephora in Plainfield yesterday and was immediately greeted by Rob in a pleasant manner as well as the other employees I made eye contact with in Sephora. I was also immediately greeted by a JC Penney associate when i walked in the door. I needed to return some foundation that didnt work for me. I was honestly impressed at how well Rob knew the Sephora line, and the different cosmetics companies. Rob suggested several different brands of foundations and went over the features. (Lighter, heavier coverage, etc. ) gave me some samples and I said thank you. I was very pleased when I got home and found out that he filled the sample containers, I have allergies to some of the ingredients in costemics and like to try them out before I buy them. Rob was an outstanding Customer Representative for your company!

The staff was extremely helpful and made my purchase easy.

Good location

I went in ready to spend some money. I am new to makeup and wanted some direction of what would work well with my skin and eye shape. Yet, I got no help. I was looking around for about 10 mins waiting for someone to approach me because I noticed there were others in the store, after they left a few employees were standing around talking, like I wasnt even there. I left extremely frustrated.
