Just went in this store for first time. Not busy, man with long hair working, never acknowledged us, we paused by the door after searching the aisles not finding what we were looking for. He looked at me then walked away without saying a word. Horrible service and will never come to this store again.

Very limited supply of stuff. Store could be bigger to carry more items. Bring your own bag. He will not provide a bag for you. You have to buy a brown bag from him. No thanks.

The male employee with the long hair is always very helpful. I usually do not shop at Sallys due to its limited supply of African American hair care products, but this Sallys has a nice selection. I live in a area where there arent many beauty supply stores that cater to African American hair. I am happy this store has realized that African Americans live in the area and need products.

I got all the hair products I need for my mom in one place, good variety and very helpful staff. Place is small, clean and cozy. Most importantly its located in our shopping plaza.

I was acknowledged with a hello from an older gentleman with long hair, but was never offered help. Their gel polish selection is out of stock on at least 1/3 of the colors, and most of the swatches are missing. I will stick to shorewood they have a great staff and great selection!

They had what I needed but I was put off by the male manager following me around the store without inquiring if I needed assistance. Made me feel like he was suspicious of me or something? I ended up purchasing a handful of items regardless.

This is the worse store yet! I’ve been in there THREE different times! And every time I’ve gone In, in need of things I need to get my job done since I’m a barber, I was turned down ALL THREE TIMES because they count not break a hundred dollar bill each of the three times I’ve gone! This is ridiculous! That they are turning down 60$ 70$ And 80$ Purchases because they don’t have 20-30 dollars to give back as change! I’ll never be back to this store! Really disappointed!
