DONT BE SURPRISED WHEN THEY CALL YOU WITH A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. ITS A FEAR MONGERING SCAM.Went in with check engine light on. First time I picked it up the light was still on. They blamed me because I wanted my car back after they had it several days. They fear mongered me into letting them do nearly $3,500 in services.My Toyota was running just fine before I had check engine light. Still driving fine with check engine light on too.I drove my car straight from Yorba Linda Auto to the Toyota dealer. Toyota confirmed they used aftermarket parts, over charged, and frear mongered me.Toyota usually did my repairs, so they are familiar with my car. And, per the manager at Toyota, they charge more for their aftermarket parts and service than the Toyota dealer charges for Toyota parts and service.MY BIG MISTAKE WAS TRUSTING THEIR OVER FRIENDLY STAFF - ITS A BIG FAMILY OWNED SCAM.Someone at this Company replied, Say hi to the dealer when my car dies from ignoring the things on their fear mongering list.WELL ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND MY CAR IS STILL RUNNING PERFECTLY.You are truly horrible people that cause financial stress to innocent people that dont understand the automotive fear mongering tactics that you use.I CONFIRMED WITH TOYOTA THAT YOU SCAMMED ME.

By chance, my vehicle overheated on the 91 fwy in Yorba Linda. This repair shop was rated highly on Yelp so I had my car towed there. I couldnt have be happier with their service. With very kind and professional customer service, they explained in good detail the issues they found (missing drive belt), did repairs, and took time to explain what the repairs meant and what I might look out for given the conditions of my car. They seem like an like honest, hard-working group and Id recommend them.

In addition to the excellent auto care and advisors, there use of online technology for invoices, inspection reports and receipts is great, making everything very user friendly.

I have been a loyal customer for years. The staff is super friendly and professional. I made a couple of reservations and they had to be changed due to the technicians schedule and later mine. I had a great experience! They were Very professional and friendly. I dropped my car off in the morning and they gave me ride back to my work . Saved me from having to order an Uber . I was a little worried to get my car serviced since it’s been awhile and I was overdue for everything. There was no shaming or guilt trips given either so I felt very comfortable. After my car was serviced they offered to pick me up from work and bring me back to their shop to get my car. I received an electronic report card (one less paper to lose) of how my car was running as well as suggestions/ recommendations for any repairs or services needed. Unlike other experiences I’ve had elsewhere, there was absolutely no pressure to have more services done to my car than what I originally came in for. Which was a first for me . Not to mention the price was great and got much more than I paid for . I highly recommend Yorba Linda Auto service and will definitely be back . So if your looking for an honest, affordable mechanic that you can trust, then this is the place to bring your cars .

These guys are awesome. I always go here for my vehicles maintenance and they always recommend when things should be taken care of. I recently came in to have them check out a noise coming from my engine. They offered some feedback on what it could be. I took it to the dealership because it’s still under warranty but I always like Yorba Linda Auto to check things out first. Since they didn’t do a full diagnostics check they didn’t charge me. Bottom line, this place is a honest business that cares more about their clients then making a quick buck and that’s why I keep coming back.

The 2 gentlemen I met, Tim ad Travis were very nice and professional. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me because the repair was more than the value of the truck, so I decide not to go forward with the job. But they were so nice that I will try them again if I need repairs on other cars.

This is a family ran business all the gentleman you see in the picture are all related that means that you are going to get Truth across the board. They get to know you they talk with you they help you understand your issues with your vehicle. Their pricing is spot on they only charge for what they do they explain to you if there’s anything else that needs to be done they will call you, they will notify you, they work with you, they are good people. They fixed my Cadillac DTS. I researched before I took it to them. I checked the engine light code and after they diagnosed the codes they told me exactly what I already knew and then some. Honesty is a virtue and they have it. Total customer care; shuttle service, work progress reports...etc.Great experience!

Beware ... Found this facility on the Internet, read the Yelp reviews and felt given it was a AAA recommended auto repair shop it would be safe. Not so much. Pricing is above dealerships. Took vehicle in due to Check Engine Light and rough idle. Was told there was a broken spark plug & they recommended replacing all plugs and wires. $400+ later, broken plug not noted on paperwork however, did indicate poor oil viscosity and no evidence of oil on dipstick. This is interesting given engine holds synthetic oil that was recently changed. Additionally, none of the parts were returned upon pick so no evidence this was the actual problem. Paperwork did however note problem may also be a worn camshaft lobe and would need to tear down and inspect to verify. Given I was not advised of this during the time they had my vehicle it obviously was not performed. This all lends itself to great concern around trust and honesty. Will not be returning nor can I in good conscious recommend this facility.

Weve been going to Yorba Linda Auto since they were across the street, at least six different vehicles (we keep cars a LONG time). I find them easy to work with in terms of scheduling, rides home, offering options, etc. Theyre pretty clear about what they DO and what they dont do. (No bodywork, for example.) The whole thing is the people. As long as Dan is running the place, I have total confidence.

These guys are great. I took in my 2000 Lincoln Ls to get my tie rod ends fixed/replaced. They had amazing customer service. They took me home after i dropped off my car there. They picked me up from my house when it was ready. The price of the job was very fair for the work that needed to be done.If there were any concerns about the car or what i wanted done they called me and fully informed me of the situation. Additionally I had number of other issues with the car that I was not even aware of, but they found and detailed for me in a very thorough report, including work to be done, prices for parts/labor, and most anything else I might need.They offered professional advice but did not try to pressure me into any unnecessary purchases or repairs. They treated me like a person instead of just a client, and it was my first time there, but if anything else comes up, I will certainly be returning.

I have been taking my cars to Yorba Linda Auto Service since, for at least 30 years, long before Dan took over and they moved across the street. They are extremely reliable, conscientious and honest to a fault. I especially appreciate their ride home service if they need to keep the car for several hours. They continue to add a variety of services that makes going there more and more convenient and saves shopping around for tires, wheel alignment, smog tests, etc. and even coffee. The waiting area and restroom are clean and the magazines only a year old. It is great to have an auto care service that is trustworthy and competent.

Very nice staff. Started on my vehicle the same day I brought it in, just as they said they would. Told me the issue, fuel pump, and was spot on with their quote. No hidden charges or, we also found.... They did find other issues but applied zero pressure to do those services. Simply advised me on time frames and costs. Excellent and quick service. I called these guys at 820am and asked to bring my vehicle for work. They started work at 9am, did a thorough check on my vehicle and found a bunch of stuff wrong which was not surprising. They quoted me 3-4 hours for the initial problem, and they actually fixed my vehicle in about 5 1/2 hours--the initial problem and several other ssues that needed work.On top of that they drove me to Starbucks and picked me up! They offered to bring me anywhere else or even home.Really great service!!!!

I am a college student finishing up my bachelors degree and paying for it myself, so when my car starts to have problems I cant help but panic a little. One day, on my way to school, actually during finals week, my car starts to lose power a little while I am on the freeway. I was close to school so I decided to try to make it all the way there.Luckily I made it, but I had no idea what was wrong. After my class, I brought my car to my boyfriends house, because he lives much closer to my school than I, and started to call around places who could get my car in ASAP.I work early in the morning and get out of class and work pretty late, so a lot of place were checked off my list because by the time I could get my car to the mechanic, they would be closed. Luckily I found Yorba Linda Auto Services, they go above and beyond to accomodate to any need you may have. They let me drop off my car at night, and they would work on my car first thing in the morning. When you drop off your car, you drop your keys inside and they are locked safely in their shop.The entire time they had my car they let me know everything that they were going to do before they did it, and made sure I was okay with the charges. They had to do a couple things to see what was wrong with my car but they talked me through it all and did the cheapest things first to try to narrow it down.Overall, they were wonderful to work with. I am not a fan of most mechanics but they make mechanics look good. Another bonus that I remember them telling me about, if you do not have a ride when your car is all finished they will make sure you can get to your car or get your car to you. I had another vehicle to drive but that is a wonderful help for those who do not.Absolutely recommend this business.

Charged me $70 for a diagnostic test. Asked for another $209 for a deeper diagnostic test as they couldnt find out what was wrong with my BMW. Took it to The Real Mechanic in Fullerton and they found out the problem (Loose wire connection) within an hour and only charged me $40...

The Yorba Linda Auto Service is very helpful. A few months ago, my car broke down in the middle of the night. I was able to tow my car to this shop. The next morning, the employees checked my car and gave me a summary of what was wrong with my car.I encourage people to come to this shop if they want to check their cars.

Yorba Linda Auto provided us excellent and honest service. Not only did they provide us a full estimate, they didnt push their services. We had to provide an assessment to our dealer of purchase and YLAS gave us a full vehicle profile and assessment that empowered us when talking to our dealer. Although I am disappointed that they were unable to find and fix my problem (radiator fan won’t shut off), they kept trying for 2 days to get the car to repeat the problem, and it wouldn’t. I will definitely bring the car back when the radiator fan won’t shut off (after the key is out of the ignition).

Travis helped me cleared the air bag srr light that i fixed on my own by replacing the part without charging for it. I recommend the shop for helping others in need!
