The guy was upfront. Showed what was wrong and hooked it with a deal. Made an appointment, dropped off car, picked it up couple hours later. Pretty simple.

Guys here were super nice and even topped off the air in my tires and gave me a tire recommendation place down the road. Very professional, not pushy, nice dudes. Definitely recommend.

I towed my car in here because I was in a pickle and couldn’t turn the engine on. They tried charging me $3,000 for an expense. I ended up towing my car to a place we know and trust in San Diego and the price ended up only being $550. That’s a huge difference. I wouldn’t recommend going here since they tried ripping me off $2,450.

Beware! They overcharge!! Whatever the market cost, they multiply it by 3. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!

Women be weary. They tried to charge me for new rotors when mine were fine. Not to mention they didnt even do a tire rotation or full inspection on my car when I went in for an oil change. I had to take it back for them to rotate my tires. Then I had to tell them to look at my brakes that ended up needing to be changed. Im so glad I got a second opinion. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Good customer relations. Above average labor charges & receptionist admitted to overfilling my transmission fluid which is a huge no-no with huge potential for transmission damage. Have to get the fluid to the right level on my own time & dime because they cut corners. Fast work though.UPDATE: After getting the car looked at by another mechanic, I was informed that they failed to correctly service my transmission which caused further damage to my gearbox. Car entered the mechanic with 1 code for an O2 sensor I disconnected and left with 5 codes.

I was in Las Vegas and my fuel pump died! A Meineke in Las Vegas made the repair and we drove home. All was well until we got to Victorville and the car died on the freeway!! AAA towed our car to Meineke in Placentia and they worked on it right away. Found out the floater was not reinstalled properly so our car wasnt giving the proper gas read out. They spend hours hunting down the problem and I was happy it wasnt bad parts, craftsmanship or me having been cheated.

Been here twice. First time I got an oil change and they said I needed new valve covers. Paid for the service and was on my way. No problems.2nd time I came for an oil change and car inspection. Before they even looked at the car the guy tried to upsell me on spark plugs. Then they came back saying my lower ball joints and control arm needed replacing (even though were no symptoms). Quoted me $1400. I called around two other local shops and they quoted $700-800 for the same service + parts. They also brought up the spark plugs again and quoted me $480 initially. Lastly, they told me I needed new valve covers until I reminded them that they replaced them last time. They said they’d call back to confirm the work was done. Called back, confirmed I didn’t need valve covers, and then requoted me $259 for the spark plugs since they “calculated the labor charge incorrectly.” If you can’t tell, I declined all the work except the oil change.After I picked up my car from the oil change the interior of my car reeks of oil and the AC shoots out a stale, oily smell. It’s been about a month since my last service and the smell still persists with the AC.TLDR: 1st experience wasn’t bad. 2nd time wasn’t so good. Pay attention when they give you quotes.

Called to get an oil change and the guy said they were working in someone elses car but to come in and they would pull someone off that car and do my oil change. Got there and he said no sorry, were still working on that car and cant take you anymore.Been here before and received great service, now I am no longer a customer.

Nice service; they act professionally, seem knowledgeable, suggested other work that would maintain my vehicle, did work I requested quickly and efficiently.The shop physically seems to need a revamp; it feels a bit old. The waiting is area safe, but not so appealing. However, if you value good service, this can become your go-to shop.

I had to have my brakes done and Noah provided excellent service. He really worked hard to give me a great deal and he made sure to get my car serviced quickly. He had me in and out very fast. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The shop was pretty busy, but they accommodated us and were very understanding of my urgent situation. AC wasn’t working. Took it in and within a half hour the diagnosed the problem was the condenser. They quickly replaced it and charged the system. The AC is now working awesome.

The experience started bad but finished great, the manager that was working this past Saturday was awesome. The technicians are not the brightest or friendliest (especially Noah who in fact is rude.) But the manager on top of everything... when it came to the time the service would take or even going into detail of what the technicians found wrong with your car. Ive had multiple cars serviced here and even though it hasnt always been the best work they have always fixed any issues and were always accommodating to the best to there abilities. I cant stress enough though that the manager that day saved my experience after Noah nearly left a bitter tasted in my mouth.

I paid for a tire balance and rotation and all they did was rotate the tires. they never rebalance my tires. And yet I still paid for it.

The service was okay but my oil change did not start until 25 minutes after my appointment time because they said they didn’t know they had my keys and had forgotten about my car. This was upsetting because I was the only person in the waiting room. They also forgot to replace my sticker for when my next oil change should be.The people were very nice and I appreciate the service but I was kind of disappointed because I made the appointment, was early for the appointment and still did not get my stuff started until 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Took my girlfriends car here because it was making a noise. They were able to find the problem quickly. They had a bit of trouble getting the part, however they kept me updated throughout the process. Car is fixed and running well. I would definitely use them again.

I had a terrific experience at Meinecke Auto Center. The staff worked quickly, did a full synthetic oil change for a lower price than anywhere else, and provided a tire rotation at no extra charge. Meinecke is the only place I would take my car for auto services. The mechanics and staff are trustworthy and are experts in their trade.

I thought I needed a front end brake job and it was my first time there but the mechanic looked it over and found out that all that it really needed was a bolt that was missing from the brake caliper on the drivers side.The manager was a Very Nice guy and Asked me what I wanted to pay after the car was fixed to my surprise. I will be coming back to this place next time I need a repair,they were honest and that is a Big Deal when you go to a New Car Repair place You can Trust them here and I Highly Recommend Them.

Donavan was extremely helpful. My car broke down right in the barking lot. It was fixed in a couple hours.

Made an an appointment for a brake pad replacement for 11 am. I was concerned that it would get to their lunch break, but they assured me it would be done in about an hour. When I got there at 11 am, Armando said they would do an inspection to make sure the brake job was needed, which was a nice approach. They signed me in immediately, but I had to wait over an hour for them to just look at my car. At around 1:00 pm, they completed the inspection, and Armando told me the brake pads will be delivered soon. Well, they got the parts at 2:00 pm and finally finished the work at 2:30 pm. It took 3.5 hours for a brake job that should have taken 1 hour with an appointment. I took off 1 point for the delay, and another for the dirty waiting room & restroom.

This company ripped me off....dont go here for services. Dont take a chance on this location

On Saturday September 7, 2019 my 2006 Toyota Tundra began to overheat and leak fluid, parked the car immediately and poured water into my radiator fluid container. Contacted Meineke Auto care center to ask if they can look at the vehicle, car was not overheating at that time and made my way to their shop when I noticed it began to over heat again, when this happened I called AAA and had it towed to prevent damage. The gentleman took my keys and called me on the phone after his inspection was complete. 21 point Inspection rendered confirmed that the problem was not in fact the radiator but the water pump system. I was quoted $750-$1,100 for the water pump and then he suggested I change the serpentine belt and the timing belt. Also the top and lower radiator hoses. We agreed to do all he suggested at the price of $1,399.96 with a warranty. On September 9, 2019 picked up my truck and it shut off while I was driving down the street, unsafe and unfit for the road. Called the establishment to notify them and I brought it back. The truck was left overnight for further inspection. When they corrected the issue that said my oil gauge wasn’t working when it was working the whole time up to the repair. They told me my truck is running fine and I can use it until I could afford a new oil gauge. On Thursday September 12, 2019 I was driving to work and my truck shut off on the freeway in Traffic, unsafe and I was concerned. I brought the truck back to the shop for further inspection. The manager of Meineke Auto care “Amado”told me it has nothing to do with my repair and said it was my oil pressure and said he has been running tests w/ no feedback to me in the next two days. My vitals with my truck have been fine and I had a tune up prior before this repair, plus Meineke auto care did a 21 point inspection prior before starting the work. “Amado” was clearly in the wrong for releasing my truck to me, putting me in harms way to begin with. To my surprise having no sense of accountability towards his business posture proceeded to tell me I need a new engine and that they would be able to find me one. On Saturday 9/16/19 I called and he had no solid information available, not even an estimate or the common decency to elevate this poor customer service on his behalf to even repair what’s damaged. I was hearing noises in my motor I’ve never heard before, plus it’s unsafe and unfit for the road after Meineke Auto care did the expensive repair, the problem to begin with was the water pump, was high pressured into extra repairs by way of up selling and ended up with a bigger problems with my truck before the repair commenced. It was then when I decided to have a tow truck tow the vehicle to another mechanic I could trust, with proper business and customer protocol in mind. I’m humiliated to be in this situation, lucky I wasn’t hurt driving when my truck broke down on the 55 freeway going south bound in traffic. “Amado” seems to have no regret for not following protocol and I feel as though I was taken advantage of because of my situation. “Amado” had many different things to say to stall for time since they already have my money and offered no solution to honor the promises made. After the faulty repair was done by Meineke Auto care, my truck came back a third time and the sense of urgency was diminished oh behalf of their company. I’ve never had an awful experience like this in my life concerning business, so unfortunate. I’d be impressed if someone at Meineke cared enough in earnest to make this right. I apologize for this review and I wish I was a better experience.

Went in to get a quote for a full synthetic oil change. Asked what the price was, and they pointed to their price sheet on the desk. I asked them if they had any deals since the last time the manager was able to give a discount. The woman said if you fill out the paperwork and sign it shell see what she can do. I told her I wouldnt sign anything until we agreed on the price. She said then did you want to get the oil change or not? I walked away. Just tell me what the price is, dont try to manipulate me into signing something before you can assure me a price. Will not be going back to this establishment and I warn others not to subject themselves to this sort of treatment.

He called the delivery guy and had it there within 20 minutes, I was out of there in 45 minutes total. Its best to make an appointment you will be in and out in 30 mins or less. Brought my smart car in for oil change a sqeeking breaks. The manager showed me exactly what was going on with my brakes and gave me options.You can tell they take great pride in their work. Manger is a little loud and rough around the edges but straightforward and honest.I will be going back for sure.

GM Amado and lead tech John Thrasher are great! They take care of you.. I was having issues with my Mitsubishi and spent more than $1500 with the previous GM there.. but it kept bringing up issues. At the end of Jul 16.. after Amado came in- he looked into it and fixed it and did not charge me a cent.. for that issue. His lead tech thrasher also fixed minor issues in my car. Definitely going back there.

Had an appointment for oil change. Came there on time, the person at the front desk asked me when my appointment was, as if everyone here is regularly late? Anyway, he says Im running behind 45 minutes. Do I have to wait 45 minutes? That is correct. This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. He did not even say Sorry, only of course I can put you in a slot after these 45 mins. Dude, are you serious? 1) I had an appointment, 2) oil change is a very quick thing, especially with so many mechanics in the shop, yourself included 3) How hard was it to call me? Why did they get my name and phone number when I was making the appointment?

I purchased an oil change on Groupon for here and then drove out to Las Vegas for vacation. This was a few months back. I took into the mechanic today because of the noise it was making and found out that it was low on oil (almost gone) with no signs of leakage or burning oil off internally. My car engine could have been seriously damaged due to this neglect. I am disappointed that I was taken advantage of by this shop.

I made a appointment for synthetic blend oil change. It includes tire rotation, tire pressure check etc. I had appointment at 2.30 p.m . I wrote it down that make sure tire rotation is done. They told me car will be done in 45 minutes. When I dropped off my car i told attendant make sure you do the tire rotation. I got phone call from menike car is done. I went to pick up my car at 4.00p.m car was outside from work area. Rotation was not done because I made some signs to my tires. I told attendant rotation is not done. He told me there are few car after that he is going to do rotation. I have to wait 4.45p.m. I have two cars and doing synthetic blend oil change but I think they were never doing rotation thats why my front tires was getting worn so fast. The thing is customers are paying for higher money to do rotation and they are not doing their job correctly than how can I trust that they are putting synthetic blend oil in my car or regular oil. I think someone in above position needs to take care of this problem. Because this is not the first time it happened to me and when you take a appointment it needs to be done in timely manner with what ever it suppose to be done. Think before you take your car at menike.
