Do not get a car from anywhere else! This dealership is amazing! My lease was ending and we called multiple dealership, none were helpful, apparently with this car market they didn’t need my business but they could of at lease been nice. We were getting very stressed out about what we were going to do. I first called Fairway Ford and spoke with Madison who was so nice and helpful. She got back to me quickly and let me know her sales manager steve was going to call me. Steve is the BEST! I let him know our situation and asked what our options were. He just said what is your dream car and what car payment can you be at and we will get it for you! I didn’t think it would be possible but he did it! He even got a few thousand dollars more for my trade in than anyone else was offering. He was honest, had great communication, and was not taking advantage of us at all. He also understood we had 2 young kids and did not want to drag them down so he did everything over the phone and email. They even brought me my car and called me to go over setting everything up. I highly recommend going to Fairway Ford and asking for steve. I am so happy we are part of the Fairway Ford family, the best experience I’ve had buying anything!

A well deserved nod to ROBERTO & THE SERVICE DEPT. Roberto handled me and my truck flawlessly. (after less desirable experiences over the years where I bought the truck.)Called in one busy morning and Roberto answered, gave me the time to explain the tailgate issue I was having, and told me I can bring it in anytime and ask for him. Glad I did.Not only did he fix the tailgate, but i told him about a few other things i was concerned about and it was my lucky day. He was able to repair the items under my extended warranty AND found an oil leak, bad water pump & something wrong with the diff. Instead of making excuses why he couldnt help me. He did what he could within his means to fix my truck. AND had it ready for me a day earlier than estimated. Cant say Ive ever been happy after taking my cars in for service. Today, I am a happy guy.

Misleading, uninformed and ill prepared to sell new models. The sales team does not know what they’re doing.I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. The car I ordered was incomplete and yet they pushed it out to sell the unit as quickly as possible. Very typical used car sales mentality. If they had a place for a zero star that’s all they would get, I don’t think they were even worthy of one star.

Fairway is a good organization on the sales and service side. Trina Mauer in Fleet has been my go to salesperson for years. Lydia in service has likewise taken good care of me and the family for over 25 years.

I usually have my vehicle serviced here. The employees are always friendly and get the job done quick. The only reason I gave 4 starts was due to the courtesy wash. The truck was supposed to be washed on the outside; however, it appeared all that was done was a wiping with a dry rag on the drivers side. Granted, the truck was pretty clean when it came in, but dusty and it could have scratched the paint.

Was it Ford or Phord does it matter or watter?

Do not go here. By far the worst sales team. EVER.
