I love the Dollar tree, it has everything I need and want! They have cleaning supplies and a craft isle. They have a bunch of hair and face masks to bring back the shine in your hair. I recommend every one to check it out

I couldn’t give this store 5 stars due to the long wait time in line, and only one cashier checking people out. The dollar store is great for certain things like cards, party supplies, balloons, etc. The employees at this Dollar Tree (Pittsburg, on Railroad) are always so friendly which makes it nice because they ALWAYS seem to be short handed and so you are waiting in a LONG line for a LONG time!

I love going there to browse.But, they dont have a produce section,the selection is quite limited. Its a smaller version of what youre used to. The lines are ridiculously long. One cashier working three somewhere in the store doing?

It wasnt a good one the cashier was very rude! She acted as if she didnt want to help me or my service. I am a long time customer who comes a couple of times a month. Cheyenne made it one of me least favorite in visiting my favorite location and I live in another city. But I travel to this one the security was very nice as usual keep up the good work security.

Absolutely do not place an order to pick up at the store because they are very unprofessional and lost my package. Also the cashiers when you ask for the manager act like their hands are broken and cant Paige her because their lazy.

Dollar Tree on Railroad Ave. in Pittsburg is my favorite Dollar Tree of all time. They recently made some upgrades ( flooring, lighting and the front door) which has improved my shopping experience personally. I can see the products and dont have to manage trying to lug out all of purchases while holding open a door which is MAJOR PLUS in my books.I typically frequent this place about 2 times a week, but over the past month, I havent gone at all.Todays visit was one I wanted to rave about. The staff has been putting in great efforts to become more organized and as a regular to this location, their hard work deserves recognition.I have been to other locations in our area (Antioch, Bay Point,Concord and Pleasant Hill) and I have to admit, my local store is by far THE GREATEST! It seems to me that their inventory has increased and variety of options have too.I love that they always have a large selection of items needed for the appropriate seasons. As a mother of two, I have no problem with letting the kids pick out whatever school supplies their little hearts desire. Dollar Tree is THE SPOT for party supplies, holiday decorations, snacks, arts and crafts supplies ETC.

Standing in line with literally 13 people. I have a broken ankle that was just surgically reconstructed. This is my first day of putting weight on it. Im still in a huge boot. This woman at another register ( blonde with glasses and hair pulled back), is literally just standing there doing nothing, with her light off. The random frustrated person walks up to her line. Instead of her seeing the big line and announcing that people dont have to standing in the one line forever, she tells that one person that she is open. Then she proceeds to keep standing there doing nothing. When I hobble over, I tell her that her light is off. She replies that she totally knows. She doesnt like turning it on because it is too hot.

Went to buy some baking pans

This is the dirtiest store Ive ever seen. When I asked the cashier about the condition of the store he had the nerve to blame customers for the cleanliness. Its the responsibility of the employees to maintain a clean store. Clearly the Regional, District, and store managers dont care to maintain a high standard here.

Website and hours stated that they are open at 8 AM, when I arrive I was told that they are closed.. and right after that I was told they are open but only for seniors, they need to update their website to let people know, instead of having people waste their time going there only to be turned away..

You can find a lot of decent stuff here for just a dollar. It might take some looking but you can save a lot of money here. They have decent eyeshadow palettes for a buck! If youre a makeup fiend like me you cant beat that deal (and yes the quality is decent, true color, wears well). You can also get body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner here. If youre on a tight budget you cant do better. They have decent frozen food, tea, soda (keep an eye out for name brands) not to mention cleaning supplies that work great. Just keep your eyes open for reliable brands. Even LAs Awesome is ok as long as your laundry isnt too dirty. Anyway, check out the Dollar Tree, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Really organised and nice staff

Pretty good store, but a old crabby Asian lady made us never go back again. Our experience was horrible with her, not even going to go into detail. I personally just go to the 99 cents store in Antioch and the Dollar Tree in Antioch as well, because the employees suck at this location.

It has alot of good stuff but npt enough baskets

Its the dollar tree so what do you get for that? Its in a so so neighborhood so panhandlers have accosted me many times before entering or exiting. Also the manager could do alot more for maintaining the appearance of the store, like getting the windows clean every ten years! The only other thing i may add is that the carts are not allowed outside therefore it is hard to get the things you purchase to your car.

They have obvious bathrooms in the back corner. They arent hidden from customers, but are locked. When I asked about a key to let my 4 year old go potty, they refused and said theyre for employees only. Really?! A business refusing to let a customer, wait, a customers 4 year old go potty? I left a full cart in the store and had to go find a restroom somewhere. I wont be back!

This place never ever has enough employees working the registers. It never fails when I go there that the lines are so long. The employees at the registers have to fill balloon orders, so that takes forever. Its rediculous. Bad management.
