My teams have utilized this Two Men and a Truck location for a few years now for large, student living, mass move in day. The caliber of the movers is wonderful. Stellar service for our residents with positive feedback from parents and students. Steve has been extremely helpful and always accommodating. We have utilized Steves team with emergency situations. Steve and crew have always been there to go above and beyond what any other moving company has ever done for me. This year was a bigger challenge than any of us expected. I cannot thank this team enough for their efforts, great attitude and willingness to help our team. Thank you!

My move took way longer than it needed to. I only had 4 pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and a few boxes and the total move took 4.5 hours only 8 miles away. The movers were nice and respectful but were milking the clock by taking forever to move a couple pieces of furniture, took almost a full hour to wrap a small couch. Disappointed with the lack of urgency and wouldn’t use again. My boyfriend came by and he said the movers were down at the truck just chatting not moving anything. The trips down to the truck and back up were taking 15-20+min.

Called on a Thursday and spoke to rep Angila Roa. She was very nice and gave me the information I needed over the phone and then emailed me an inventory sheet which I sent back the next day. I received no further correspondence from her. I called back on Tuesday and spoke to another agent and was informed that she was on the phone and that an instant message would be sent to her to call me back. I still have not heard back from her. If this is in the indication of the professionalism of this company then I cannot recommend them for service,

From the customer service to the crew I am very pleased with the service. The communication was superb and the three men crew were awesome.It was scorching hot🔥 but they worked their butts off with positive vibes all day! Two Men and a Truck came in and saved the day after original movers we hired did but show and continually gave us the run around. We were in a tight bind as it was our closing day and we needed to be out that evening. This was an out of state move so there was additional stress and pressure. I started calling around 10:30am and called Stephanie (who gave us our original quote back in April) to see if they could help us out. By 1pm Steve called to let us know that they were miraculously able to put a team together and get us two trucks. It was honestly a miracle. By 2:30 we had people at our house and they started loading us up. I cannot put into words our appreciation for Two Men and a Truck. Their customer service is unmatched. Our stuff arrived in Montana without any issues. The care they took packing the truck showed. We have my grandmother dining set and it arrived safe and sound. Everything did. Our family and extended family will solely use them for our moving needs because of how they took care of us. I cannot stress enough how amazing they all were. 10/10.

While this is the first time that Ive hired movers and have no real frame of reference, I had to hire movers and theyve made me realize that hiring movers is the best way to go. Will definitely be using them for my next move.

Love these guys! I’ve used them for a local move in Idaho, a cross-county move in Portland area, and a local move in Phoenix. Always polite young men!

Terrible experience with this company and I do not recommend them. Last week, we moved to a new house about a mile from our previous residence. I was able to move a large amount of furniture before the move date, so we only hired Two Men and a Truck to handle the heavier items. The tree-man moving crew that showed up was terrible. We got off to a bad start when the crew put a large hole in the wall with the leg of the furniture piece while carrying it down the stairs. Once at the new house, the team broke several pieces of furniture and damaged original, historic hardwood floors in at least four places, leaving gouge marks and deep scratches. Even worse, the crew lost the screws to put my daughters bed together. After not being able to find the screws in the truck, the driver told me the screws were left on the floor at our previous residence. Since it is a short drive away, I drove over to the old home to find the screws. Of course, the screws were not there. While I was gone, the driver/leader of the crew told my wife he would look in the truck again. He proceeded to leave with the other two guys as my wife chased him down the street. I tried calling him a couple of times, but the calls went straight to voicemail. It was obvious to me the driver deliberately turned off his cell phone to avoid such calls. After the team left without completing the move, I called the main officer and left two voicemails. I also sent an email to the attention of the sales representative that arranged the move. As of today, I have not received a return call or email. Needless to say, I am disappointed by this companys unprofessionalism and incompetence. Do not hire this company for your move. If you do, you will regret it.

From start to finish Two Mend and a Truck were amazing to work with!! This was my second time using them, it had been 10 years and I was apprehensive about moving again. They alleviated any anxiety I had. The office staff were extremely friendly, professional, and went over every detail of my move. I was given a spot on estimate, which included an additional stop at a storage locker. The movers arrived right on time at 8AM, 3 great guys, who went straight to work, wrapping my furniture in padding and shrink wrap, making sure to take great care especially with some valuable antique pieces. They got the job done in under the estimated time, were professional yet personable and friendly. Look no further for you moving needs, I would highly recommend them!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with what should have been a simple, furniture only move. With our initial estimate at 2-4hours (told it would likely be 2 hrs), we did not expect the move to take nearly 6 hours and end up with an over $1K price tag. We were told there were more items that expected but the addition of a couple lamps and computer chairs should not have resulted in 3x the estimated time frame. We would have never gone with this company if we had known just how slow the movers would go. The pace was incredibly slow to the point where we wanted to go out and help them move things in. This was my 4th time hiring the company but I will not do so again.

They charge by the hour so they intentionally take an extremely long time seran wrapping items. I stood in disbelief while I watched one of the movers attempt to wrap my television 3 times before finally figuring it out. They take 1 item down to the truck at a time even if its a very light item. Once I caught on to what they were doing I took matters into my own hands and started taking items down to the truck myself so as not to waste more time and money. In doing this I saw the same mover who couldnt figure out how to wrap the tv just standing in the hall wasting more of my time. He immediately got back to work once he saw me. I did most of the grunt work beforehand by moving smaller items in boxes days before the movers got there so I only needed them to move my larger items (bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, tv stand, coffee table, 1 small couch, a dinning table, and 4 chairs). This small list took nearly 3 HOURS to move from one place to other. Keep in mind my new apartment is exactly a 2 and a half minutes from old apartment. This place is a scam. I also have a photo of one of the movers just hanging out on his cellphone wasting more of my time and money. Once I got to my new place I also had to help them unload my items. Im now left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth about the company and to top things off I hurt my back trying to speed up the process by helping them load and unload my stuff. The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

They quoted moving the house in 4 hours did it in 3 which saves me money they pack smart and tight unloaded fast into correct rooms. I even told them they could wheele the grill through the all tile house, because of the rocks out back and Rob said I would never take a grill through anyones home, dont worry well carry it around. I have had previous movers who have broken multiple pieces of furniture - two men and a truck was very through and kept all of my stuff safe and scratch free which is worth every dollar.. they were fast and efficient. CALL AROUND. They quoted me $2500-$3000 higher than any other place I called!Not using them because the process and service to get a quote was ABYSMAL. You’d think they would have it down by now. Danielle wanted me to go through, item by item, for my ENTIRE HOUSE for a quote. Like pots, pans, books (how many books? Small or large?)” ... that’s ridiculous. Our entire house is in a 10x15 unit filled to the top, if you can’t give an estimate based off of that and some of the bigger items I listed, then you need to do something different. Not only would I not use them because of Danielle’s attitude, but also finally when I had to fight to get a quote, it was RIDICULOUS!

On time, Courteous, communication was great. COVID Protection was great! Very helpful and got the job done quickly. Very satisfied will use again.

The team I worked with was hard working, on time, and even called in a couple extra guys to get the job done faster without charging me extra. They went the extra mile and got everything moved without anything damaged, no issues as all!

Dont use these guys unless you dont mind having your belongings ruined! Ive moved many times, usually cross country, and am accustomed to some damage with each move but these guys ruined most of my furniture! Nothing we had was more than 3 years old and now not a single table, end table, or chest of drawers doesnt have deep scratches or gashes. They broke the leg of my king bed, the master bedroom dresser, and a small desk (the desk was of cheaper quality but the other furniture was not). We called several times and when I finally spoke to Francisco, was given the run around. If you decide to use these movers, or any others for that matter, thoroughly inspect every item they touched to be sure its not damaged because once youve signed the paper, theyll refuse liability. Very poor business practice.

Due to Covid, it wasnt safe to fly back to AZ to retrieve my belongings from my storage unit for my move out of state. Two Men & a Truck said that they could move our boxes from the unit onto a pod with a separate moving company. While they did complete the move for us, we were unhappy with the carelessness they showed. Boxes were stacked improperly, furniture was damaged, and numerous items were broken upon arrival.We are thankful for the assistance, but I would recommend others only hire the team if they can supervise the work personally.

The movers were very professional and efficient in their work, and performed the move within a very reasonable time window. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again if the need arose.

Punctual on their arrival times. If they say between 9am and 10am theyll be there exactly at 9am and at the worst theyll call you before hand if theyre having trouble finding the place theyll give you a call and let you know, but still arrive well before the cutoff.The pricing is great, they dont try to up charge and theres no hidden last-minute fees. The quote you get on the phone is usually higher than what it comes out to which I think is great because theyre under promising and over delivering which sets great expectations.In terms of timeliness, out of all the moving companies Ive used, theyre second to none. They dont spend time lollygagging and they dont start the clock until after theyve gone over the initial paper work and actually started moving boxes. They move fast and efficient while properly caring for anything fragile at the same time.Overall 10/10.

Have used this company in the past. This time, the crew was OK, but had really rough hands. The office team for scheduling was great. On the other hand, the rough hands of the crew ruined four pieces of furniture. It has been two weeks, and I have had resolution on only two of them. I have called multiple times, and they are ignoring me. What gives.

I loved my experience with Two Men West Valley. My movers were Damon and Desmond. These 2 guys were awesome. They handled all of our belongings with great care and made sure all the small items were packed and secured. My father had passed away a couple months ago and I needed to get his furniture out of the house and into a storage unit. Both Damon and Desmond were sympathetic to my situation and handled my fathers furniture with care, as if it were their own. I have nothing but great things to say about these 2 guys as well as the office staff at Two Men West Valley. They arrived early, sat outside the door waiting for me to arrive and ... started billing for time while sitting there doing nothing. Im not sure why they were early and I tried to get there as soon as I could but wasnt aware that they would begin billing time while they were waiting even though they provided an agreed upon time in writing that was much later. After arguing the issue with someone over the phone for 20 minutes, I gave up. What a waste of time.They also banged door frames, dropped items, and provided a snarky response when I asked one of them to *not* turn a short filing cabinet full of items on its side: That would have been good to know before I turned it on its side.

Very friendly and hard working movers. They worked very hard and smart. Didnt have any hidden cost like $40 a roll for wraps like some other company. In the end, paid way less than I expected. Definitely would use again.

This company hires people that dont even know how to drive the companies trucks! One of their trucks was in my apartment complex and they hit my car and drove off! They were supposed to send someone to take a look at my car and no one didnt show up...this is unacceptable

Very thorough pre-move process makes sure there are no surprises; both the office staff and actual heavy-lifters were very cordial and professional throughout. I have now used Two Men for two moves and would happily recommend them to anyone. Well worth the money, and they are two for two on coming in under-time and under-quote at the end of the day.

Positive : They sent us 3 men instead of two for the same price. The movers were well trained and very knowledgeable on how to dismantle/assemble the furniture. Very professional. No damages done.Negative:I expected them to finish a little earlier though. So it got a little more expensive (30 minutes more) that my budget as they are already more expensive that anyone else in the market.

The middle of May my husband and I moved. Downsizing from a large home to a temporary place placing a lot of items in storage. The crew seemed friendly enough and worked all day. I was not able to watch all of them packing up our items. When we got to the storage unit to place items in it I could see a lot of the items had not been carefully packed and already had noticeable damage. They said to just let the office know the next day. So I called within a few days and talked with Doris and others. They asked for me not to do a review. To let them have an opportunity to repair the items. Well, after a lot of running around getting bids and things repaired on my own I just found out yesterday-4 months later-that the main items could not be repaired as they thought and offered me a few hundred dollars for the items. These items cost me over a thousand dollars. I dont even know what I will find when I get the items out of storage when we move again! Edwin said well you only had 96 hours to report it. I will not be using them again!So I saw your response from the above review. It said to contact you and you would like to discuss the issues I had and try and resolve. So I called over a week ago. Had to leave a message. Still waiting for a response????

The move with this company was a nightmare. 4.5 hours to pack a truck from a 2 bedroom condo. They RIPPED our one and only couch during the move, right in the middle of the chaise lounge cushion- non flippable cushion. I have spend the past 4.5 weeks trying to get them to fix this. I have given up work time and weekend time amongst many phone calls. They have given me the run around every step of the way and my couch is still not fixed. I have been told to call Manny a repair man- I did that Manny said it couldnt be repaired. Then no contact for 2 weeks. I called again- Marina came to my house on a Saturday and took up over 3 hours of my time between late arrival, traffic, etc. She took a fabric sample over 2 weeks ago. Thank goodness I did not give them the entire cushion like she asked, otherwise I would have nothing to sit on! Still no response form the company. I called twice today. got a hold of Marina -I was told To wait until next week for another call because they are short staffed. I told her that was unacceptable and she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PURE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF AND THEN RUN AWAY!! I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I hired a different mover to relocate my daughter on a Saturday, but they failed to show up! I then called Two Guys for a last minute move and they searched the valley for a crew that could do the move the next day a Sunday! They showed up on time and gave us a flawless move! They really saved me from bad situation and turned it into a stress free move. Great job!

Nervous about per hour charge. These guys hustled.. didnt destroy anything. I had a lot of stuff... furniture and boxes...they were amazing. Will use them again.

The team was very professional and operate with a very high quality.

I had a table and chairs, 1 bedroom set, and around 20 already boxed or baggeg items. All ready to move in front downstairs room. It took only 11/2 to get them in truck. Final cost $850!! There are added charges, including $100 for damage insurance. So my table was damaged beyond repair. They called me constantly when they wanted to send people to fix it. But both agree that it was unfixable and it would be cheaper to just replace it. After that I did NOT get one call back and my many calls were ignored.

I am disappointed in the customer service from this customer. I was told every day for 5 days that they would get back to me with an answer on a shared load. They then didnt even answer during business hours when I called back and left the message as to how disappointed I was. I resolved my issue with another company in 12 minutes. They should not promise what they cant deliver and stand by their word. Horrible customer service.

Worse company Ive ever dealt with. Quoted me $1,800 - $3,500 after I insisted they come out and do a physical inspection of my home. At the end of the day on the second day of the pack and move they inform me it will now be $8,200!!!! I fired them and paid them nothing. Im waiting to see them in court! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Run!!!!
