I have NOT had one problem with a return! The employees are helpful and some have gone above and beyond! I have NOT had any problems with the quality of parts. I understand the one way in one way out to an degree. But there has to ba better way for exiting especially when you have large boxes and heavy items buying or returning.

I usually dont shop there. Had problems in the past with their receipts for warranty. They use disappearing ink in the past. This time they used a computer printed receipts. Maybe I wont have any issues in the future with warranty for lack of receipts.

This place has great cheap and affordable prices. As an owner of a mobile mechanic service, like this place because i can save my clients money and still offer them a warranty on this parts. Love their will call feature because it saves time specially when the store is super busy.

I dont care what anybody says about the quality of their parts because everything that I purchased there has held up well. The guys and gals that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is theyre about half as much at times as the other guys it really helps out when youre in a pinch theyve saved my butt a few times.

Great place to find cheap AUTO PARTS. When your in a budget and need it running now this is the place to go. Sometimes parts are off but not by alot they still get the job done. Always good customer service in English and Spanish.

Would Highly Recommend!! Everytime Ive been there, they’re organized, knowledgeable,efficient and friendly. I get everything fro my parts to oil there at a fraction of the price. Couldn’t ask for more. They have a line a lot of the time, but it moves pretty quickly. The nice thing is that they have a call ahead service so you can have whatever you need waiting and won’t have to wait in the line. From my experience the line isn’t so bad early on around open and gets progressively worse towards the end of the day. But with these deals, it’s well worth it!!

The guy that helped me was great on the phone and part of my items were there but had to wait for the other part . The cashiers were something else . If they think they are better than everyone else than I will take my business elsewhere . Cashiers youre no better than any of us . PS you can be replaced . Be human and normal youre not a princess and you will cause the business to lose business . I make more money than you and I treat everyone with respect and the way I want to be treated with respect . None of you are about anything . Because if youre going to act like youre better than everybody then Im going to act like Im too good to shop at this business and go elsewhere . Im sure the owners wouldnt appreciate them losing business because of your attitudes . The prices are great but cashiers attitudes suck .

Absolutely the best parts store Ive ever been to.half or less than AutoZone and warranty all parts.bought a new battery for $55 and comes with 2 year full replacement.ive bought several parts and never had a problem with any.i dont go anywhere else.

Called for a fuel injector for a LT1 Camaro, said yes, in stock it shows they have it. Drove down to pick it up, stood in the crazy hectic line, waited at the counter as they went to grab the part, even though it was in will call. Said they dont have it, never have had it, and who told me they had it lied. Oh Thanks.

We have been coming to this auto parts store for many many years now.They can get pretty busy especially on the weekends but the sales people are always helpful and friendly. I always go here first even though there is other auto parts stores that are much closer to my home.
