One of the only spots in town with raw materials available as well as bench space for rent.. The owner is very helpful and courteous and they have alot of cool glass art available for sale as well.. This is also a good spot to catch classes, meet and greets,heady demos, and more so keep an eye out for all the awesome events they put on..

Best customer service Ive ever had! Called them to inquire about a certain color because Im very OCD about color saturation. Chris was super nice and sent me a video of the color I was asking about. Called Monday morning at 10am and my order was shipped by 11am. I guess I ordered by phone so I cant speak to how well the website works, but my experience with Chris was polite, prompt, and definitely not scam-like.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always wanting to make sure I’m getting the best quality for my money. Seriously would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely wonderful experience the last time I was in, Davey🎂 and the other staff over at 8th Wonder Studio were extremely kind to me and my friend when we stopped by to checkout their HUGE selection of different Glass Supplies for Boro. Not only do they have a large selection of various colors and clear glass, the staff is generous as to share their vast Knowledge about each one and their workability and application. Do not buy from the website! A friend recently made a purchase from this site and sent me the emails from the owner Chris who made it very clear that they run their website more like a scam where users who purchase do not have their items shipped at all. Chris will create wide array of lies to hide this scam-like behavior until it becomes clear the customer wont back down at which is the only time they will refund your money.

Do not purchase from the online store! Made a purchase, received confirmation number, but nothing was shipped. I sent an email with no response. I called and got a hold of a person named Chris who said he didnt see my email (later he would say he simply just didnt see it despite replying to the main email a week after it was sent) but that he would take a look at it in 15 minutes, which turned out to be a lie as it took over 24 hours to receive a condescending response which stated they could not ship my order because the piece I ordered was not in stock and this mistake was not their fault, but actually somehow my fault. Chris then wove a nice little tale about how he needed to change website to sell his glass product and that I mistakenly used an outdated site and that if I used the correct site that none of this would happen.Fortunately for me this was easy to disprove because I had actually ordered from the correct site that Chris had mentioned. Once linking him the page on the correct site, showing the correct item, and showing it in stock Chris lost all his will to continue lying and defending his poor customer service. He conveniently wanted to end the discussion at that point and offered to return my money, but making sure to imply that it was a courtesy he was doing for me and I should be happy he didnt choose to steal my money.

When ever i need anything these guys are just a phone call away. If they dont have what you need they can get it. On top of that they havw great shop space and classes for all levels of artist. Check them out for all your glass needs.

They go out of their way to make sure I have the products that I need for work, they always have the best selection of glass, they sometimes even have colors you can’t get anywhere else, from colors to opals to supplies to torch times to classes these guys are all around the best, the GM chris is SUPER helpful, he’s ALWAYS going out of his way to make sure I have everything I need even if they don’t carry it he will make a special order just for me, by far some of the nicest and honest people I’ve met, the second you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and a big welcome making anyone feel at home, it’s no wonder they call this place 8th wonder its awesome! If I could give this place 10stars out of 5 I would. I would recommend this place to anyone.🤝
