We have used Carlos Carpets twice. Once in 2015 when we finished our basement and installed carpet for the first time. A second time in 2020 when we replaced carpet in small bedroom.Both experiences were great. Good selection of quality carpet. Good customer service. Debbie and her coworkers at Carlos Carpet well thought out and designed a stair solution for our 16 step staircase allowing all the members of my family (including my miniature dachshund) to feel secure going up and down. Oh, by the way, it is gorgeous too! The installer was polite and a quite skilled craftsman.
