I brought my car in at 9 a.m. in the morning and I was pleased to find out that I was given free Uber service to and from Pacifico.The customer service representative Amanda was extremely pleasant, very informative, very helpful and very respectful..I feel very confident driving my car for the winter now. I also can really feel the difference in the service that was performed on my car.I like how Hyundai contacts me when my car needs to be worked on. They did a very good job.. I highly recommend them

Heres what I learned about Pacifico Hyundais Service center in the last two visits: they dont listen to customers, theyre not properly diagnosing issues and they charge you for items you dont need.My first visit was to check the transmission, perform an oil change and diagnose/fix the headlights on my vehicle. They diagnosed the transmission and headlight issues but never performed the oil change. I also notice as Im leaving the parking lot that the turn signal was blinking rapidly; I didnt have that issue prior to bringing the car in.I return a few weeks later for the transmission follow up and mention the oil change and turning signal issue (the service advisor suggests that its likely a bulb that needs to be replaced). They needed to order a part to fix the transmission leak, so after two days at the dealership I pick up my car to find that the turn signal is still doing the same thing as before.Were there any diagnostics performed before they charged me almost $40 to replace a bulb (something that would cost me $5 at the normal shop I take my car to)? I went back into the service center about the turn signal and the response was along the lines of, I cant do anything for you now but I can address it if you bring your car back.This felt like the typical dealership taking advantage of someone who isnt a mechanic.While Im thankful for the maintenance that was performed, it was also clear that I wasnt being heard.I wouldnt recommend Pacifico Hyundai Service center to anyone and I certainly wont return. If you wouldnt let your family member drive a car that you performed maintenance on, you shouldnt let anyone else.I rarely EVER write a negative review, but I had to share this experience.

Ive used Pacifico for several years now. When it comes to getting my car checked and repaired, I really trust the expertise at Pacifico. My service advisor Amanda clearly explained everything in she anticipated my car would need serviced (based on mileage) before starting. When picking up the car, she noted that some of the services she anticipated, like filter replacements, were not necessary at the time, so she omitted them. I appreciate that honesty in making sure Im not wasting parts or money.Ive also found that Pacifico does a fantastic job in making sure their customers have access to their services. While they have your car, they make sure youre well taken care of. For example, when setting up the appointment online, the system asked questions about preference to drop off or wait for the car. Both after my drop off and for pick-up, Amanda set up a ride share request between my home and the service center. Its those thoughtful measures that make Pacifico a great team to work with.

Mike made this process very easy and even went the extra mile to follow me to drop off my rental car and drive me back to the dealer so I could leave with my new car the same day. He showed me where to find the complimentary water bottles and coffee, checked in to make sure I was doing alright and made sure I found my car okay after the service was complete. I have come to Pacifico Hyundai for many years. I have always received great service!Today was no different. I noticed when I started my car. One of the light on the dash board stayed on. The service team knew right away that it was my air bag. When the gentlemen at the desk told me that I was done, I was pleasantly surprised. Then, he told me it was under warranty. I was so happy! How would I know it was under warranty? I would have just paid them. I trust them and have confidence in their knowledge, their service, and in their integrity. I would have given them 10 stars!!!

I leased a Hyundai Sonata at Pacifico Hyundai last week, I thought that going to a dealership being a woman would be difficult, however it was just the opposite from the sales woman to the management I couldnt of asked for better service and how knowledge and fair everyone in this team worked together explaining how this all works. I told them what kind of car and cost I was looking for and they worked it all out for where I was comfortable signing my name on the lease. The ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff is incompetent at best. They showed no concern for their customers today and gave unreliable information. They aren’t even knowledgeable about their own inventory. I relied on their information and provided all information, including a credit check and when I arrived the car was already sold-YESTERDAY. Meanwhile, today, I provided all the documentation needed and arrived to pick up a car that wasn’t there. Now they are trying to sell a car they have no photos of and is undergoing work. Beware of this dealer and take your business elsewhere.

Brandon at Pacifico helped me immensely with the purchase of my car. I called ahead to select the vehicle I wanted and he had it right outside when arrived for a test drive. This was a little surprising for me as Im 18 and it was great to be treated like an interested car buyer. In addition while all the other Hyundai dealerships are charging a premium on MSRP due to the car shortage, Pacifico held firm and did the right thing. Kept the cars at MSRP rather than moving with what they could make. I highly recommend this place for a purchase of your new car. Omg what a wonderful experience to lease a 2022 Hyundai Tucson here today with Kristina Weeks! First all the staff here are kind, professional and will bend over backwards to help you and answer your questions. Kurt was a rockstar understanding the rules for registering in Delaware when purchasing in Pennsylvania. Joe Simonini in finance was pleasant as well. They didn’t do the crazy over sticker and no high pressure. We were able to get a limited and there are great features. This place is pretty good although honestly I have considered trying out a different place at times.Things that I feel could be improved are:Having a more clearly readable print out of what the service options are and what the prices are when I am at the counter deciding how much work to get done. The last time I was there it was all verbal and it was quite hard to follow and keep all the mental math and comparisons in my mind.Similarly I think a better visually designed print out receipt and description of the work would be wonderful. I feel the one they use looks on the antiquated side and again is kind of hard to follow, with a lot more text than what is necessary.They used to give me a paper copy of the multi point inspection, showing what things are in good condition, what are in a yellow area that they are something to watch out for but maybe don’t need to be replaced quite yet. I really value that but the last two or three times They have not given me that piece of paper.What I’m really impressed with here is them providing free pretzels at least until they run out. And how they offer a free Uber service to take you back home while your car is being worked on is also a fantastic benefit.

Went to look at a 2021 Tucson & trade in my 2019 Tucson on Wednesday. Sales associate Brandon & sales mgr Chris were very nice. Negotiated a trade in amount, purchase price & finance amount with monthly payment. Did not make a deal on the spot because I wanted to go home & think about. After a few hours, I called back & spoke to Brandon & advised him I’d like the monthly payment to be $5 less & I would like wheel locks included. He said he would talk to Chris & get back to me. Brandon called me back a few hours later & said that they would lower the monthly payment by $5 but I would have to pay for the wheel locks. Really, they couldn’t throw in $50 wheel locks on a $25,000 vehicle? I said to Brandon that they were willing to lose a deal over $50 wheel locks? Apparently so & then I ended the call totally disillusioned over their not wanting to do a deal over $50. I slept on it & woke up the next morning really wanting the new Tucson. Called back & spoke to Chris & said I would do the deal. They will give me the wheel locks at their cost. Went in today to purchase the Tucson. Did the deal then went to the cashiers window to pay for the wheel locks so they could be put on. Signed all of the paperwork then drove off in my new Tucson. Still can’t believe they were willing to lose a sale over $50 wheel locks.

Overall a wonderful experience. Mike in sales was great!!!!Some issues:1. I got a MUCH HIGHER trade in when I entered info online! Even with scratches, etc, I believe the number should have been higher.2. I had an appt to see a specific car. Nobody called or texted to let me know the car was gone! I would have made up my mind before coming out!3. I know it is the finance persons job to encourage buying warranties, etc BUT I am now spending $150 MORE per month than I was spending! When I tell you NO I CANNOT AFFORD YOUR WARRANTY, LET IT GO! NOT at all fair to the customer!

Horrible customer service. Our sales rep was Brandon, and it is interesting that others have had a good experience with him. I could see the cars better if I was just looking around myself. He did not offer us a test drive, which is totally fine, but I asked if I could take a look at the cars interior and electronics and stuff. He hesitantly said yes and that he should go in to get the keys. He went in and didnt show up for another 10 minutes. We just walked ourselves out with the terrible service we got. Will never go back again.

Amanda at Hyundai Services has been spectacular. I’ve been losing motor oil frequently from my vehicle and had to add multiple quarts often. I’ve addressed this with previous Hyundai services unfortunately after many visits and attempts they could not find the source. Until Amanda decided to pursue an oil consumption test for my vehicle. With this test, she was able to diagnose the increase burn rate of my motor oil. Amanda notified Hyundai to address the problem. Initially they denied the claim and would not cover for it however after Amanda‘s persistence they approve to cover the majority of the expenses. I am grateful for Amanda for all her diligence and thoroughness. I appreciate all of her assistance and should be commended.

Pacifico Hyundai lied to me - don’t trust this dealer. I drove 45 minute each way to test drive a particular vehicle (Santa Fe) which I previously had confirmed (with John) was available to purchase, only to be told upon arrival the vehicle was actually not available. So I was lied to and they wasted an hour and half of my time. Just rude, untrustworthy and don’t care about their customers.

Friendly, and courteous. They explained the process of what they were looking at before they started the work. They gave me an estimate of how much time it would take, and were very close to that. The car needed some work and they explained what would be done and what it would cost before moving forward. I arrived at 9:30, I left 3 hours later.In the waiting area they had coffee, bottled water, and Philly pretzels. The only negative part of the experience was the Wi-Fi. I knew they had Wi-Fi and I was trying to work from the waiting area, but the speeds were very slow. Speed test was 1.46mb.

I went in for a recall and went in the front door of the sales side to ask where I should go for service because Ive never been to this location before. The gentleman on the sales side just sat there with his head down working on his laptop never and didnt acknowledge me until I said excuse me a couple of times and then he pointed me towards the service department. The nice gentleman at the desk in the service department was very friendly personable engaging and professional. Im new to this area not sure if this will be the dealership Ill choose to have my service at.

Love this dealership they are very friendly the work they do is excellent. The performance of there work is remarkable they really know how to take care of your car when you need service. I been with them since 2016 and I tell you I love every work they done on my car.

Thank you for Brendon ( sales specialist) help me to got my new Kona, I love shopping but I hate car shopping . But this is most simple enjoyable with no pressured car shopping in my life . He have done very good job with me, patiently serve me and gentle manner. Financial manager also very nice, feel no pressure! Over all I had good experience with them .
