The place smelled and was dirty by the coffee bar but customer service was good. We waited entirely too long to speak with someone but I contribute it to a lot of customers and not enough agents. Cars were okay, nothing with spectacular features for the amount of miles on the vehicle.

I always a good experience with Enterprise car sales since 2017 when I purchased my Ford Focus. Enterprise Car Sales have good quality cars. I never had any major problems with my Ford Focus before I traded it in for the 1015 Jeep Patriot. The problem I have with Enterprise Car Sales is when I purchased the 2015 Jeep Patriot was the car has a lot of minor scratches and a few spots of cover up paint. Enterprise Car Sales should is responsible to make sure the scratches on the Jeep is buffed out and nicely detailed before they present and sell to Customer.

The process was pretty fast, salesman Quentin kept in touch with me through it all and picked the perfect vehicle for me!! I’m in love with the car!!

I recently went to enterprise to look at the minivans they had on their website. We arrived at the lot and began browsing. Most of, if not all, of the cars were unlocked so we were really able to get a good look inside. It took about 10 minutes for a sales rep to approach us, which is very unusual as most places we went we were stalked from the moment we arrived, he answered our questions and handed us the keys to test drive the vehicle of our choice. After test driving Scott, our salesman, was super courteous, and not pushy at all. We explained our unique circumstances and he gave us an honest opinion. Shortly thereafter we were approved and had chosen a car. We liked a car that was in another lot so Scott drove there to pick it up for us and we came back a few hours later to look at it and complete the purchase. I would recommend this place and Scott to anyone looking to buy.

Purchased a car with this Dealership on November 30th, 2020. It was a nice experience looking for a car. HOWEVER, they made a BIG mistake in the documentation of purchasing. As a result of their CRITICAL ERROR I have not received my Car Title of the car in over 4 months. This is outrageous that it could take so long to fix a mistake they made. I would say be very careful and pay extra extra attention to insure they get the title information correct since if you are like me their mistake could result in you paying for a car in FULL and never receiving the Title of the car. The people who work here show zero accountability and if they make a error with your purchasing documentation they will just kick it under the rug since they got paid.No one should have to deal with this level of frustration for any time let alone over 4 months because of the incompetent Enterprise Car Sales of this Dealership. I truly wish no one has to go through paying for a car and never receiving a Car Title.

The car that I rented was fantastic. I need to rent a car because the car that I own was hit by another driver and totaled.I am not as thrilled with my experience with Enterprise. When I called and asked if someone could pick me they were unable to do that even though that is advertised. The person on the phone cited that he was the only one there and couldn’t get to me. I finally was able to get a ride and they greeted me outside which was fine but I received no paperwork and nothing came to my email to even say that I had rented the car. The gentleman did his job and selling me on the extra insurance and when I said well I would be able to do the $20 a day at no other time did this person and for me that there were other hidden charges that I was going to need to do. My credit card was charged twice without my knowledge of that happening. I generally enjoy and love Enterprise. I have purchased three cars from Enterprise, but I am not so sure that I am going to want to rent a car at this time with this experience

I got a good quality car for the price, the salesman was very pleasant and no pressure. However, there were some scratches and dings that I asked for the touch up paint to cover & did not receive. In general I would recommend them, but make sure you check the car thoroughly in daylight.

My husband and I have just purchased our fourth vehicle from them (and three family members and a neighbor have purchased through them as well). Every step of my car buying experience was fabulous! Jahi was a great, no pressure sales person who was available over multiple calls to answer all my questions. The time and paperwork at the location was minimal - not the excruciating hours at a dealership. I needed to go back a few days later because the battery in my remote needed to be replaced and they offered to fill my tank for the inconvenience! I wanted car mats and the manager agreed because he wanted me to be happy with my purchase! When I called a few days later with a question, the 800 number transferred me to a location other than the one I got my car from, and Blair was happy to find the answer to my question and actually call back within 20 minutes, as promised. I took my car to a mechanic within the 7 day return period and he was very impressed. So far, I cant say enough good things!

Overall good experience! I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain AWD. I had the suv shipped in from a few states away paid $991 for this transfer. When shopping on line, the vehicle description stated it was black and the way the pictures looked, the suv actually looked black. But when it arrived it was a dark dark brown. I actually liked the brown color very much so I kept the suv over the color confusion. The only issue I had was I asked the suv wasnt prepped when it arrived. Once it got to the local Enterprise they did wind up prepping the suv. This prep included screwing a plastic Enterprise car sales frame and plastic paper Enterprise car sales plate to the front of the suv. Im one of those people that HATE front license plates and Ill never live in a state that requires one because I think they make a vehicle look horrible. Call me OCD. I now had 2 screw holes in the rubber bumper on my new suv front bumper. This actually bothered me more then the color confusion. The salesman who did the deal for me (Scott) felt my pain with me and made good on it. He scheduled a visit to a local body shop and they filled, repaired, and painted the front where the holes were. One of the reasons this was tough for me because as I was browsing for an suv on the Enterprise site, I passed on several suvs that were closer to me because they already had a front license plates screwed to the front of them. I get why it was installed, who cant argue with getting in a little free advertising but in the future, if a vehicle shows no front license plate on the pictures, please dont add one unless the customer requests one. We are literally buying a vehicle from a picture from miles away and should arrive as the picture shows. Very happy with my new SUV. Ill be back for another one sooner than later!

They work to find you the best financing deals, provide fair trade-in allowances and the no-haggle, no nonsense approach makes it a better experience. They go out of their way to get you what you want, and have made my choice to be a repeat cutomer an easy one.

This was our 3rd vehicle purchase with Enterprise at the same location. Will continue to purchase our vehicles through them. The only issue we have, is when a vehicle we like isnt at that location, they will bring it to you...but if someone else sees the vehicle you wanted before you can get there...youre outof luck. Its a first come, first serve basis. I dont like that policy.

This establishment is off Route 1 South in Philadelphia, you can take 195 East to 29 or 129 to Route 1 South get on there and just follow that its roughly about 50 minutes from Jackson Howell its all straight run its at ByberryRoad you turn right and go up maybe 1-2 miles and its right on your right hand side. This place has handicap accessibility handicap parking. This place also has no pressure to buy a vehicle this is a hassle free environment I went in looking for a 2016 SUV came out with a 2018 Ford Escape yes I was looking for an SUV but they blew me away totally they knew what I wanted after I said what I was looking for, they got me the vehicle and it was out of there in less time than it takes you at a car dealership. There is a minimum maybe a $500 down payment to up as much as you want for that as a down payment on the vehicle or no down payments they let you test drive the vehicle, again like I said theres no pressure by the time you get done you dont even know youre done and ready to go home they do take appointments, Kevin Toner and Brad they are good men they know their business they know what you are looking for after you tell them and they have over 18 Banks + 3 credit unions willing to work with you and I tell you I got a 2018 for little over $480 a month 4 years. Take over all the paperwork with you and make sure you understand what you were signing for. I can’t say enough good things about Enterprise Car Sales! We purchases an 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT from there. I called the Byberry location on Friday afternoon, explained that I saw what I wanted but it was in Delaware, the sales person Steph assured me that it would be at the location by Saturday morning because she drove to Delaware to get it. Now that is SERVICE!!!!! In our excitement of getting the van, we didn’t notice a couple of little things missing. We called them to let them know and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating in replacing/fixing these items that same day except one item which needed to be ordered. Two days later the manager called me to let me know it was in. Their “no haggle” policy was great! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a good quality used vehicle. This is actually my second vehicle that I brought from Enterprise. I brought a Ford Explorer back in 2003 and the service was great back then. I brought another vehicle since then from a different dealership; however the experience and the service did not compare to Enterprise. When I recently decided that I was ready to purchase a luxury vehicle that would not drain my pockets, Enterprise was the only car dealership that came to mind. I purchased a 2012 Lexus RX350 that had low mileage and rides perfectly like it was a 2015. My car dealer Rich and the financial manager Greg were the bomb!
