Purchased my car here 3 years ago and that process was fine. Since then Ive been bringing my car here for any service need.Right before Thanksgiving last year, I had brought my car in for a recall and found out I had a bigger issue, which required me to get my harness cables replaced. After a week, I got my car back and drove home fine but the next morning(Thanksgiving) when I tried leaving my house, my cars electronics went haywire and the gears locked. Honda told me to call a tow to bring my car back to them which I did and after the holiday, I was told that there was a loose ground wire. Being told that, this made me not want to go back there anymore and I finally got my car back after 10 days.Then recently in May, I needed an oil change and I just happened to be near this location. I figured its just an oil change so it should be fine. I got my oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. A month later, my family and I were pulled over by a cop at night. This is the first time we drove after dark since the days got longer. The cop told us that the driver side headlamp was out. We tried to replace the bulb but that did nothing so I took my car in to another Honda Piazza location where I was informed that the fuse for that headlamp was actually missing from the fuse box. I reached out to them via email for an explanation as to why my fuse was missing but I have not received a response. Its been almost a month since my e-mail.

Greatest experience and for the second time. Sophan Son sales consultant was beyond patient with all my questions walking through the parking lot on one of the hottest days. I was very indecisive and Sophan was extremely helpful. Khalid the finance manager made things quick and easy and got me a great deal with ALL coverages. I came in off the Internet price of 22000 on a Honda Civic sport I was told the vehicle was available and ready. I was waiting on a appraisal on a trade I had, and as I waited the salesman (Chris Angelone)ask If I had my own financing which I replied yes. Then he proceeded to ask if I wanted to try thier finance company and I said no Im ok. He then left and came back and told me there would be a separate charge of 500 for the sale of the vehicle. I asked what is this for and he says its a fee for not using thier finance company that way they make money his exact words. Is this legal I asked and he said yes and the price is not 22000 like the sticker says but it is actually 26000 which is 4000 more then the MSRP ( sticker on window said 22645). Needless to say I quickly grab my things and left. I would never recommend them ever a bunch of crooks.

I always get my car maintenance done here they are ALWAYS efficient and considerate of your time. This was not the first time I got my vehicle serviced with you guys !! My husband got a call that vehicle will be ready in 15 minutes he waited more than an hour after he reached at pick upTime !! Upon asking how long it was going to be he was given an attitude by a service person and insulted him !! Which was unacceptable to him and he wanted to speak with the manager at that point but the other guy said your vehicle is ready and he had to leave !! But the service employee in the centre chair had a very bad attitude towards my husband!! I hope this is addressed and hope you find me in your System with the confirmation number !!Thanks

Chris has been very accommodating and professional throughout my car buying experience. The dealership staff overall was fair and transparent even in these unprecedented times the automobile industry is going through right now due to chip shortage.

I went for an oil change recently since they gave me a coupon after addressing some recalls, they told me my windshield wiper was loose and I should replace it for $40. I declined, since I know how to tighten a wiper. A few days later, it rained & on the first wipe, the wiper snapped in half. There was nothing “loose” about it, they just fully broke it and stuck it back on like they didn’t and tried to charge me for the fix. Glad I know how to put on a wiper myself because I definitely won’t be going back to get it fixed. The service people were plenty pleasant to talk to, but hardly anyone was wearing a mask, & if they were wearing one at all, it was under their nose or face.

My experience with Piazza is great. For years I always went to the parts department to get fluids and gaskets for my old crv. This year I finally pulled the trigger and got a new Honda and my experience with Andy Au was great. Initially the test drive was done with Po but he wasn’t available the other days I went. I wanted a specific color for the accord and Andy worked his magic and secured two for the dealership. He was very patient with me as I am still young and this is my first time buying a car, making a few mistakes on the way. All in all, would recommend this dealership and Andy Au as the salesman to other.

I went here for trade in, I have a civic 2016 which had some paint job required on driver side on rear fender, and near the bumper. when then accessed it they literally assessed as below fair value, they gave me a estimate which is less than 6k than kbb value, i took the same vehicle to a different honda showroom they accessed and they gave me a trade in value couple of hundred short of kbb value. The people who accessed my vehicle at this place are not honest, i get it that they make money from used vehicle, but what they displayed was greediness. In the estimation that they gave they put all the incorrect information such as repairs which were not needed and got the value of the car 6k below kbb value. 1 month prior i got the inspection and service done at the same dealership and at that time they told me the car is in great shape and even sent me a email saying that they will return the money that i spent for service and inspection if i sell them the car but tables were turned when i actually went for trade in, they gave the wrong assessment and undervalued the car by telling me the car need lot of maintenance. i’m glad that i didn’t do business with them and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for trade in based on my experience.

Ugh! Best place ever! 🥳💜 My boyfriend and I are so happy with this dealership!. I first went to Sloane biggest mistake ever and they weren’t helping whatsoever with my desires of purchasing my first car. Not only did Sloane employees are mean and careless about paying attention or answering questions to a first car owner, but the manager SUCKED I went home disappointed and negative because I wasn’t told whether I was approved or not. Days later was driving home with my boyfriend one day and saw piazza’s Honda sign and decided to google and give them a call!. The next day, Allen Ma called me and went over details about my information and I am telling you HE MOVED MOUNTAINS FOR ME!. Best customer service EVER! I am telling you he did the impossible to make this happened. We ended up getting a different car because the one I originally wanted my credit (which I am a newbie wasn’t enough) but Allen made sure to get me one of the best reliable cars and made it happened. Not only did I had until Tuesday to return my rental car but we closed our deals the same day. He kept his promise of getting me a car until the last day of my rental. Ugh I love him! We love him so much! Him and my boyfriend are besties now haha! He even was nice enough to help my boyfriend with some light issue he had with his Honda car too!. While we waited to close our deal. Wonderful experience!! My daughter who totaled her Jeep needed a new reliable vehicle and they had what she wanted. The customer service from Brian Henderson was a 5! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very thorough. Made sure my daughter knew the ins and outs of the vehicle before we pulled out of the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership. The atmosphere with all the other sales people was very professional.

As another reviewer mentioned here, Juns service attitude is horrible. He simply gave us two keys and told us we can check out the cars ourselves. And then he stayed in the building and wouldnt come out. Then we left.

We had the unfortunate situation of having our Ridgeline truck hit and run in Philadelphia. Because our son drives our truck and lives in Philadelphia we had to take somewhere close to where he lives. I had my reservations about taking the truck to someplace we had never gone to before BUT I cant say enough good things about this collision center. Geoff was unbelievable. He was so kind and thoughtful and he communicated with us through the whole ordeal. With the weather issues of getting parts to the final pick up is was smooth sailing. 3yrs ago my wife and i leased our first car together and first time ever leasing to begin with. We had many questions obviously and so many options. A friend referred us to Honda where we were assisted by Andy Au. It was by far the most pleasant car shopping experience. It was so good we were happy to go back and release again this year. A crazy year of 2020 where everything goes wrong, Andy made our experience go right! He clearly had many years of knowledge and experience and was a Honda car owner himself. He took the time to even assist us after purchase to show us the functions of the new smart technology in the car. My car broke down unexpectedly so I got it towed to piazza. They told me it needed a new transmission which would cost over $3,600 just to get the car running again. I asked if they could rebuild the transmission as I’ve taken very well care of my car, but they said they “wouldn’t do that at a dealership level”. I couldn’t afford their offer, and felt a little pressured by their salesman, so I took my car to a local mechanic my friend knows and it turned out my transmission was perfectly fine! All that was wrong was a broken axil that only cost me $380, a HUGE difference. I couldn’t believe that piazza took advantage of me like this. I don’t have that kind of money, I could have lost my car. How do they sleep at night? Extremely disappointed :’(

We just leased our second Honda Fit with Andy Au. Three years ago was our first experience with both leasing a car and working with Andy for the first time. Both experiences were wonderful with Andy. Totally satisfied with the service department . I tried to call Sloane Honda for a hissing sound coming from the A/C and they just told me that the problem seems normal, and didnt care what I told them about the problem. So, I called Piazza Honda for a 2nd opinion.At Piazza Honda, I spoke with Jack W. Pfettscher and explain the problem I was having with my car, and immediatley he asked me when and what time I can stop by his dealer so he can listen to the hissing sound from the car to see if that is the problem and repair the problem. I also had the recording of the actual hissing sound from the car so he wanted to listen to it so he knows what to do. So, I went to the dealer and had Jack Pfettscher listen to the recording and told me to make an apptto bring the car tom so he can repair the problem.The next day I made an appt to check on my car, and they found out that pressure on my A/C unit is too high. The problem was solved!!When Jack said that he treats all the customer like family, he really meant it.Several days after, I asked him if battery is cover under CPO and he gave me an accurate answer, he really helped me a lot.Thank u again Jack for the best customer service. Will recommend everyone that have Honda to your dealer for service.

I have been getting my car serviced here for 8 years. The service is always great. With the stay-at-home order in place, I called to get my car inspected. I spoke with Mark Ferris and as always he was very helpful. He said dont worry Kathy, we will take care of it. Service was scheduled for the next day and Shawn picked up the car. I want you to know both men provided exceptional service. Shawn made contact with me and came for my car. He was extremely polite and made sure the transfer of my car to him went safely and smoothly. He is a great communicator and explained he would be in touch again when he was bringing back my car. He called me and advised me to wait inside my door (I live in a high rise condo). It was very humid outside and he didnt want me to have to wait in the heat. He is very customer focused and a great asset to your dealership. He also explained to me where he was able to adjust a part on my navigation system to resolve an issue. I hope you express thanks to him for the job well done. Despite all the negative that is sadly going on in the world, it is wonderful to have Piazza staff who care about their customers.

Brian helped both me and my mom purchase two Honda Accord’s over the weekend. He really took his time to find the right car for each of us. We probably drove him crazy, especially my mom, because she changed her mind a few times, but he was patient, knowledgeable and really explained all the features of each car we looked at. I just bought a 2020 Honda Fit and was very happy with the experience. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated the no-pressure sales approach. I would like to recommend that the sales associate Sophan and the sales manager Vince be recognized for there hard work and effort they put into making sure me and my wife were satisfied.We were kinda undecided with what we wanted to purchase with trying to budget ourselves and made the wrong choice in purchase so we kept the car for 7 days and chose to come back and return it for the same vehicle we traded in but newer and once I contacted our sale representative Sophan he automatically turned his attention to our needs and told us to come back to the dealership and assured us that he’d do his best with putting us in the vehicle of choice.We arrived to the dealership and didn’t have to go back and forth at all.The deal was already written us that met our budget,and the wonderful sales manager named Vince took it back and brought it back to us for the second time with an even lower payment,telling us he knew we didn’t have much time the first time to choose with the incentive deals expiring the same day and basically gave us the deal of a lifetime.We didn’t lose money from purchasing and returning the car after keeping it for 7 days and was put in place with a deal that was $10 more than what we were offered in the beginning.I am truly grateful for Sophan and Vince working with us and not trying to take advantage of our mistake we made in choosing the wrong vehicle the first time and will be forever grateful along with being a loyal customer from now on of Piazza Honda located in Pa.This dealership really make our experience the best and I will be personally recommending and promoting they’re dealership for the way we were treated there,especially at a time like this during a pandemic and all.Those guys are the best.
