My car was significantly vandalized and I took it to Liberty. This place is awesome. I needed a routine state inspection done, and had no idea where to go.The guy (I think the owner?) was SO KIND, helpful, and respectful. He helped me when I could not locate my registration, and did not make me feel silly/stupid/ridiculous for it either. He also did not take advantage of my newbie status either. He was quick, fair; did not add any extra fees. Flat $85 and I was out of there in 2 hours (my car is 14 years old).I will absolutely be going back here.

I accidentally rear-ended my friends bumper and made a crack on it. I decided to go with Liberty Collison Center after reading all the positive reviews about this place. Ben, the owner, was super helpful, friendly, and prompt. He gave me such a reasonable deal without having to report it to my insurance. Ben and his team did an exceptional job! They made the bumper looked brand new without replacing it. I would highly recommend these guys!!!

No communication very vague and does not understand that you have someone’s car there should be regular updates . I’ve had to call from the beginning calling and calling and calling this is the worst experience and will never tell anyone to ever go there idc if they were doing it for free!!

Theses guys are the best! Not only are they friendly and professional, they do great work and they do it fast! Brought my car in after some Tasty Cake sniffin yokel hit and ran my car. They had it good as new in a couple hours! Definitely the best body shop experience of my life.

I’ve working with the guys at Liberty Collision for two years now. The work is always professional, priced right, solid communication, and just the best work you can possibly get at an honest rate.

My car needed an inspection and the night before dropping it off one of my windows got smashed. When I dropped it off I showed the owner and asked if he could replace it. He was extremely helpful, kind, and got the parts I needed. The prices were reasonable - lower than anywhere else in the area. I thought I’d be spending double what it actually cost. On top of that he cleaned my car, free of charge! I’ll be using this company regularly. Very stand up gentlemen and great work.

I contacted Ben about fixing up a front bumper. He was very informative with what exactly needed to be fixed. He and his team got the work done in a day as he estimated, with a fair price.

Ben and his team gave me a really fair price on a bumper repair. They worked quickly (I had my car back in 3 days), and it looked as good as new when I got it back. They even made sure the inside looked as good as the outside, washed the car, and even cleaned the headlights. Hopefully I wont need any additional body work for awhile but if I do, Ill be back.

This place is great— consistently responsible, friendly, and fast. I have brought my car in three times (for damage to hood, a headlight replacement, and a clogged sunroof drain tube that flooded the back seat). For the last job, they did it while I waited even though I didn’t call ahead, and they didn’t even charge! Prices are fair and there is so much value added by the quality of the work and the service. Very highly recommended!!

No matter how big or small my jobs were, they did them professionally, whether they had to pick up my car 54 miles away at night, needed an inspection, needed a paint job or a ride, they were always going over and above, and I thanked them so very much. I plan on seeing them soon for a bigger job because they’re the best.

The team at Liberty was extremely friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on my Chevy Equinox which was rear ended by a FedEx truck. Highly recommended. When I called with my issue, the owner Benny told me to stop by anytime. When I got there he quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the new part we needed. He could have had it done the next day if I was able to come back that soon. Very up front, didnt try to sell me on anything more than I needed. I changed what I said concerning collision they helped me tremendously but again I did feel uncomfortable the last time I went to talk to him and he was very upset with the comment that I made on here

I hit a deer (that lived no problem) and needed to get my hood, windshield, side mirror, fender, and headlight replaced. Ben was very helpful and informative and gave me a very fair quote. Its a slightly older car being an 03 Mazda but Ben made sure to find the parts and didnt rush to hack it together. The fix was perfect, like a brand new car, and he even pulled the big dent out of my door that I didnt asked to get fixed free of charge! as well as full car wash and interior detail. Highly reccomend!

These guys are amazing! Absolute Professionals. Best auto body shop in Philadelphia!I dropped my car off to them and they gave me a complimentary ride home. They completed the work exactly when they said they would and my car now looks brand new. I couldnt believe my eyes. They even went above and beyond the worked I paid them for and buffed out some other scratches on my car - AND they did a detailed cleaning inside and out. Omg! When I tell you I was petrified when the insurance company told me to pick the body shop, I am not exaggerating. I know little about cars to begin with, and I was concerned that because of that I was an easy target to be taken advantage of. So I went online, did my research and came across Liberty Collision body shop. The rest was history. I knew I was in good hands after the first phone call. Ben was very patient and respectful during our first interaction. And after I have dropped off the car, he has made my experience carefree. He helped me get a rental by having Jose, his partner, drop me off right at the door. Got my car fixed in fewer days than expected. Had attended to other minor scrapes that the accident had nothing to do with and detailed my car. And to put a cherry on it, he returned the rental for me. It is really the little things that matter, aside from the fixed car of course. And these guys seem to have the attention and care that is so appreciated in customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I took my car to Liberty Collision Center for paint work after someone hit my car. They were by far the lowest quote I received and were able to fit me in for service very quickly. Ben and his team were a pleasure to work with. My car was fixed within 1-2 business days and they even noticed a defective tire during my repair and put on my spare tire for me. Liberty is an amazing place to get work completed on your car or even just for a check up. Moving into Philly from NYC I was struggling to find someone I could trust with my car and Ben/Liberty Collision is the place. My car was hit twice when it was parked here in Philly. Vehicle was in terrible shape and I wasnt sure where to go. Ben is a great guy and quickly restored my vehicle back to 100%. This place has very fair pricing and such a good vibe. Ive had my car serviced here on 4 different occasions, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, theyve had my car for well over a month, and I got it back MORE DAMAGED, than when I dropped it off!! Each time, they broke something they werent even supposed to touch!! Then refused to repair it! Ive had to take my car to another shop on several occasions, to re-repair the work theyve done! The Owner is NASTY,SEXIST and RACIST!!!! He gives you inaccurate information about your car, and takes no responsibility for any damage done to your vehicle, while at the shop! The staff drives around in your car! A staff member was even caught riding around in my car, and then left my gas tank completely Empty!! When I dropped my car off,with a half of tank of gas!! My last experience there, I drove in,just for body work, and had to have my car TOWED away!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I tried to give them several chances to redeem themselves, only to have to take my car other places to have the same work done(in less than half the time),and to repair everything else they destroyed while trying to make repairs!! Several Autobody shops in the area said, you wouldnt believe the amount of customers they get,who had their cars serviced at that shop, and then brought it to them to have it re-repaired!!! Liberty Collision is the best place by far!!!! I have gotten my car repaired at other supposedly Top Collision Centers only to find out that they cut corners and the work was not up to par with Liberty Collision. I never write reviews, but I was so happy with my experience with this shop that I wanted to thank them. I was in an accident in the middle of the night. The owner came to the shop after hours to open the shop so my vehicle wouldnt be left outside over night. Then, he personally gave me ride home. First thing the next morning, they had made arrangements for a rental car for me to drive while my car was being repaired. My car was repaired quickly and was detailed in and out before being returned to me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me in my time of need!
