My car was side-swiped while parked on the street in South Philly. The auto-body shop in my neighborhood was backed up for over a month, so the tow truck driver recommended All-Rite. Tracy was fantastic to work with, and knew my name every time I called. They set proper expectations for timing, and did a great job. When I picked my car up, it was fully detailed, inside and out. Very happy with my experience.

I was in 2 car accidents over the last 6 months and both times All Rite Collision took great care of me. I thought the damage would prevent my car from driving smoothly but it actually ran better than before. I was most impressed with how perfect the paint job turned out. There’s nothing they can’t do well. They have a life-long customer with me!

Terrible Service. THEY SCAM

My car was hit while it was park. I was recommended All-Rite collision and it was the best decision I made to take my car here. They explain the whole process to me. They also took care of everything for me. They had my car for two weeks and the entire job was done the body work that they did was amazing the paint job that they did was amazing they fix all of the mechanical issues during the two weeks they would call me in between to let me know how everything was going and when the car was ready I came and pick it up and they gave me a LIFETIME warranty on everything they fix....... about six months later I started to hear a clocking noise on the side that I got the work done on I took it back and they they gave me no issues they took a look at it they realized what was wrong and they fix it in two day... God forbid my car gets in an accident or gets hit again while it is parked without hesitation I will bring it right over to All-Rite collision I will recommend them to everyone

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else they have me as a customer for LIFE its hard to find a shop that does top notch work that actually cares about you concerns staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the entire process of the repair car looks like it was never damaged their painter is an artist the best paint finish you could ask for if you ask me they are the best in the biz

All-Right was so much better then just “alright”!! The work they did was great. It was very meticulous and thorough throughout all stages of repair. They had a very quick turn around and finished my car within a week. The staff there is amazing, customer service is top notch, and they are all very professional. I was kept well informed of the progress of the car, and they answered all of my questions and concerns accurately. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone, because they did great work.

Sooo idk evenknow where to start at first a tow truck comes and pickes up my husbands vehicle and telling him that his deductible was free.. but when the car was finialized they forgot to polish my pant then they didnt even align my tires i was turning my wheel but going straight and took half of the deductible saying towing comp and they are totally diff company. I wanted to get the car fixed at a dealer but they said they couldnt let me do that cause we signed to papers for!!!

Poor communication between staffs. I received my back and paint job wasnt done. I was asked to come back. On my way to the shop, I noticed wheel alignment is off. Now i have to go back again tomorrow to get it fixed. 3 days were wasted for poor quality fix.

The best! my repair was terrific and timely plus you can rent a car right there in the same office. spoiler alert, they washed the car thoroughly inside and out!! i highly recommend.

After a bad collision, the police arranged to have my car towed to Inner City Tow at 8 1/2 E Oregon Ave. This company, managed by women, has been very helpful when I collected my belongings. Nothing was missing!! I forgot to get my EZ Pass on the windshield, which they kept in the office for me to pick up. My experience with Inner City Tow has been really positive. Not all towing companies are so honorable! Thank you.

The only good thing about that place was a driver, other then that, I would NEVER deal with Nicole again! After I removed my truck from there asked her to fax details, it/she turned into a disaster! Went to this place to get an estimate. A woman came out and looked at my door. She said the center part of my door was damaged when it wasnt. I told her to look at the other side because it looks the same. She just got quiet. I asked her if she is the one who does the repairs and she said no but she is a liscensed appraiser. After that she told me to go to another place.
