I found this company through google search for auto inspection service in PA. Called them on the number listed on their website and scheduled an appointment. I was pretty impressed when I got a text a day before the appointment. Things went downhill from then on - I took half a day at work to get my car inspected and when I go there the lady there tells me their inspection guy is out sick for past few days and she could have still helped me if I had bought a car from them. Really?! If you knew you couldnt inspect my car couldnt you tell me in advance instead of reminding me about keeping the appointment?The lady was nice enough to tell me that there is an inspection place next building and I tried my luck there and failed.

We went for our annual inspection and we were taken care of by friendly staff. They were very accommodating and understanding when one of our vehicles did not pass the safety inspection. They offer affordable and fair pricing. The waiting room is very clean and has plenty of options for snacks and drinks. I was able to continue working from home while waiting for our vehicles to be completed, which is a huge plus for me! If anyone want to do anything related to a car, just dont go there. They are super irresponsible, not professional and rude people. They are doing things without owners permission and without prior ask if you want or not. It was my firs time there and I regretted. You definitely need to get a new Manager because she have no idea what a good management is.

This business is in my neighborhood, so thought to check it out. I went there recently only because they sent me coupons via emails. They sent me a coupon for $49.99 wheel alignment, expires on 7/31/20. They got me there. I got a 2008 Camry.After having their mechanic take a look at it, they advised me that I need to have the following done;- Front Brakes & Rotors,- Wipers- Wheel AlignmentI had the brake pads for it, so they said they would only charge me for labor. I agreed up on it, and waited their for 2.5hrs, till they closed the business at 615pm.At 615pm, female at the front desk said Car is ready. I asked her what was done? (only because I heard the mechanic tell her in the last hour that the he only did wipers and wheel alignment).Females Clerk responded: We got your wipers done, Front rotors done, and Alignment done, and it is $355.00I said, what? That doesnt make any sense. You told me that I needed to get the front brakes done, right? She said, well the second mechanic said you dont need them changed now, and the parts that you got are for the rear brakes. I asked, are you saying that I needed to have the rotors changed but the brakes are good? She goes, I know...Then I realized that they dont know what they are doing.I was like, how is it $355?She responded: $40 (wipers), $110 (rotors), $75 (alignment, event though coupon said $49.95) and rest in labor?So, $130 in Labor to install Rotors, & Wipers???Thank you for this non-sense.. Now I need to go get my brakes changed!!!

I went in a couple of months ago with a blue Chevy Cruze check engine light on, that same day I left with two lights on. they removed it but then the check engine light came back on, I did 3 different appointments (4 if you count the one I missed) and got the same result the light came back on they charged me $300 to change the HVAC air sensor and a filter for the engine because they said that was the problem for the check engine light, but the check engine light keeps staying on. Finally they said they could do nothing, nothing was wrong with it they said, then they recommended me to go to the dealer. I went to the dealer and they removed the check engine light by cleaning my throttle for another $300, so the problem was actually the throttle. they cleaned it and the check engine light went off. now Im happy with the Chevrolet dealer and disappointed with PA auto inspection. You will not find this email or phone number in your records.... Tina was the only one that comforted me. If it wasnt for her I would be a lot more upset.

If youve never been to Russia or the former Soviet Union, these people run their business just like in those places. You cannot trust them. Theres a reason why they only have people from their country working in the front office. Im not going back there. Ive spent enough money there without having the problems fixed. Eventually had to go the dealership for my car model to get my issues resolved.

I been since 9:30 am and still waiting I was told they was waiting on a part 2 hours ago and Im still waiting this is unacceptable I never waited this long I missed a hold day of work because no one told me what was going on. Then they lied to me told me the part was here and it was.

I switched to PA Auto Inspection a little over a year ago for all my vehicles needs. This place is so friendly and can do everything I need in one stop! Every time Im due for an oil change I have them change my wiper blades and do a full detail. My car runs and looks beautiful every time I leave there and Im never there for long. Ive already referred many friends and family. If youre shopping around for a new service center this is the one!

Went there because I read the reviews get my car inspected. They took my car back they told me I needed front brakes and rotors OK whatever but the problem is is that they told me I needed windshield wipers now the only problem I have with that is that I bought them last night because of the snow storm

Always have a great experience at PA Auto Inspection. I come here for all the regular maintenance on my vehicle but have had my engine repaired there as well and was updated every step of the way. This was comforting as a woman I felt like they weren’t trying to pull any sneaky business and take advantage of me. The best part is it’s a very clean stylish facility I never mind waiting for my vehicle to be worked on since it’s so quiet and comfortable! 100% recommend you check them out!

The only reason i went to this place was because they offered to do my inspection for free when i took my car to be serviced back in january. I made a 12p appt. I got tgere early. They didnt take my car until 1:15p. Then they try to tell me my car wont pass inspection unless i get new brakes and rotors, but they close soon so we may not get the parts today. My breaks are absolutely fine.... they just didnt want to do tge inspection for free and wanted to make some money off of me.... what a joke.

PA Auto is flexible on time. I was able to rescheduled the ssme day lwas expected to come in. They are customer friendly. Recommend them to my family members.

Custom service is A+ I had the shortest wait time I ever had for many body shops. I recommend this place 100% of the time.

Had an appointment with them Tuesday at 10am. They didn’t look at my car until 12pm. Then took another 2 hours to tell me they need to order parts. Waste 4 hours just for them to look at the car. That’s not the worse part. They said everything will be arriving Friday so they rescheduled me for Friday at 12 and stated the car will be fixed by the end of the day. Called me at the end of the day and stated all the parts didn’t come in and the car will be ready next day. Saturday comes and no one calls me until Monday at 6pm to let me know my car is ready for pick up. 6pm is when they close so I had to come in the next day to pick up my car. Don’t take your vehicle here. Worse experience I’ve ever had.

I want to share my experience about this place. I was servicing my car here first time! I can say only positive things about this repair show. These guys are consummate proffessional! Gave me great prices, parts arrived very fast, they kept me updated with every step they were doing on my car. I never saw cleaner repair shop than this one! I really was impressed, first I though prices will be too high, but I was wrong, because they really willing to work with you! Most important they gave me complete picture of service needed immediately, service needed in the near future. Highly recommended!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!The Merchant told me my Car was Ready for Pick up. I Arrived Friday Evening to Pick up the Vehicle. Before leaving, I advised the Owner (Giorgi) as Stated on the BBB that my check engine light is on and it wasnt on when I dropped it off. He stated to schedule a appointment to comeback since they where closing. I made it 10min up the street and car broke down on I-95 South. I Immediately call the shop, they closed. my car is stuck on the highway. I got in contact with manger (Igor) in the sales department the following day. he told me it wasnt there fault. He told me the car had multiple issues. I asked about the multiple issues the car had that werent listed on recipt during pick up. He later said the car cant be diagnosed until his guy comes back end of Dec. So now there saying they didnt diagnose the car, but have it listed on my receipt. I never went to a mechanic and have them tell me I have a lot wrong with the car, but try not to fix it, or advised me of my issues. I advised them the shop told me the car was ready for pick up. they didnt mention any additional problems or concerns in person or on receipt under the concerned option. My car is Stranded on I-95 South.BEWARE

Stopped by at paautoinspection yesterday, they did great job, changed my brakes and rotors, tie rods, alignment and replaced my tires. Prices are very affordable, great and quick service. Definitely recommending this shop!!!

These guys are liars. Our detective agency is engaged in quality control of technical inspection according to customer complaints. At this station, they are trying to impose unnecessary repairs and unnecessary spare parts - forcing the client to do this, imposing unnecessary services for passing the technical inspection. Most of the good reviews are written by their administrators. these are bots. non-existent accounts leave 1 or 2 positive reviews. All reviews are written from the same ip address. Be careful when contacting this station !!!

If you want a legitimate inspection, do not go here!! I went in a couple weeks ago for my Chevy Cruze (1/4) and failed emissions. Got the necessary repairs done and then came back in a week and a half for a retest (1/15). Passed emissions and failed safety.The repairs they told me that needed to be done to pass safety were some small things like brake pads and a tire, and then a larger item which they claimed to be a very large oil leak. This was surprising because when I got the repairs done the week before (1/11) at my local mechanic to pass my emissions test, they didnt mention anything about an oil leak. The next day (1/12) I even got a separate inspection from Tires Plus in KOP to try and pass the safety portion because I didnt want to get a ticket and the PA Inspection place is closed on Sundays. They mentioned the same small items that needed to be repaired, but nothing about an oil leak.When I went in to PA Auto Inspeciton on 1/15, they were the first and only entity to mention an oil leak. When I asked them if it was OK to drive home, they said yes. You would assume that if the inspector told you it was good to drive it would be good to drive....MY CAR OVERHEATED THREE TIMES ON THE WAY HOME! When I finally had the chance to assess the damage when I got home, coolant was dripping down from it directly out of the radiator. Not oil.To be honest, Im not even sure if the inspector took the time to properly assess my car. If he did then thats even worse because that means they cant even spot the simplest of leaks. Within seconds of pouring water/coolant into the radiator I could watch the fluid level go down and hear it drip out of the bottom of my car. Then I checked the dip stick and had plenty of oil. Its rediculous.If you want a legitimate, reliable inspection for your car you should do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
