Was asking for a quote to get work done for my vehicle and the mechanic or lead person at the shop was very rude and not professional at all. The receptionist was very kind and tried to help me but I would never give money to an establishment who treats customers like that. Never get service done from here. Can’t believe you could be that rude on an initial visit smh

My vehicle was repaired at East Coast Collision in July 2020. Mr. Manning and Kim are awesome in serving and appreciating their customers. Kim is very knowledgeable about the insurance and car rental process. She was conscious of coordinating the rental company being at the shop by the time I reached the shop to avoid a long wait time as well as being cognizant of minimizing the number of clients in the business during this time of the Covid-19 crisis. Kim is genuinely friendly and about the well being of their customers. Mr. Manning has many years of experience in the auto body business. He and his crew are not only about using the best products to deliver a quality finished product but they take quiet pride in the craftsmanship they present in the business they are devoted to.I was kept informed by Kim and Mr. Manning himself as to what I should expect while my vehicle was in his care and if at any point there may have been a change. Mr. Manning is in the know regarding how auto insurance works as well. The beautiful work performed on the vehicle took approximately three days.The pleasure was mine to have met and decided to take my business to East Coast Collision. Thank you Kim.
