My stove wasnt working my landlord gave me there number they have a file with them. Called spoke with Shelli on Monday and set up an appointment on Tuesday for Tech to come out and service it for after 1:30pm. 3:00 called and I wanted to confirm my appt Shelli stated oh the day is not over we will be there, 4:30 pm still no one I called back spoke with Shelli oh let me call the Tech then I get a call from Tech and he states hes in Mt Airy doing a job and if hes done by 530 he wont make it because he has to get his kids. I ask what am I to do I have no stove he says I guess try again tomorrow. I wouldnt recommend this place to NO ONE !!!! Shelli is not professional at all !!!! They Finally brought me a a broken stove that doesnt work and the repair guy is the RUDEST person EVER... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible customer service, terrible products. Gave them a million chances to do better and they were always a fail.

Ive been going back and forth with them for two weeks and it’s pointless to even reach out because they don’t come out when they said they are I needed my refrigerator repaired the lady said I would get an email the person text my phone and basically was supposed to come out Saturday didn’t show said he would come out Sunday asked if it was parking on my block I told him it’s a hit or miss never heard anything back and he text me four days after Sunday when he never responded back and asked if I still needed service at this point I found somebody else I wouldn’t recommend in my opinion you’ll be better off finding somebody different or if you wait to just buy a whole new refrigerator waiting on them 😒🙄

WARNING: Stay Away! These guys are a bunch of crooks! i got SCAMMED out of $300 for a refrigerator they took their time delivering & NEVER worked. i should have read the online reviews prior to dealing with them. Utterly Ridiculous.

I give this store NO stars!!! My landlord use this company to replace the stove we have in our home. They said they would show up on Tuesday July 28th. They were a NO show. Then they said we would be the first stop Wednesday. Once again no show. The people at this store do not understand the concept of being a man or woman of your word. Now today July 30 they bring a stove and two of the burners do not work. They now are saying a technician has to come fix the stove, but has no clue when that will be.If you like people treating you as if your time is not important use this company. But if you value your time stay far away from them. I am so unhappy with their service and the stove.

Was coming on here to find their phone number because my refrigerator is not working. Freezer is only as cold as a refrigerator Nd the refrigerator part is warm. All my food went bad. But after reading the previous comments it looks like this place sells broken appliances and refuse to come fix the issue 🤔 I paid $250 I believe for this refrigerator

Im a tenant in my landlord brought appliances a washer from this place. They brought me two broken ones and the third one washes even with the door open.

Bought a fridge June 24, 2019 and within 2 weeks of owning the fridge stopped working twice. The freezer is not working and the fridge is warm. We called and spoke to the manager and he said that someone would come out. No one came or called and the fridge is still broken.

Fridge stopped working after 2 weeks of purchase. someone was suppose to come to house to check out appliance and never showed up
