Great job on some new tires, little while of a wait, but got the job done and got me back on the road.

After a lot of frustrations they managed to get the tires on that I wanted for my sons car very good employees

Paid almost $500 a year ago for 4 new tires plus the road hazard warranty. Had to get a tire replaced today, and the technician told me its the wrong size tire, they wanted to charge me another $200 to fix their mistake. Needless to say, I will never let them do anything to my vehicle. The supervisor couldnt even face me like a man. He hopped in his car and left like a little woman!

I had the same tire balanced twice in the last two weeks by a local tire chain. For some unknown reason, the tire wouldnt stay balanced. I took it to Walmart and the team there figured out that it was because the tire had fix a flat in it. They scraped it out and balanced it again. I havent had any more problems with that tire.

I called at 8:37am it’s now 9:09am and NOBODY has answered the phone!! It finally stopped ringing and has me on hold. These people don’t care nothing about customers or customer service! If you want cheap prices, come here, you’ll also get cheap customer service. I’d rather pay for a $60 oil change elsewhere, that’ll include great customer service. Fire everybody and start over!!

The cashier was so friendly. Although the oil price went up, it was still reasonable. I love shopping at Walmart.

Short staff. 3 hours to mount 1 tire? Really??? Went to Firestone. Less than 15 minutes. No exaggeration. Less than 15 minutes. Walmart in Richland is my new Walmart.

Very disappointed, had been coming here for a while but after yesterday I won’t be back. First, they but the wrong batteries in my truck, second, they changed 1 terminal when I asked them to change all 4 and then didn’t even tighten the only one they changed and the wires came right out! Third my truck has a battery protectors that surrounds both batteries and they took both of them off and kept them. Forth, my batteries have locks to keep them in place and again they took them off and didn’t put them back. Called to speak to a manger and sat on hold 15 min with no answer.I’ll never ever go here again!

After being placed on hold more than 4X and waiting 7-10 minutes a time I give 3 stars. They obviously need to schedule more employees during daylight hours to handle customer relations.

Got a standard oil change. The form says vaccumed and the tire pressure was checked. Neither was done.

Possibly the worst Auto Service Team ever. Checked in at 7:08. Was the second customer. At 8:17 the car hadnt been touched and three vehicles were put in front of me. Only time the car was moved is when I requested my keys back. The department lacks direction in the worst way. To add insult to injury, an employee at the desk is wearing a 15 year name tag.... wth? I have had good experiences with other Walmart Auto and Parts Departments, but this one is a joke. Would never consider Pearl for service again.

I wish I could give a less than one star. I arrived at 6:15 they closed at 7. And had the entire staff working on a installment of a battery but didnt have time to change my tire. I didnt even want it mounted! Poor management. And lied about have more car to be done by 7 because I watch all employees walk off doing nothing

Got some trailer tires, all was good.

Walmart AutoWe went to get tires rotated and needed a key to unlock the lug nuts. We werent given one when we bought the car. We left, went home and called the man that sold it to us His son brought the key and the next day went back to Walmart to get the tires rotated. The guy from the back said his manager told him that he couldnt take anymore tires only oil changes! We said thank you and left. We went straight to Gleason Tires & Service.

The slowest service in the automotive I have ever seen. 3 hours for two tires. There were two cars ahead of me. So much for convenience.

This place is horrible, if youre coming for something as simple as an oil change you can expect to spend at least 2 HOURS, anything else is just ridiculous... avoid their services if at all possible.

They take care of you and work pretty fast.

I try to get in and out of this place faster than Speedy Gonzalez

Didnt put my valve stem covers back on and I had to show them my paperwork. They had lost my paperwork in the system.

Walmart almost always a good choice.i bought the cheapest battery that had they lasted 3 or 4 years a piece.not bad for 35$ will continue to get my batteries there.and so for are working out very well be to for the price.they only draw back is there rude and unfriendly worker.and in your face security.i fill like I just walked in to a Orwell 1986 book..

Dont waste your time and definitely dont buy a tire or any warranty. They have every reason/excuse why not to fix a tire.

If you ever purchase tire from them be sure they change out the valve stem. My tires and valve stem were dry rotted. Replaced the tire but not the valve stem. Left me on side of the road with four flats on the same day I purchased new tires.

You can tell them you want to keep a tire for a spare and they dont listen
