Great group of people to buy from. Would highly recommend them for anyone to go and buy from. When I got my trailer hooked up all the lights worked besides the left blinker. They came out and checked everything on the trailer then checked my truck and found I had a blown fuse. They replaced the fuse and everything worked like a charm. I will definitely use them for any future purchases.

I purchased a brand new load trail from Alpha in 2018 and had exceptional customer service. Recently sold that trailer and was in the market to purchase another new Load Trail. I called Alpha inquiring about the custom color options offered by Load Trail. I called them twice, to be told each time they would contact their Load Trail rep about some questions I had only to never receive a phone call back either time.It’s unfortunate I received such great customer service in 2018 and this time around couldn’t even get a salesman to call me back. Forced to take my business elsewhere.

They didnt have what I wanted, but were super helpful finding it somewhere else.

Brian, Im assuming service mgr, assisted me with motorcycle trailer. I came in with an issue of my lights not lighting. He tested and found the issue and replaced the fuse at no charge. Great customer service and asset to your company.Thanks Brian

They say they are open Monday thru Friday till 5:30. I dont get off till 5. But I was there by 5:10. Not a soul in site... Sad. I was really wanting to buy some ramps. Guess Ill have to try again next time or go somewhere else.. I did read the other reviews. I never imposed that you treat customers badly. However I called specifically to see if you would be there, and you said yes. As for the 3-4 stars, I cant rate it at 5 due to the experience I had today. In the future just leave a simple note on the door explaining that you closed early. Or let the customer know on the phone who was planning on stopping by that youll be closing early. I will be glad to come by tomorrow and purchase the ramps and change this review. But I rated my experience by what I experienced...

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Brian and his crew are AWESOME! They are Quick to serve and very courteous and helpful to the customer. We were pulling a Triple Axel Trailer with a 30 boat and one of the hubs came off . Brian took us right away and had us back on the road in about a hour.QUICK AND ACCURATE SERVICE.
