While I don’t go to any parts store very frequently, every time I’ve visited this location, staff have been super helpful and have had some sort of useful answer to my parts requests or questions.I recently came in at the ninth hour after installing some lights I ordered online that worked when tested during installation earlier that day, but when it came to leaving for work that night my car’s short-to-ground protection would kick in because resistance was too low. Thanks 2010’s Ford.I was very late for work already and I must’ve seemed pretty pathetic; the clerk saved my bacon by giving me a killer deal on a set of bulbs, which is especially helpful in retrospect because the whole problem is one of my own doing and Amazon now wants to charge me a return fee.Whoever was working the counter on the night of October 21st should get a nice bonus! Whoever the hiring manager for this location is, they’re doing a bang up job choosing helpful employees.

This store has been my go to for lots of parts on all the cars Ive owned. The customer service is good enough but the store is clean and usually well stocked which is what is most important to me. If you need to recycle used motor oil, test your battery, or read your check engine light this is the place to go.

I was out in Payson utah to get my daughters car that broke down. We picked it up and went to Auto Zone to get a new battery and filter. I was amazed by their kindness and changed out her battery for us! I have not been treated like that in Ogden where I live ! Thanks guys !

I left my gas cap on the back of my car and lost it, and was scared to go into this store because that’s such a dumb thing to do. Well the guy that helped me was extremely nice and professional, no judgement, and the store was clean. Overall this is the best experience I’ve had in an auto store. 10/10 will come back!

Within 30 minutes of purchasing a new car on my own in salt lake I noticed the transmission was off so I took it into auto zone, I was in complete stress and disarray without knowing anyone in the Payson area, the guys at auto zone were incredibly helpful they let me charge my phone, they ran the code on my car and told me the transmission was bad and that I had a few options. Ben was one of the most honest and kind mechanics working there he gave me his card and helped recommend me to auto shops nearby. Very blessed to have been helped by such awesome guys.Thanks for being so kind to me❤️

Looking for the lowest level of service in a South Utah county Auto Zone? Payson is your go-to store. On May 15th 1100 am, 2022, I was dismayed then shocked, then angered that extremely lazy, childish, unacommodating, rude, manager of the week literally refused to confirm the presence of a simple can of touch up paint not feet away like a pouting 3byear old who refuses to potty. The three other Auto Zones have been **** Star for many years. There is a new man At Spanish Fork who was taught customer service, and respect from someone who is very old now. I will not use payson unless I break down in their parking lot any my AAA expired.

Its the closest Auto parts store to where I live. People have almost always been courteous and helpful. Theyve usually had everything Ive needed over the past 10+ years but when they dont there are other auto parts stores in Payson as well.AutoZone has always been a little pricey for most things they sell. I try and support local businesses as much as I can but if something is to expensive some online companys will have it cheaper or have a cheaper option.

Went in for some coil boots and coil packs, come to find out that part is completely missing in their store! So Parley called up the Spanish fork store to see if they had it and lone be hold they did! They put that part on hold for us and gave us a 10% discount! I ordered a part from here and was told it would only take a day, and theyd call when it came in. Not only did they not call, but when we personally called in, one associate told us it wouldnt be in until 12 -3pm when the next one told us it had been there since 9am. No big deal that I was stranded at a friends house and waited until 4pm for the part and didnt have time to fix the car before dark. Thats cool. Worst AutoZone experience Ive had.

This is the only place my husband gets car parts.(and he buys a LOT of parts all the time fixing our cars and others) Always nice staff who will help with your car and even put parts in for you. They have great prices. Busy most the time but they do their best to get you taken care of and on your way ! Oh and they are good no matter what store you go to -from Payson and Spanish Fork to Garden city Kansas.

I had the best experience at this auto zone. It was night and pouring rain, and I realized I had a headlight out as I was driving down the freeway. I could hardly see. I pulled off the exit and found auto zone. An employee named Dakota took the time to help me find a replacement headlight for a good price, he came out in the rain to help me look under the hood and exchange the bad headlight for the new one. It was a great experience at a time where I was shaken and upset. Thank you!

We were traveling back to southern Utah when are car started acting up. We pulled into autozone for help. They clearly explained the problem and what needed to happen to fix it. Their autozone did not have the part so the worker went for me to the nearest autozone to get it for me. Very grateful for their help. We were safely back on the road an hour later.

We stopped by to grab a few new parts to fix our car ASAP. We werent greeted at all. As we asked for what we were looking for, the associate did not show that he was confident in what he was doing and his co-worker didnt provide him any help after he was asked (by the other associate). Overall, they did not look very happy to be helping us out so we now try to go elsewhere for parts such as Napa and OReilly.

On a road trip and battery died. I just had knee surgery so I couldnt do much. The guy there changed the battery for us in like 5 degree weather. Great service!

This has a much bigger selection than a lot of autozone locations. The staff is nice. Only thing is I always have to yell into the back area for 15 minutes before someone will come ring me up

Needed a thermostat that was failsafe and found out Autozone is the only one that stocks them,so I got a price match for what I could have ordered one for .

I have been very disappointed in the service here. I have been in several times, but each time I go in there is never a hi or a welcome of any kind. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes before getting help when there are available associates, just to get told they didnt want to bother us. The parts I needed were behind the counter anyway!!I have never been offered to have parts tested before replacing them, so we have spent lots of money there for things that couldve been fine. I was never offered their reward program so I never got to benefit from the discounts that I could have had on the $400+ we have spent there.Ive never received advice and explanations like Ive seen them give others.. men mostly.I dont know if its because Im am older woman, not a man, but Ive now taken my business elsewhere!!

Bought a battery a year and a half ago and it went out. They replaced it because it was still in warranty with no issues. Also gave us tools to replace the battery!

I noticed the cover of my passenger rear view mirror was flapping in the wind. I pulled over to check it out but was unable to replace it. I went to AutoZone with the cover in hand and asked a rep if he could help me replace it. He inspected it and found a piece broken off of it but thought we could glue it together. I told him I would be glad to buy the glue but he already had some open and didnt charge me for a new one. After glueing it he came out, snapped it back in place/replacing it. I was heading out of town and really thankful not to have to worry about it on my trip. The Glue is still working like a charm. I was also thankful for him just taking that moment to fix a seemingly small thing.

Patrick did not know how to treat a customer. I was sent from Spanish Fork to Payson to pick up a part, that Spanish Forks AutoZone called and confirmed was at Payson, that was not there when I arrived. I was clearly upset about the situation and all he provided as a solution was to go up to Provo and pick it up. I wasted an hour of my day going to 3 different AutoZone locations when Patrick could have given me a relatively similar one and comped the difference. Customers are apparently not important to Patrick.

I would have given five stars if it were not for this instance...I was in a spot of trouble because my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a blizzard. I stopped at Autozone in Payson to seek help. Ive patronized this particular Autozone multiple times, and the staff have been amazing. On this occasion however, I was served by an older gentleman, well groomed, who couldnt be bothered, and tried to pawn me off on Big O Tires. All I needed was a fuse. Why couldnt Mr. Big-shot have assisted me instead of sending me away during the eye of a storm?

On 3/18/17 we borrowed a friends truck to haul motorcycles to a race. Returning home the left rear tire blew out at 70mph almost causing a multi-car accident. Not knowing how to access the spare we limped a few miles into the Payson Utah Autozone parking lot. Gene (I didnt get his last name) the manager came out immediately. Instead of showing us how to access the spare, he lowered the spare himself, jacked the truck up, pulled the blown tire and put the spare tire on for us. We offered him money, to buy him a dinner anything for his service. He refused all. I cant express enough the gratitude I have for his service to me and my son. Im from South Jordan Utah so I doubt Ill be buying parts from the Payson Utah Autozone anytime soon, but the South Jordan Autozone will definitely get my business.

Customer service here was horrible! Multiple staff members were rude and the part I had ordered was lost. They didnt call to tell me they lost it or when it did finally arrive. I stood in the store for 20 minutes while they tried to find the part only to tell me to come back in a couple days to see if it arrived. I will never go back there again!
