People here very responsible and keep the store clean. Manage Gabriel has great team. I bought few things and I want to buy a Torch Windproof Lighters and I found it here the best price. I definitely want to shop here. C-Town is the Best supermarket.

I went today the to buy a piece of fillet salmon for the price of the ad. First he said, we do not have frozen. I told him the ad has fresh salmon not frozen. The guy can not read English or he needs glasses. Then he told me no because the brand was not available. They always sell the same brand 🤬.

I can’t really complain too much. While most of the items within the store are way over priced, it makes up for having a clean environment. The workers are kind I willing to assist you if you need help

Great supermarket, clean, very organized and well stocked. The employees are helpful and the price points are very economical. I will continue to visit and shop, as it is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Tons of things you would not find at a shoprite. However store is not that clean, no employees speak English, or at least if you ask them a question, they dont. Cashiers have no regard for bagging and will just drop your stuff in the bags. Dropped two 18 pack large eggs in 1 plastic bag causing them to fall out of their foam container and break. Probably will not return, only for specialty items.

The manager that always their hes nice and loving to all his customers I dont know his name but hes the one always their the most he also talk to his cashiers them and he always make we feel welcome at all time but the cashiers need better training they do not welcome the customers them they are rude they dont even said hi they just stary ringing up you groceries and hand you the receipt without saying thank you

You must be careful when shopping here. They are overpriced and when an item is a certain price the price will ring up completely different at the register. So always check your items cause you maybe overcharged.

This super market I go every 3-6 months and they have everything you need I noticed a new part on the meat section with season neck bones, Turkey etc for the southern soul food yes Im Spanish but love that SOUL FOOD TOO !!😀

Store is well stocked and clean. Most importantly, all personnel are helpful and very friendly! My sister, who passed away, always shopped there and I found out she was right! Im greeted with smiles and treated with kindness and respect!!!

Theyve had people asking for money and drinking alcohol at the entrance, and the owner has done nothing about it. Very sad!! It doesnt bother me but it worries me when my wife or one of my daughters go there. They also have the music blasting as if it were a club. I dont mind the music but lower it a notch.

Not too much of a selection. Very expensive and the staff isn’t very attentive or friendly. I only shop there when I need to get something quick. Pricerite downtown has more of a selection and its almost half the price. Ctown is sold out of stuff all the time and the hours are not convenient either.

I love shopping hear, I also love the famous c town bags that my mom never throws out!

Overpriced, Be careful here sometimes they tend to have outdated food.The staff doesnt acknowledged you unless ur Of Hispanic race. The manager guy that sits in the front of the store and watch the cashiers is very rude and racist.The owner with the gray hair I like he is very helpful.

Sells expired foods, produce has mold I have been going there for years but only get certain things if am rushing since there is no other supermarkets near by. Also the frozen isle has freezers that dong work so i have seem food thaw and be frozen again and sold.Also over priced they take advantage of not having any other supermarket around.Plus the men outside harassing you for money is not fun when you are trying to get in and out.

I call it my local friendly hometowne. Grocery store very kind friendly people in there always smiling speak to me personally by name kind of make me feel important as I spend my money lol 😉

Update since initial review:Manager is nice but some of the store employees are just downright nasty, especially when it comes to returns. Second time in a row that weve picked up Egglands Best eggs from this location that were expired. Nestle Crunch bars are always refrozen, which makes you wonder if they leave stuff out or turn the freezers off at night. Sells garbage brands like Xtra which literally do nothing. Overpriced and expired goods. Even the sales tax rate is questionable for an UEZ business.

Its just convenient for me cuz its close to my house.

Didnt like it the way they react when I present my receipt for a free pork. The actittud wasnt to nice. Give the wrong impression to me. Didnt like it ar all.

I dont drive so its only convenient because I live 2 blocks away from Madison ave Ctown but this supermarket sucks BIG TIME !!! their produce is always old and decrepit and they fail to process their inventory correctly most of the time the food is expired or priced wrong and the stores overall customer service sucks I prefer the Ctown located on 21st Ave its a big difference there so If u can help it dont waste ur time or money at 444 Madison Ave Ctown.

This is a great place for Latin food and many good specials.but no to good for fruit shopping.

Just skip and go straight for the exit:Over priced and specials posted in the aisles are not right. Employees scan your item at the register and youre charged full price. Thats every week. Theres a few things which are good deals, Krasdale products are a plus very cheap but yeah otherwise its an average store.
