RIPPED OFF ...WOMAN ANSWERING PHONE QUOTED ONE COST FOR SIMPLE 4 MINUTE AUTO DOOR POP OPEN ...but my card statement showed I had been CHARGED an ADDITIONAL $29 MORE. NO RECIEPT PROVIDED. AFTER CALLING BUSINESS OWNER ANOUT THIS OVERCHARGE HE BECAME UNCOOPERATIVE STATING TECH WAS OUT OF STATE AND HE COULDNT SPEAK TO HIM UPON MY ASKING WHY ( since I even had the techs cell number ) THE RIP OFF OWNER HUNG UP ON ME.* CHECK if the business you are considering doing business with is a BONDED Company *My ADVICE is Get it in writing PRIOR to paying and DEFINITELY get a RECIEPT. The tech explained under which name the charge would be... SO is this how these people do business ? ID have rather paid a more reputable comapany even if it was for a few dollars more.* CAUTION with these people *

This is the first review Ive ever left for any product or business. As I am a veteran of locking my keys in my car, I have to say this was the best locksmith experience Ive ever had. I called 30 minutes after closing and this guy showed up in about 5 minutes, opened my car up in under 1 minute, and charged me less than Ive ever been charged for worse service elsewhere. Plus, he was extremely friendly and professional. If I ever happen to lock my keys in my car in Pasadena again, Ill be calling him. I wish he operated where I live.
