We went there randomly to eat for lunch.Unfortunately, nothing we ordered was fresh. The salad was definitely not made when we ordered but way before. As an example, cucumber slices were totally crumpled. We suspect its one of the salads from their counter display they wanted to get rid of. We also ordered a chicken pizza. There also, we could really feel that the chicken was not fresh, not eatable and we suspect they used some leftovers they reheat. Difficult to make it worse.Well, in the end, a place to flee in terms of food.

This was a nice place to sit down for a coffee or a drink, use the WiFi, and check ones phone. I noticed also several laptop-friendly spaces. It is probably the type of place I would stay to get a few hours of work done online if I needed one. The only issue I had was that the prices are high for the Georgian economy ... or perhaps that is due to the nature of the part of town it was in.

Felt like home when saw that there is a coffee bean cafe in Georgia as Singapore has it too. Always enjoyed the mocha. The cafe is cosy and the service was great. The cake choices were much better than most of the cafe. I noticed no one smokes there compared to some of the restaurants.

Place is located in the central part of the city. Therefore, it is accessible and nice place to stay after walking long distance. Toilet is reasonably clean. Staffs are approachable.Some minus- Coffee is good but I dont recommend breakfast set menue (8:00-11:00), especially the menu healthy breakfast and something with egg muffins. This egg muffin is salty and not goes well with coffee (for me).Music is too loud as a cafe. It is like a bar. I was using my mp3 with headset but I barely listen the music from my mom 3. I finally asked the speaker with reasonable sound volumes. It wasnt like this before. I hope this will be considered by a shop owner.In sum, if you go this cafe during 8:00-11:00, and if you want to order the set menu, I recommend the menu with cappuccino with a sweet muffin.If you go this cafe afternoon or other time, a cup of American coffee with a very sweet cakes.

Would never come to this location again. Safe your time and money and go to the many local coffee places instead. Service is much better!

This is such a cosy little place to visit. Its spacious and the service is great. They have amazing cheese cake, which is hard to find around here for some reason.

I dont know why I gave this place a second chance. Its laughably bad at being a coffee shop. 4 people stared at me behind the counter the first time I came in without a hello or offer to take my order. When the Wifi actually works, its slow. The vibe of this place is, We dont want you to be here. For some reason i came back though, maybe they were having an off day last week. Nah, same same but different. Today after 30 minutes of peace and quiet reading, they turn on Christmas music at full blast (in August). I had to change seats from being under the speaker. I dont typically leave bad reviews, but just trying to save the next expat or digital nomad the headache of coming here. Go to Coffeesta down the street. Less expensive, better coffee, and a friendly staff.

Good iced tea. However, the first time I went in, they had no tea...for some reason. No water? Out of all tea? I dont get it. But I gave it a second chance and they had tea again 2 days later. It was quite nice.

The service is appalling. They seem to not have an inkling as to how to make a customer feel good. They all have a chip on the shoulder about something or other and take it out on their customers. No food or drink can taste good when its served with impertinence! I tried it 3 times thinking that maybe only a few of the staff were like that. But after three times and meeting at least 6 different service staff, I realized that they were all the same..horrible!

I remember this place since it was Entree. When they started their new brand, they were much better. Unfortunately, despite many good things, I cannot value it more, because the quality of dishes is decreasing, sometimes you get wrong dish instead of ordered. Prices a bit too high comparing to food and service quality. Anyway it is the only place in this area to get quite normal coffee.

My husband and I ordered Spanish omelettes. They waited forty-five minutes before they finished mine. Then, they served my husband’s omelette twenty-minutes later.If you’re an American I’d try a different place.

Was one of the only places which was open super early on a Monday. Definitely saved my gf and I when we needed a warm place to grab breakfast and a couple coffees. Staff is friendly and speaks English as well!

Great coffee, cakes and sandwiches right on Rustaveli, about midway between both the Rustaveli and Freedom Square metro stations. The interior is stylish, spacious and comfortable, with large picture windows looking out onto lively Rustaveli Avenue. More stylish than a London coffee shop without the pushy crowds, and immaculately clean. Ihad two large, excellent coffees and a tasty cake, all for around 16 lari.

Food was awful - cold, dry and without any flavour. There was only one position in the menu available on the lunch time and no one even informed us about it.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn of a Coffee Bean outlet in Tbilisi as there isn’t one where I currently live and it had been too long since I last had a pure vanilla ice blended.I was therefore rather disappointed when that ice blended had more crushed ice than anything else. I also ordered a red velvet cake whose colour was what I can only describe as radioactive red. But more importantly, the batter was terrible and the cake was basically a dry sponge cake.

Staff doesnt speak english, but the coffe is good. Sandwiches are good (not excellent), the vanilla cheese cake is pretty delicious though.Price is a little bit high, but the caffee is in the centre, and it is labelled everywhere, so you should expect that.Toilet could be cleaner.

The waitress was clueless, I felt sorry for her but she also had a bit of an attitude; normally I wouldn’t have minded that, but her stubbornness and rudeness was too much.I ordered a fruit platter and the omelette breakfast special and asked to change the americano for a cappuccino (it’s the same price), however they brought an americano. It’s ok it’s still coffee. My food took forever to arrive, and after insisting a lot they brought me... two dishes of omelette!! I explained I only ordered one plus the fruit platter. When I was finishing my omelette they brought me a banana pancake!! I explained again that no, I didn’t order a banana pancake, I ordered a fruit platter, and she insisted this was the fruit platter because banana is a fruit! Of course I didn’t accept it and didn’t pay for it...If you have time and want to have a good laugh then come here... I felt like the waitress was Ursula from “Mad about you”... seriously, look it up on YouTube 😂😂😂

The best Cappuccino in Tbilisi

I have been coming to this Cafe for a while now for I love their Americano. Today though, witnessed a terrible customer service today. Right in front of me the cashier was extremely rude to the foreign customers. I tried to help by translating,.hoping it was all a misunderstanding but for scolded by the cashier and told to mind my own business because she spoke English herself.Right after I ordered my usual Americano they had a power outage. 2 minutes later the waitress came to tell me that they could not make coffee due to the power outage but were happy to offer ice tea or sweets instead. I did not want the replacement as I came here specifically for coffee and asked them to either bring the order or refund the amount paid. They called their manager, who came and instead of apologizing, started telling me it was not their fault and I had to take the ice tea instead of coffee. Normally I would have just said ok just to avoid the ordeal, but the rudeness of the staff, including manager was astonishing! They finally refunded the money but the experience was extremely unpleasant.There are so many choices in Tbilisi, this Cafe is no longer the one I will go to, until they fix the service quality.

Very unpleasant staff. We ordered two juices and she assumed we wanted big ones. When we told her we want a regular size she swore to her colleague, like her trick on us failed.Also the juice really wasn’t good. She clearly used old oranges.Don’t go here!

The strangest service I’ve ever encountered. 6 people working the counter when only 3 customers in the whole place. Got the order wrong 4 times and never brought one of the things ordered. Brought the wrong coffee in the end too which we decided not to ask to change at this point. It was meant to be a small americano but came in a pint glass and tasted like old garbage. Kinda thinking they might have just been messing with us. Didn’t finish the coffee...

The iced cappuccino is good. The pies are ok. Ben sure you choose the cheapest poes, they are way better. The cakes and muffins just Taste like butter, the whole place is expensive.. it is better tot buy fruit and drink somewhere Else in the morning.

Got an overcooked eggs, large cappuccino, never got the the fries (they said I ordered salad - but they didnt even served me the salad) and was charged extra.I fail to see how this is a simple honest mistake, either it was intentional to get more money / serv less or pure lack of respect.When I told them about it they were making rude faces at me.I dont reccomend going there, this place had the worst service I got in Tbilisi.

While I appreciate the large sitting area, the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is overpriced for its quality, the wifi often doesnt work in this location, and the staff are a bit unfriendly. I have come here a couple of times because it is one of a few places where I can sit down with my laptop for a while to work, but this often hindered by the weak Internet. I actually found that the Tbilisi Loves You wifi is usually more reliable than Coffee Beans!
