I called the number to get my iPad battery replaced. Told me it would be $99 and it would take a couple hours. So I made an appointment for Saturday and when I showed everything was wrong. They checked to make sure the part was in stock. It was and they could have it on Wednesday. In stock but they wont have it for 4 more days? Makes sense. Then the $99 price I was told is now $149. Basically everything I was told on the phone was wrong. When I said that to the guy behind the register, he couldnt care less. Avoid.

They helped me repair a computer. I went to a Best Buy first but they referred me here. The manager was informative and kept me notified along the way. Their membership program covers more than Best Buy. Overall great experience.

I dropped and shattered my iPhone screen for the first time in almost 20 years (stupid pop socket caught on my purse😡) and immediately googled and found uBreakiFix. I have insurance so I filed a $29 claim and took it in-had a brand new screen in exactly 2 hours! Would DEFINITELY use them again!

The deals and agreements they have are great, free diagnostics for one they hold true. They are also accurate with their timing and updates on anything that comes up. However, for me, they did forget to fix another issue I had. Besides that, I would trust them and go towards them for any help and repairs.

This place was recommended to me and have failed already once on helping me fix a device. I called back again to get information if they are able to fix a pair of headphones. Once I told them what kind of headphones I have their response was the same as before that I should just get a new pair because my headphones were not fixable. I personally don’t call a place or show up without any kind of knowledge of what kind of repair I need on my device or some insight. I was aware of the kind of repair I would need on my headphones. I called back after having the the worst feedback on another issue to see if they would be able to fix my headphones I just like to respond before it was exactly the same ignorant response. Once again saying that I should replace my device rather than getting it fixed. I don’t know what kind of place tells you your device is not fixable so you should just replace it. I understand if they tell you we are not able to fix it but that was nowhere near his response. Furthermore I will never ever will be taking my devices to UBreakiFix because rather than having ignorant responses towards my devices and no way of actual help. I would like to have a quality response and help no matter the cost. My device happens to be Beats Solo3

Went in thinking I needed a new charger port… it was just a dirty port. The guy didn’t charge me. Great (quick) work and super friendly.I feel bad that this isn’t the first time they’ve cleaned my port without charge. A couple years ago I had a piece of pencil graphite stuck in there. Same level of service. If I ever have any issues I’ll take my phone to ubreakifix.

They did a fantastic job. Looks like a brand new phone! I can tell they take pride in craftsmanship. They even put a screen protector on. I took my s10 in for a cracked screen at about 5pm. They said it would not be ready till the next day. Luckily I was prepared with a back up cellphone. Got it back next day after work with no issues. They do ask for a pin to access phone but it was not a big issue.

Amazing place. Good customer service. Very Fast fixing. They replaced and fixed my phone screen, they even replaced the side of the phone that was damaged when I only asked for a screen replacement but everything was covered by the warranty. They allowed my phone to be covered by the phones warranty, unlike another uBreakiFix that were trying to get our money and saying that the screen replacement was covered by the warranty.

11/09/16 these guys are very professional and work pretty fast. Its a good idea to call them ahead of time to make sure they have the part you need to replace on your phone, otherwise, you have to wait for it to arrive. I was charged $65 for replacing the USB port on an HTC phone and the same price for the camera on a different occasion.

I highly recommend uBreakiFix! I couldnt be more happy with the service I received from Loren and will gladly go back if/when I break my phone again.

TLDR; I was in a two month battle with Google over a phone that they damaged during repairs. Loren and Desmond from UBIF evaluated my device and helped me get my replacement device from Google at no cost. They are the most amazing people at UBIF and we need more great technicians that truly care about their community. Thank you so much! If you have any issues with any device, this is the place to go to. Look no further.Jeeze, where to start? I began having issues with my Pixel 4 XL and was informed by Google that I was outside of the warranty but still inside of a extended battery warranty program and that I should send the phone in for repairs. I did that, and was dumbstruck to hear that I had to pay $150 because my phones screen was cracked, which it wasnt. I was then informed that I should take it to UBIF since they are partnered with Google for repairs. I did just that, and Loren, the store manager, told me that the device was listed as OOW and there wasnt much he could do with opening up a claim but that he could have my battery replaced for X amount of dollars. I never asked the price, because I was more than capable and confident enough to change the battery myself. I purchased a new battery for my phone and was astonished to find out that not only my screen was NOT cracked, the battery itself and connector on my motherboard was completely damaged and irreparable. I contacted Google Support and was given the run around for almost a month. During this time, they asked me to take the device back to UBIF. Loren and Desmond (Asst Store Manager) evaluated the device, at no charge, and confirmed that the screen was in good shape, the battery connector was in fact damaged, and so was the motherboard on the phone. They acted as the 3rd party in my battle with Google and were on my defense over and over again during this back and forth period. FINALLY, after 2 1/2 months of dealing with Google, a higher representative from Google approved my replacement, and I honestly feel that if it wasnt for Loren and Desmond stepping in and being assertive with their evaluation, that I would still be going back and forth with Google to this day. They didnt have to be on my side, help me out, or anything but they still went out of their way to ensure I was being properly taken care of and not stepping all over them. I couldnt tip them, but I did buy them lunch and expressed my immense gratitude. If you have any issues with any device, this is the place to go to. Look no further.

I scheduled an appointment online yesterday for a tech to come out to my house today at 9am to replace the screen on my Samsung galaxy S9 and 10 minutes before 9am the tech text me that they arent doing repairs at houses due to them not accepting payments in there Vans. Which is total BS because I payed online and they even confirmed the appointment through email yesterday. What kinda business are yall running? The only thing yall did good is false advertising..... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They clearly dont no how to run a business and are very unprofessional.

Amazing service, screen was fixed on iPhone X within an hour. Only thing I didn’t like is that they asked for my password (which gives all access to investments, and all bank accounts) which at the moment I just gave it to them Without much thought, but if you have sensitive information, I suggest you turn off the passcode so they won’t need the password.

Quick friendly service!

I brought my computer in they told me price and I said fix it. I followed much later and the computer was started. They claimed that they made a mistake. This was a poor start to finish for me. They cant make this up. Go some place else. Dont use them.

I gave them a call about a week ago and Desmond helped me out in less than 60 seconds with prices and everything, which then helped me a week later make it in and I was helped tremendously by Loren on two different devices, one which had a bad screen break for over 18months, and within 3 hours both devices were back up and running better than they have been for a while now. Pricing was reasonable especially when you consider having to buy a whole new device. Thanks so much!
