Took my car in for repair of the bumper and when I picked up the car, I noticed the ignition key was opened/damaged. It was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I brought it to their attention and they said they checked it and it was fine. My car wouldn’t start. They said I had to prove that was the reason. I had to tow it twice (to mechanic/to get key remade). The mechanic confirmed it was due to the key being broken. Initially they said they would cover it, but now they said they need proof. This is ridiculous and it’s bad business. Clearly it was their mistake (as my car was working prior to their service) and now they refuse to pay it after giving them business ($1500) and the additional (I’m out $400 due to ignition key they broke). That’s what’s wrong with these companies— no one has integrity for their work—it’s a shame. They will be hearing from the BBB/my lawyer. Oscar Valdez

Paint was LTA, large run in paint. Decal had air bubbles. They did not reinstall my emblem. Tape was left on the vehicle and trash in the bed of the truck. If they have quality control, it’s LTA. Everyone I spoke with was nice, the only reason they even get 1 star.

I was in a minor car accident and took my car to Caliber for the repairs. Everyone was so so nice and helpful. Kenzie at the front desk was so sweet and answered all the questions I had promptly. They also reached out to the rental care service for me which really saved me some time and frustration. Daniel repaired my vehicle and he kept me informed the whole time. He was kind from beginning to end. I even had to take an unplanned trip out of town the day I was supposed to pick up my car and he made sure my vehicle was repaired and cleaned as soon as possible so I could leave town on time. I have zero complaints about Caliber and would 1000000% use them in the future if needed.

Customer service is on point here. The person that helped me out was amazing. Would love to work with him and only him again. The reason for 3 stars is because I had to come back and get my car redone. For what was paid I would have expected better. Like I said Customer service was amazing. That is actually what saved the review from a 1 Star.

I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision in Pasadena, TX. In early December 2020, I was the victim of a red light runner. Thankfully, I wasnt hurt but my 2018 Toyota RAV4 was. In fact, it wasnt driveable and had to be towed from the scene. I had never been in an accident like this before and was worried that my vehicle would never be the same. Caliber Collision was one of the places recommended by the insurance company. I read their reviews and actually knew 2 people who had used them with good results, so I decided to trust them with my car. I am so glad that I did. I worked with Daniel, who must be magic because my car looks brand new and drives perfectly, as if nothing ever happened to it. Daniel was awesome. He called to give me updates on my car every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I wasnt expecting to get my car back until after the New Year, so was presently surprised when it was ready a few days before. Daniel and Caliber Collision took a bad situation and made it all better. I cant thank them enough for fixing my vehicle. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Dropped my car off on a Monday to have damage repaired to my back passenger door and panel. Dom was the one who assisted, she was wonderful and communicated with me every day to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. It was ready the Thursday of the same week. Definitely recommend these guys for the great job and great service.

Caliber repaired my wives car after a passenger side comission, they were quick in the repair, communicated well with progressive (insurance) car has had no issues (written a month after released)The invoice was a little high imo (I work on my own cars primarily, but have little experience in body work so what do I know?...) but the insurance covered that so it’s par for the course.My point of contact was Daniel and he did a great job. I wouldn’t wish a collision on anyone, but they did a good job.

Terrible quality. Currently going back over the stuff they repaired to find extra pieces not connected miss fitting alignment on the body work missing screws stuff not repaired at all. Be sure not to finish the survey for a month or two after youve received your vehicle cause after that surveys done customer service goes straight out the window. Its hard to believe this is a professional shop with trained employees its seems more like the work of a backyard mechanic. If you like your vehicle I STRONGLY recommend someone else.

My car was hit by someone who had Farmers Insurance. I took my vehicle to Caliber since they were a preferred provider for Farmers and honestly it was a smooth process with both Farmers and Caliber. The front desk lady at Caliber was very helpful as was the gentleman who did my walk around on my car. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was . I really appreciated the help I received from both Caliber and Farmers.

I took my SUV into Caliber Collision in Pasadena to get the bumper worked on. Dom, the estimator, was very helpful, informed me they could just buff out some huge scratches then paint instead of having to replace the bumper. Timeline was as promised. I would highly recommend this place.

Repair was done decently but it took a week longer than estimated. Communication is almost non-existent. When you call them you get put on hold 5 times and have to answer the same questions each time a new person answers.

I wasnt quite sure where to go for my estimate because a lot of places dont fully explain to you the process of the estimation. This place does! This place was wonderful and top of the line service. I highly recommend them! My estimator, David, verified everything for me and explained to me the entire process. It was very quick and stress-free! Thank you guys!

My car ended up in a ditch 2 yrs ago and these guys did the repairs. They did excellent work. Great customer service. They took care of everything including keeping me informed. When I had trouble with the storage facility where the wrecker towed it to they took care of that too and picked up my car. Hopefully I wont need the their sevices again. But if I do I will be back. My car still runs great.

Caliber did an excellent job with my car, they even washed my car! The entire team did amazing, especially Fabiola, by far had the best customer service.

I called before I went to ask if someone was available to give an estimate. Eddie answered and tried to answer my questions. In that conversation he made it seem like there isnt any point to in me coming in because they work with the insurance. But I could still come in.I went and requested to see him since he answered the phone when I called. I waited for about 5 minutes or less. He came out and we walked outside to look at my vehicle. He looked at one side and gave me his opinion. I needed to go through my insurance because it would be too expensive to pay out of pocket.Here is the thing he gave me his opinion, but dismissed me real quick because I needed to go through my insurance because it would be too expensive for me.I didnt feel as my money would be enough for them. I wish I was received and treated better. I would not gone to another company to have truck fixed. By the way, I am paying out of pocket and not using my insurance.

Incompetent is the only word that comes to mind. Took my vehicle there with front end damage. At the time of this writing, its been there slightly over 3 weeks and NOTHING has been done to it. Waiting on parts is what they keep telling me. Ordered the wrong hood TWICE. I drive a Mitsubishi, not a Ferrari. Told me it was going to be another 2-3 weeks AFTER the hood gets there. In total, its going to be almost 2 months there. I should have just looked up a YouTube video and done it myself. To compare, about a year ago, I was involved in a wreck with the exact same damage. It took about 2 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired. I understand certain things take time but sometimes its obvious that some people dont know what theyre doing.

Have taken my car here twice for repairs and now the paint job that was done is already rusting and it’s only been a year since then. Also the first accident it’s been two years and the side of my front bumper is detaching! Everything looks good at first but obviously the repairs made will not last you! Both repairs were body parts only!!

Had some minor adjustments needed after repair called and everything was fine to be repaired before I did the survey I was continuously reminded to complete as soon as the survey was done Im then told the adjustments I showed them the day my car got out could not be repaired because of other work I had done in the vicinity of the repairs that caliber completed I still have runny paint and a misfit bumper absolutely terrible

Taking so long I was supposed to get my car on Friday well turns out not! I still havent got my car back and its Tuesday!😠 i was supposed to get it today but its still getting an alignment. Im mad cause its taking so long I should have gone elsewhere and thats my fault!do not recommend if trying to get your car asap.

Took my car here for some rear end damage got my car back with my left turn signal no longer functioning and the leather piece to my shift knob completely off. He made arrangements to have someone come out and meet me where I am and fix it but still nothing!!

Terrible service!!!Dropped off my vehicle for a hit from behind auto collision insurance claim handled through the at fault drivers insurance. When I dropped off my vehicle they marked my vehicle with a marker the areas that would be repaired. I initialed paperwork for them to start working on the vehicle. After 7 days I received a call from the insurance that the vehicle was total loss. They could pay me $1090 to buy the vehicle or $90 to keep the vehicle. I told them I would keep the vehicle because I cant buy another vehicle for $1000. My vehicle still runs in perfect conditions and everything works good. The only damages done from this accident was the back bumper, the tailgate and right tailgate light. When I went to pick up my vehicle Caliber told me they couldnt give me my vehicle because it was pulled apart. So I said well put back together. Which they replied we cant because we used pliers to pull it apart and if we put it together we could cause more damage to the vehicle, but you can put it together yourself. ( let me understand.....you cant but I can!!!!!????? Number one you are the collision shop and number two YOU pulled it apart!!! And this is your response)Manager said this is the only way we are releasing your vehicle back to you. I brought my vehicle pulled apart because Caliber left me no other choice. Brought home and Yes my husband did put it back together. So if my husband was able to put it back together without being an auto technician my biggest question is WHY DID CALIBER COLLISION DELIVER TO ME PULLED APART??? Makes no sense to me other than HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

After a car crash my insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision. My car got fixed in about a week and then I was called to go pick up my car. Before paying for my deductible I asked to see my car to make sure everything was done well. The outside of my car looked just like new. Then, I asked to inside of the hood. When they opened the hood I quickly noticed that ONE OF MY CAR PARTS WAS MISSING. I asked about it and they just kept saying that the part was missing before I brought my car in. They brought a manager and the mechanic that worked on my car, but both of them just kept making excuses that made no sense. After arguing for about an hour, I had to pay my deductible because my rental car was no longer being covered by my insurance for my car had been fixed.

They did not fully explain to me the money i would owe them after repairs were done so when we got there we were surprised to find out we will owe them an additional amount of over 500$

My car got rear ended and other party had farmers insurance. This place was their approved repair shop near me. I dropped off my car on Monday morning and the guy looked at the damage said it would be ready.Wednesday ( 3 days later).Wednesday came no one called me.So called them around 2 pm. Same guy answered the phone and told mecar isnt going to be ready till next Tuesday. This was thanks giving weekend and i had plans to go out of state till next weekend. I told him he said Wednesday on Monday, he started lying. He kept saying he did not tell me that. What a joke. This guy is lying to me on the phone left and right. I had a rental from farmers insurance but i got an extra coverage for it since they told me it was going to be only 3 days to fix the car.Now its 9 days and I am going to get charged for almost $150 dollars. Someone was putting a make up on while driving hits my car and i end up loosing money. Had to cancel my trip. And this shops manager was suppose to call me 2 times, never did. She is never in the store when i call or went there. Avoid this place if you want honest people to fix your car.

I stopped in for an estimate on a thought to be easy fix on my 2012 Camaro.. little did I know “Caliber Collision” was not the place I was going to do business at. I had damage to the front right quarter panel on the passenger side of my vehicle, where a friend had accidentally backed into with the trailer hitch of his truck. I knew the piece had to be replaced, there was no getting the dent out.. Long story short, I wait approximately 30-45 minutes in the waiting area for someone to quote the cost to order the part and paint it. The young dude who comes out to do the estimate states that he’ll have to repaint all areas around where my car wasn’t touched. This obviously made no sense at all, and he makes it seem as if it’s the most difficult task to be done. So I got a price estimate of $1,700 for the new quarter panel to be put on and painted. That was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Way over paying, so I went to another shop called “Collision Clinic” in Missouri City, Texas where I got an estimate of $800 to repair and paint my car. The guy I spoke to was John Elias, and he was very professional and friendly. Do not use “Caliber Collision” for your repair needs. They will overprice everything, and try to take advantage of you. From my personal experience. Hope this helped!

Unfortunately I found out when it was to late after their own warranty expired my Jeep the parts that were on it BEFORE THE ACCIDENT, which the insurance covered, but didnt get correct front bumper, instrument cluster, front fenders were missing bolts, and didnt even have the balls to vacuum and clean. Very angry and wont recommend to ANYONE & WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TELL EVERYONE.I guess a simple 95 Jeep is too complicated for them to fix.

Terrible Service. Got service done at the Pearland location and were supposed to have fixed my ac on my vehicle. But they didnt completely repair the ac and instead damaged my vehicle while doing the repairs. Also my truck went in with no check engine lights and came out with 3 check engine lights. Once I complained about the check engine lights they fixed one and the other two they said they didnt know anything and then eventually made up excuses. I kept complaining, they didnt repair and got so frustrated. I took it to another location in Pasadena they also took it in, then repaired it but in reality they just erased the check engine lights... obviously once you run your vehicle it reprograms and check engine lights come right back up. They didnt fix anything, I called them back and they said we cant help you go back to Pearland location. So now both locations arent taking care of the damages caused my them. Its been over 2 months trying to solve this issue... neither location will do the repairs needed. Its very sad that a company this big cant take care of their own mistakes...

Need to take my vehicle back to fix repairs that were done not even a month ago.Over spray dripping on front bumper after being painted.Roof had got painted in the shop and the paint is already starting to come off.Debris under final paint job.Inside plastic side panels have broken panel retainers and that issue was not fixed before getting my car back.They just left them like that and the panels arent attached correctly

My parked car was scratched, very minor, by another driver so we went through his insurance which is Geico. They sent me here, Caliber Collision, and let me just say, in a time where it seems that customer service just doesnt exist anymore, this place was amazing. From the young lady that checked me in to the enterprise lady, to the Geico adjuster, and the service men everyone was just so incredible. I hope to never be in another accident again, but if ever I will definitely come back. The minor repair was done the same day. Im just amazed at how incredible this place is, I hope it never goes downhill like so many other places have.
